We contacted Robyn at Westark who immediately dispatched Josh to us. He quickly diagnosed the problem as our old Orangeburg sewer line having collapsed. He showed us the broken pieces to verify what had happened. Utilities were promptly contacted and came to mark the lines. The next day a backhoe arrived to dig up the old collapsed line along with a crew of Caleb, Joseph, Winston, Jared and Brad (I hope I didn't miss anyone). They repaired all lines under the house and front yard. We never hear cussing or complaining from anyone. By the end of the day we had our sewer system back. Great job to everyone who helped! When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to Yelp and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc).
