As a college student, I'm on a tight budget and Gulley Park Pets Clinic never hits me with unreasonable prices. They seem to always be upfront with expectations, costs, and care. On a personal note I have severe anxiety and struggle to make phone calls if I feel I may be bothering someone. Gully Pet Clinic has never made me feel that way. An employee named Ezzy handled my call with kindness, compassion, and ease. She really went above and beyond, despite the fact that I called at the crack of dawn! That says a lot considering I asked about 10 questions. I also needed records of vaccinations today, and she sent them via email so I didn't have to make the trip up there. My dog always leaves Gully Pet Clinic happy and I cannot say the same for my pup and I's experiences in Little Rock. You guys have single handedly made being a first time pet owner so much less nerve wracking than it was in Little Rock

They made scheduling dog visits with 3 small kids possible during Covid. We had our pups teeth cleaned there as well. At our most recent visit, the vet shamed my husband for the condition of our dog, who since birth has never missed a vaccination or pet exam. She bullied him into agreeing for additional teeth cleaning that now has over doubled the price since we last did it. Financially, my family cannot afford a 4 digit teeth cleaning when we already pay for vaccinations, medications, and regular exams for our pup. Kindness is free! We pay too much to be treated with rudeness by Gulley Park Pets. Gulley Park Pets is no longer a family friendly vet.
