Nate has been extraordinarily professional. Squirrels got under our solar panels and chewed through thousands of dollars worth of panel, so we needed to install a barrier (critter guard type) to keep squirrels out. Nate has completed the job and it looks great. He took the time to do the job right. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain options. We will next be hiring them to seal up areas near the soffits where squirrels can access the attic (since they've lost their home under the panels.) We're also getting a quote for their year-round pest control services for ticks and fleas. AVOID THIS COMPANY and thank me later. I'm big on customer service and hiring professionals that know what they're doing and Defender Pest Control falls short in both of these areas. We used Defender for our real estate portfolio in NWA and wanted to give the small family owned business a chance, but they continued to come up short. We had to have them come out and retreat several times for simple and obvious issues. The owner Nate would complain to our staff about high fuel cost and ask that we provide him with a detail list of what to look for for each property he would treat for us. With our other pest control vendors, they have their own internal process and list of what to look for when they treat a home and will provide us with what was treated and any issues they came across we might need to address in the future. Again don't waste your time or money- go elsewhere...anywhere but not Defender Pest Control. read more

We just moved to the area from another state and the house we are renting had quite a few bugs running around inside. I called Defender and couldn't have been more happy with the way I was treated by the phone rep. They've been out for 2 services now. They were right on time for both visits.
