Natural State Pest Control sent two individuals out to assess my house's needs. We asked for a…read morequote for termites primarily, but were considering their full range of protection against spiders, ants, mosquitoes, etc.. They looked over my house and detached garage and provided a quote for all services and explained that it would be cheaper to bundle all services into one setup fee instead of paying setup fees every time we wanted a new protection offering added. I was assured that the quote would be good for 60 days and would cover both my house and garage space. We shopped around a bit, but a month later decided to start only with termite protection and scheduled someone to come out for the install. When the installer arrived, he immediately informed me that only the house would be covered for the quoted installation price and I would need to pay four times the amount to include my garage space. I told him there was no way I would pay that since I was assured the original quote included the garage. He said he would make a call to see what the office wanted to do about it. He came back and apologized saying there were newer sales guys involved on my original quote but there was no wiggle room on the 4x setup amount and left. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager about the situation. I was told that he was in a meeting all day, but would call me back as soon as possible. I never received a call. This was a complete bait and switch move with no response from management. If they can't even call me back, I suppose I shouldn't expect them to honor their quotes, either. BUYER BEWARE. STEER CLEAR.

It was a lady who answered the phone, did not catch her name. I was calling to ask for a quote. Anyways, she was very abrupt and rude, pretty much sounded like I was bothering her by calling. I've had plenty of customer service jobs and know how one should be over the phone talking to potential customers and this was definitely not the way to be. So, just by that alone I would not do business with them, plus their prices were more than my other quotes.

We are in Bella Vista and with so much wildlife in and out of our yard they create a high density level of ticks. I called Network Pest control and they came out the very next day... treated the entire yard including flowerbeds and their treatment service includes the inside of the house!!! WHAT A WONDERFUL ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE! As well they were so patient and interactive when communicating with them regarding our problem and our needs. We hired this company specifically to eliminate a mouse problem and were assured they would take…read morecare of it. Unfortunately, much of what was promised was not followed through on. They sealed the house and placed mostly sticky traps, but mice continued coming in through the same area we originally called about. Cleanup and follow-up were inconsistent, technicians sometimes showed up unannounced and blamed the office for not calling, and there seemed to be an excuse whenever we raised concerns. We eventually went back to old-fashioned snap traps ourselves and caught more mice that way. In the end, we had to seal the gap in the closet ourselves with spray foam to stop the motion-detector light from coming on at night (which means the mice stopped coming in). Most disappointing, my mom had recently lost her husband and has significant vision limitations. She hired professionals because she needed help and trusted their assurances. I feel the service was misrepresented and that she was taken advantage of during a vulnerable time. I would not recommend this company.
