I received a bill for renewal.. the bill states THEY COMPLETED the inspection of my home for my annual renewal. The inspection was done OVER A YEAR after the house burned down. Id think twice before trusting this company. They told me the bill was 'probably' automatically generated and they would let me know... Called me back told me I didn't owe anything but would I like to begin service at my new address.. ?!?!?! read more

We have used West for weed control the last several years, this year they have not showed up to do any spraying. I have called repeatedly and been told they would call back within the hour to arrange a time. I have never heard back from them on pertaining to an appointmen. Very disappointed in there lack of customer service and have cancelled services. read more

I called this company to come out after seeing some giant spiders in house on move in day. They were very nice and made special arrangements to come out the following day. Coy came our home and sprayed, very personable and friendly. I was happy with the service we received, would use this company again. Thank you! read more

Very poor record keeping. I had to call them to get my annual service done and then it took months to get them to figure out my existing account. They blamed that on the technician not filling out the paperwork for my termite policy. They also tried to bill me for a spraying that was done almost a year earlier. When I showed them the cancelled check, they told me their new billing software must have glitched. Yeah, right. I've cancelled all services from this company. I'll find one that values customers and doesn't try to just take their money! read more

West Termite bought out my old termite company. I had to contact West to renew my termite policies on two buildings and have my quarterly spraying done. The receptionist said they had just put all the other company's records in a closet until someone could go through them and no one had yet. West took six months to finally find our records. They finally did come out to inspect and spray. It took another four calls and two months to get the policy renewal letter. In Dec of 2022 I received a bill for the quarterly spraying done in Jan - 11 months prior! I called and told them I had the cancelled check and was told that they had switched billing software and the old billing did not transfer over. I told them to cancel all my policies and I would find a new company that could handle records and billing. I've never dealt with a company so poorly managed and run. I'd stay far away from this place! read more

My husband called West two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a serviceman to come out to our home and take care of rodents we have digging up our yard. The appointment was scheduled for Monday 9/25, so I stayed home all day despite having to work and run errands to wait for the individual to come. He was a no show, with absolutely no call afterwards to reschedule or even apologize for not showing up. Thursday rolls around and we receive a call from West asking if we have pests or lawn care that we were needing (considering they were the ones who came to assess potential pests/termites prior to us closing on our home). The gentleman had absolutely no idea that we were supposed to have had someone come out on Monday, and schedules an appointment to come out either Friday 9/29 or today 10/2. No one shows up Friday or today, and I'm livid. Update: they ended up coming out to our home, charged us over $100 and did not fix our issue. read more
