I posted several weeks ago about an issue my mom was having with squirrels in her attic that chewed through her air conditioning line. The company she originally called gave her a quote of 6k to remove the squirrels and to conduct "necessary" removal, preventative and maintenance to ensure her home was "safe" for her to stay in. Needless to say that individual was basically a scam artist who took advantage of my mom w/fear tactics. I found Oklahoma Wildlife Control via FB and did additional research to find out their credentials, history and anything else I could find out to make sure my mom wasn't scammed again. Reggie & Jennifer w/OWC were sympathetic, knowledgeable, respectful, gracious, giving, caring, and went above and beyond to do everything possible to make a bad experience good. Reggie is considered an expert in this field and has helped to write regulations and the certification test for this industry. He even made a call to the owner of the company that my mom first called and was able to get all of her money back. They have been a true blessing to our family and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are in need of any kind of wildlife removal services call them!

Was having problems with Armidillos around my shed, they were digging big holes. So I called this…read morecompany up and he came out and seen were they were digging. He suggested on putting down 2 traps and he got them all set up. Well I get up this morning and looked and we had caught 2 of the biggest Armidillos I've seen. He came by picked them up and said he was going to turn them loose in the national forest up the road from us. I'd highly recommend this company for all your problem pest!!!!

The only appointments we could get through the service line ended in two separate no-call, no-show visits. Because we had to halt what we were doing and be available for these appointments, we've now lost money and work time waiting on people who couldn't even be bothered to show up or call. I filed a formal complaint with the local manager, and -- no surprise -- it was ignored too. For a company that charges this much, the service is beyond unacceptable. Their communication, reliability, and professionalism are nonexistent.

This cost us $450.00. After it was completed, i still noticed and heard birds in the attic. When I called them to come back, they said that they were unable to guarantee that the original solution would actually work. However, they would send someone back out. They were supposed to come today between 10 and 12. However, when I called the "local" number, we were told our service had been rescheduled for a week from now. We aren't even available the day they rescheduled and we were never notified that they were going to reschedule. When i asked to speak to the loval manager, i was told the message was sent to them and it would take a "day or two" for them to call us back. My advice - go with a local company, even if it costs more. TERMINIX is NOT worth the supposed cost savings. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.
