The father-in-law of my step-daughter died and I needed flowers for the funeral. I have never done this and had no idea what to do. I discovered Brandy's flowers on the internet and since I live very close to the store I decided to visit in person where I met Brandy. Brandy was very friendly and helpful, quickly guiding me through the floral options. When I made my selection and paid for the flowers, she said she would take care of everything else. It was that simple and she did an excellent job of making the floral arrangement, the widow expressed her personal thanks for the beautiful flowers. Brandy's final words to me as I left her store was "we will take care of this for you" and she did a wonderful job of it. I loved my experience with Brandy's flowers! The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful. I ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday. They were delivered to her office before lunch time and were gorgeous. I shared with the woman my targeted budget and she totally made it happen (she even gave me an extra flower in the arrangement). We had a very specific floral arrangement in mind for a memorial service. I called and spoke with a very compassionate and helpful woman. After several minutes of discussing my options, she agreed the they could do what I wanted. When we walked into the Chapel, I immediately knew which spray was ours. It was exactly what I had asked for....she had told me the flowers that were available and those that weren't. There was no disappointment as they were perfect.
