I absolutely loved this venue!! Wow. I was a bit nervous to go here for a concert, thinking that the size and overall vibe wouldn't fit the event, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had an amazing time. The staff here were great. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and extremely organized which I truly appreciated for this being a concert. I loved that there is a restaurant in the back where I was able to order food before the show. And the food was actually really good! I got the quesadilla and churro bites - both delicious. Drinks were great, bathrooms were spotless (which is unheard of in these types of venues) and overall made for such a great evening. Would definitely recommend this venue and look forward to attending again for another event!

One of the best concert venues I've been to. Was absolutely shocked at how spotless it is inside. Very cute, trendy set up and decor. There is a bar and restaurant inside as well. We didn't try any of the food, but it looked and smelled good. The venue is very small, so there's no bad spot in the place. Parking is a bit interesting as it's divided into several different very small lots in the same area, but easy enough to figure out given a few minutes. We've already bought tickets to a future show here based on the positive experience we had, and looking forward to going back!

I went to this venue for the first time for the Raveena concert, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it is run and how simple it was to get inside. I'm used to pretty long lines at concerts, but there wasn't one because the staff moved swiftly! I also love that there is a parking garage onsite. The garage costs $10, and you must pay with a card, but that is great compared to parking around other venues. I am looking forward to attending more shows here.

I haven't been to a music venue this nice in a very long time. Make sure to enter this location into google maps. Don't use waze or it will take you to a different area. I made that mistake. Terminal West is located at King Plow, so look for King Plow signs. You do have to pay for parking. Terminal West is located to the left. When you walk in, you see the stage area and two bars on each side. the other room has tables and chairs for you to hang out. There even a tv of the stage in that room, which I think is GREAT for those who need a break but don't want to miss anything I came here for a work wrap party. They had drinks and appetizers, which were very good. They do give free water on the side of the bar as well. The bartenders were very friendly. Most music venues I go to are old and really dirty, but Terminal West is the complete opposite. Even the bathrooms are nice with plenty of stalls for the ladies. YAY! The band that was going to be performing that night was nice enough to perform for our party for an hour. The sound system is great and they were a great fun group to watch and dance to. I'd definitely come back here to check out to check out a regular show on the weekend.

Prologue: J and I went to a concert here a couple of days ago. Initially I thought Terminal West was a cousin of Terminal 5 in NYC (another music venue) but it looks like they aren't relatives. Plus Stuff: +Parking was pretty inexpensive ($5), and a friendly attendant guided us to lot B. The stroll to the venue was only about a minute or two. The website FAQ tells me that there is free parking in "Lot 9" further away if you want to increase your step count. +I expected to be sweaty so I didn't bring my jacket. To my surprise, it was almost cold in Terminal West. Easily removable layers might be smart during the chillier months, and also take into account the type of music you'll be listening to (dancey? more chill?). +The space has a very modern cool vibe. +The merchandise table was located in Stationside, the restaurant attached to Terminal West. The Ticketfly ticket printout had a 10% off coupon for your meal. Although we didn't have dinner here, it's nice to have that option. +Speaking of tickets, the ticket provider is Ticketfly, not Ticketbastard. I wasn't the one who actually purchased the tickets, but I'm sure Tickefly is a zillion times better. +I went to put a poster in the car, and the door guy kindly let me back in though it seems like technically there's no re-admittance. +The space is cozy for a music venue. J and I walked in and wondered "Is this it?" Massive and impersonal can't be used to describe this venue. +If you drink beer, Terminal West has a huge selection of craft beers in cars. There are two bars in the main area, and then you could get drinks in Stationside, +There is complimentary self-serve water on the bar, hooray! +The bathrooms were not dirty, and I didn't have to wait in line to snag a stall. +Fun fact from the website: apparently Terminal West was a former "100 year old iron and steel foundry originally used to manufacture plows as a part of the King Plow Company." Minus Stuff: -We wished there was more seating available. Our joints aren't always up to the task of standing for hours, and comfy shoes and NSAIDs can only do so much to combat a concrete floor. There were maybe two seats at the bar I was at and a couple upstairs on the minuscule balcony but those were already occupied. -The sound was extremely loud for one of the opening bands. Earplugs were quite handy to have. It was also strange since the sound wasn't deafening for the subsequent acts. So your volume may vary. -I smelled cigarette smoke here and there from my spot by the bar. I guess where I was faced the exit to the smoking patio. Luckily the smoking died down as the show went on. -This has nothing to do with Terminal West, but why are people always going back and forth during a performance? I hate when people walk by you constantly. Don't you just want to focus on the performance and absorbing the music being made for you? I could go on with general gripes about concerts in general, but I'll refrain. Epilogue: J and I had an excellent experience, and I'd come back for another show. Be like me and sign up for Terminal West's e-mail list!

This a medium sized concert and event venue. There are two levels and a small outside lounge area upstairs. There is a surface lot and garage parking. There are also offices in the attached building.

Grace Vanderwaal
Ashley J.

I have to say this may be my new favorite venue in ATL. I came here a few weeks ago to see Grace Vanderwaal. The parking was easy and only $5. Lots of people were waiting outside the door to be the first in line when we arrived about 45 minutes prior to doors opening. I didn't really find it necessary, as once you are inside there is not a bad spot. There are two bars on either side in the back, and also a restaurant and another bar that opens during the concert. Getting out was also easy. Tickets were only $25, reasonably priced; however, the show sold out quickly and then people were reselling their tickets for $200. So, if you want to see a show, make sure you buy your tickets in advance so you don't have to buy crazy priced tickets later!

Is there a clean, reasonable hotel within walking distance?

Going to TW for the first time tonight. My husband will complain throughout if we don't get to sit down. How to I make sure this happens? Thanks!

Is there usually and opener and if so when does the headliner usually come on? Going to see and edm artist and Im not sure if I should expect it to be like a concert or like a club?

Good amount of seating that gives off a family basement kind of vibe. I'll start with the con: the service here was subpar. We sat in the overflow area and there were tables all around us. The two servers that we saw in the area repeatedly NEVER came to our table to greet us or take our order. My boyfriend ended up having to walk himself to the bar to get a drink and order some food for us. Even once the food came I had to flag her down to get another drink. We were not hidden or hard to see, so that was very disappointing. The comedy show was really good. The comedians were fun and funny. Each one's personality was so different and big and we laughed the whole night. Although good service is huge to me, I'd come back and give it another try because overall I really enjoyed the scene.

It was a bit cold inside the venue so I liked being able to go back to my car for a jacket, which most other venues do not allow. First, the location is convenient if you're staying at the Hampton Inn Midtown (just one block to the north). The Vinyl is an intimate room that only holds up to 100 people, so the audience is quite close to the performers. Second, the $18 cover price was reasonable to hear two bands. I actually enjoyed the warm-up performance ("Little Hopes" - a local Atlanta couple who are talented with a positive vibe in their folk/country duets) a lot more than the main event (a Texas band which was way too loud). Can't comment on the food (none is served here), and I skipped the bar given several Yelp reviewer complaints of exorbitant prices. The venue provides free water and cups. One downside is that most people need to stand (not many seats). I arrived 15 minutes before the show started and was able to find a comfortable chair in the back. Look forward to my next visit to Atlanta and seeing another live performance!

The building retains a lot of the look and feel of an early-20th-century church with interesting architecture, stained glass, creaky wooden floors, and all. It has a lot of character, as they say. It also has a lot of bars, at least one on every floor (there are four floors). We attended Ali Wong Live here on Saturday, April 11, 2026. It was a great show and we enjoyed the venue. My wife bought tickets back in November. We sat on the lower level, fairly close to the stage, in Section 102, Row F, Seats 1-2. On top of that, there was a child crying during the performance. That said, I do want to thank the venue for working with us to get a refund. The space itself is nice, and I'm open to returning for other productions in the future.
