We own a home in Bella Vista, AR. When we bought the house, I met the owner of the property next…read moredoor. I asked about lawn care and he recommended NWA Weedman for spraying weeds. I currently live out of state, we have a renter and a property manager until we retire and move to Bella Vista. The reason I explained about the renter and property manager is to demonstrate the communication issues which could easily occur going through two other people when trying to obtain property services. Every time I have called or text or emailed Weedman I have been contacted back. Because the first use was positive I decided to sign up for the yearly service. Weedman notified me and coordinated with my property manager and the renter to spray weeds. After a few weeks the weeds did not die. Why, who knows, it rained to soon after being sprayed, I don't know. The property manager sent me a picture of the weeds in the front yard, which I sent to weedman. Within a few days the property manager was contacted and they, Weedman had scheduled another treatment. I was notified this past week that the weeds are dying. If you have ever been a DIY person weeds do not die instantly after being sprayed with herbicides. The herbicides take a little time. Be patient with weeds and people who have a successful quality service business. Growth and success can be painful when their really busy. I pay Weedman for their service, I'm not paid and I have no affiliation to the company or owners. This review is my opinion as a patron. 6-1-24

Whatever you do, do not use this service. I cannot stress this enough, do not use them…read more The work is worse than terrible. I hired them to perform a simple job, add a small patch of sod to my back yard on level ground that was already irrigated. What I was left with was a patchy, uneven framework of grass. When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on. Now I don't even get responses. TLDR: Do not use this service. They give landscapers a bad name.

Natural State Pest Control sent two individuals out to assess my house's needs. We asked for a…read morequote for termites primarily, but were considering their full range of protection against spiders, ants, mosquitoes, etc.. They looked over my house and detached garage and provided a quote for all services and explained that it would be cheaper to bundle all services into one setup fee instead of paying setup fees every time we wanted a new protection offering added. I was assured that the quote would be good for 60 days and would cover both my house and garage space. We shopped around a bit, but a month later decided to start only with termite protection and scheduled someone to come out for the install. When the installer arrived, he immediately informed me that only the house would be covered for the quoted installation price and I would need to pay four times the amount to include my garage space. I told him there was no way I would pay that since I was assured the original quote included the garage. He said he would make a call to see what the office wanted to do about it. He came back and apologized saying there were newer sales guys involved on my original quote but there was no wiggle room on the 4x setup amount and left. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager about the situation. I was told that he was in a meeting all day, but would call me back as soon as possible. I never received a call. This was a complete bait and switch move with no response from management. If they can't even call me back, I suppose I shouldn't expect them to honor their quotes, either. BUYER BEWARE. STEER CLEAR.
