I did reserve a spot online prior to arrival and we were seated at the time we were given online. Service was a bit slow but it was very busy. We didn't arrive until after 8 and I didn't think it was going to be that busy. Daughter had the chili which she said was kind of spicy and she doesn't mind spicy. I had the catfish, which was good. Hubby had the steak and shrimp combo. Steak cooked longer than he wanted and he requested mushrooms and they forgot. Clean and a little loud but not unbearable. The only issue was that they had small tables at the end of two booths, which I get you wanted to make them into longer tables but if they aren't being used they should be moved because it makes it a tight fit trying to get through

She quickly got us our drinks, and took our order. It was a bit difficult to hear my husband speaking because of how loud some people were talking. The rolls were nice and hot, which allowed the butter to melt right on. The house salad was very good, but needed a bit more dressing. The steak was also very good, but was a little overcooked for being "medium". The mashed potatoes were the best! They were packed with flavor, and didn't need any salt or butter on them. Overall, it was a good meal.

Not only is the falafel crispy and well seasoned, spanakopita flaky and yummy, super combo gyro divine but they are an entirely family-run business. Although I usually order for takeout, the service is quick (orders are ready in 25 minutes) and organized. You'll see their son and daughter working the register or cooking in the back passing down the family tradition. Honestly the greatest Greek food I've had in a very long time! Evangelo and his wife Georgia have been in business for over 20 years. A testament to the quality of mom and pop shops. Has a diner feel that's very cozy. One time I even waited and had a full 20 minute conversation with Georgia when I even walked in and ordered on the spot. I haven't been for breakfast or lunch but I'm sure they won't disappoint!

I'm a huge fan of their soups, whether it be the chicken noodle, split pea, broccoli and cheese, or my personal favorite their lentil soup. Sometimes it gets really busy and you have to play phone tag to reach them, but that's ok, their worth the call back a few times before getting through. Highly recommend if you're in the area. The gyros and/or platter is also very good, my husband gets it all the time, just be sure to ask for the fries extra crispy, because then they're perfect.

He recommended his signature cocktail, the Orange Cosmopolitan, and all I can say is WOW. Perfectly made and dangerously good--they definitely sneak up on you! He checked in on us throughout the evening, always friendly and engaging, which truly elevated the experience. The food was just as impressive: Pollo Milanese - a perfectly cooked chicken cutlet topped with fresh mozzarella, arugula, cherry tomatoes, onions, shaved Parmesan, and a bright lemon vinaigrette. Pollo Carbonara - topped with prosciutto, spinach, peppers, and fontina cheese, served over penne pasta. Alaska Chicken (special) - stuffed chicken with shrimp, roasted tomatoes, spinach, and cheese in a rich cream sauce, served with saffron risotto. Absolutely delicious. For dessert, we shared a toasted almond cake and a caramel cheesecake cone--paired with cappuccinos, of course. The perfect ending to a great meal. A Little Kindness Goes a Long Way…read more Tonight, I experienced one of those small acts of kindness that stays with you. I went through the drive-thru planning to use a $100 gift card I had received from a fundraising night at my daughter's school. For some reason, the gift card wouldn't work, so the worker called the manager over to help. I didn't get her name, but I'm sure Shake Shack corporate can identify the manager who was working tonight, Friday, August 21st around 11 PM. She explained that the gift card was a donation gift card and had expired. I honestly thought that was the end of it. But instead of simply turning me away, she told me she would comp one of my meals--and then, to my complete surprise, she went back and brought me a brand-new $100 gift card. I'm not going to lie, I'm tearing up as I write this. It wasn't just about the $100. It was about her kindness. She didn't have to do any of that. She could have simply said, "I'm sorry, it's expired." But she chose compassion. She chose to help. In a world that can sometimes feel so harsh, tonight she reminded me that there is still so much goodness and kindness in people. To the beautiful manager working at Shake Shack tonight--thank you. You may not realize it, but your kindness touched my heart more than you know. You really made my world a little brighter tonight.
