I had the opportunity to observe one of the groomers with a dog and I got pretty upset with how short-tempered she seemed to be and the rough treatment the dog experienced. It was fidgeting just a little bit, but not really squirming and she just got so angry with the dog. I said something to the owner/cashier about it and she just laughed it off. I repeated myself, with emphasis, that I was concerned with how rough the groomer was being and the person just said maybe she's having a bad day or the dog is not cooperating. I don't even spank my dog and I will not take him back some place where he will experience rough treatment at the hands of a stranger.
