And well if that's the case be prepared to lose about 2 hours out of your day and to be ignored.....to contrast this, The Blue company curbside pull up checkin on the app and within 3 minutes someone is at your door bringing your stuff out and their app acknowledges you're there! Now HD no such thing, you checkin and get a message that says call the store so you spend 15 minutes on hold get someone that sounds like they just ran from the back of the store that answers and tells you they are really busy and it's gonna be a while before they can bring it out! And they are not lying plan on calling back 5 more times, oh and don't think you can go inside and get it.....Because even though you were told it was ready? It's not they haven't pulled the order yet and don't think you can go pull it yourself that's and entirely different argument I had to deal with! Now the latest I was at self check and was having a problem entering my infor to get my Veteran Discount and Gumby the epitome of not my job told me he couldn't help if I couldn't remember what my number there was nothing he could do which is inaccurate and I confronted him on that and he said if he helped he would lose his job! And that's the point I lost my shit! It also has that small town hardware store feel to it. Free popcorn while you shop and free suckers at the register are a nice plus. However, If you're looking for power tools the box stores are a better choice (when it comes to selection).
