We had a animal emergency and happy we found Dr Sparkman's clinic. Friday night our 6 week old…read morekitten jumped off our sofa and seemed to have broke its paw/leg. We couldn't find any vet open at the time. First thing Saturday morning we called Sparkman Animal Clinic and explained our issue. They said come to their office and they will work us in. Once we arrived and did all the paperwork we were seen by the Dr. He was extremely nice and explained what he believes was a slight break but only on the small bone on the kittens paw. The staff were all helpful and you can tell they have a passion on helping animals. The clinic was very clean and kept up with. I would like to thank the clinic for all the help and as of this post our baby kitten is now eating and seems content.

When I asked about the meds he recommended for my cats I was not listened to again by the receptionist and she refused to ask him my question. She said what the doctor had already done as far as tests and needle aspirations needed to be done again and then she said, 'All dogs are different, we can't tell you how this will progress just like with human cancer!' Maybe this is true but they know I lost my mom to cancer last year and that is how we now have our dog. The doctors were able to tell me how my mom's cancer would progress and symptoms. We were also told if we have questions it will cost $10.00 to talk to him on the phone regarding the questions we have about our visit, his diagnosis, and medication. We paid in full for every test, procedure, visit, and follow up. This was hundreds of dollars all in full. We have also paid for all meds and supplies. I wish they hadn't treated us this way. I'm not sure if the doctor even knows we've been calling for a few weeks now. We had scheduled the $10.00 phone appointment and he didn't call. I don't know what else to say.
