When we arrived at 1:45 p.m. to pick him up, we learned that he had not yet been groomed and that there was a new groomer and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back after 30 minutes and after seeing our dog, he did not even look like he had been touched by a groomer or bathed, maybe only combed and a bow placed on him. We are completely dissatisfied with these services and have requested a refund of $65.70. I would not recommend Ultimutt to anyone under this management and "new groomer."
