If I could give a lower rating than 1 star- I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner DOUG is a CROOK!!!! I bought a house July 2nd 2019 with a Terminator termite policy stating "NO TERMITES." Long, long, long story short- there were TONS of live termites!!! We found them ourselves about 3 months after moving in. My husband installed a vapor barrier in the crawl space and when his friend knocked his head on a floor joist, thousands of live termites fell down on his head!! Doug came out staying he would "fix it." He acknowledged there was structural damage from the termites and they would "take care of it." Doug sent one of his TERMITE GUYS out to my house to do foundation work- he ended up installing CHEAP SCISSOR CAR JACKS (that did nothing!) under my house. When I called Doug telling him that car jacks don't fix rotting wood and $40K of foundation problems (this was a quote from a legit structural foundation company), Doug didn't want to do anything else. He felt the "car jack" fix was sufficient. Anyways, I'm going to have to sue Doug to get any money out of him. Please heed my warning!!! This company didn't do a thorough inspection and then they won't own up to it! PLUS...when it came time for policy renewal, they purposely didn't send me a bill. With COVID and I'm 9 months pregnant, I forgot, so my policy has lapsed. When I called to see why I didn't get a renewal notice bill, they wouldn't speak to me. Doug ended up calling me back personally and asking why I would even want to renew with them (even HE knows they're a POS company!). He ended up screaming at me that "we're not going to do this again!" and I told him I would be contacting an attorney.
