From the first time we walked in, the staff greeted us by name and got down on Prissy's level to make her feel safe and welcome. She is usually shy in new places, but she warmed up quickly, which told me a lot about how gentle and patient everyone is there. The facility is always clean, well organized, and it actually smells fresh--not like a kennel. I love that they separate dogs by size and temperament and keep a close eye on playtime. When Prissy goes to daycare, I know she isn't just being "stored" in a crate; she's playing, exploring, and getting loving attention throughout the day. She comes home happy, tired in the best way, and never stressed. Communication is excellent, too. The staff lets me know how her day went, who she played with, and if they notice anything about her behavior or health that I should be aware of.
