The restaurant didn't put the included salads in the bag, and when I called the restaurant they just said "I'm sorry". No offer to knock a few dollars off or anything. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. I had been years ago when it was still owned by the original (Japanese) owners and it was fine, normal teriyaki. I go there today and no one speaks Any english, the prices are good which should have been my first clue, and I'm being serious when I say either the chicken was bad or someone was sweating buckets into the meal, or worse. I cannot get the taste out and my stomach was seizing up for a while, and I have an outstanding constitution, I NEVER get ill. Even when others are, I do not. This, this is either some kind of bodily fluid or really bad chicken, I have been nauseous for 5 hours and still salivating. Unfortunately, you can hardly do anything about it because everyone there looks at you like you have a third head, uh...pollo is burno? NO, it's not, it's horrible, are you sweating into the dang chicken or worse?? It's also odd because I am hyper focused and colors look weird, I had to wonder if I didn't get something in there or is it just from whatever was dripped into it. Maybe the cook is on something. I've got to tell you, this place makes me wanna eat more teriyaki. (Not that I've ever hated it.) They had virtually nobody in the restaurant, which is a pro and con. Pro, because you had it all to yourself. Con, because why aren't more people coming here? Without a doubt the most interesting American food options, so I don't know how more people aren't interested. I was gonna come one time JUST to try that! But their regular food is exceptional. High quality, too. Which is shocking. AND THE SAME PRICE as Panda Express? I'll never go back to Panda, their food was never even "that good" necessarily. Just fast. I thought the service was great, and not slow by any means. But for a restaurant that had nobody, we waited probably close to 10 minutes. Anywhere else that'd be fast, so I don't REALLY have a problem. Especially if that's ALWAYS how long they are. That's really the only thing keeping it from a 10/10. This place is super awesome! The food is absolutely delicious. I usually ask for no salad to get more rice but most dishes come with it, depends on what you prefer. I think anyone in Ltown will tell you that the teriyaki scene here is pretty good. but this place is on par with the kind of teriyaki you get at a mall somewhere in Nebraska. literally the only reason I would eat here is because they are the only teriyaki place open on Sunday and I was only in town for one day. i ordered through a third party app. When I arrived my food wasn't ready. The employees told me that the tablet that receives those orders wasn't plugged in... so I waited 15 minutes for my food when I was in a hurry. also, it smells bad in this place. The portions were tiny, compared to the pictures on their website. There may have been maybe half an ounce of meat on the beef teriyaki that I ordered, and the bag was leaking from all the greasy oils that spilled all over the place... Sloppy, small and overly sweet food. read more

This spot was quickly becoming a go to spot when my wife would call and let me know she wasn't up for cooking, because it was conveniently located, quick, and pretty good. Customer service was pretty good, except one time when I was waiting at the intercom for a few minutes to be acknowledged, then pulled forward to order, and was chastised for not ordering from the intercom. The noodles were great, and the orange chicken was one me and my wife would split because we both enjoyed it. The last time I went, and it'll remain the last time, because I won't be returning, I found a metal shaving in the orange chicken, that looked like it came from one of those super abrasive dish cleaning sponges. So I guess it would have been clean... maybe?... It's not something I would want to risk having my toddler finding because it cut something in her mouth. read more

We got the teriyaki tofu plate and the tofu yakisoba and both were flavorful and tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is my fav. Would stop by again! read more

I ordered through DoorDash and my order arrived quickly but you would think the chicken my dinners were sitting in the delivery driver's car for hours. It was so dry I could not swallow it. The teriyaki sauce is the best part of the meal but there is not enough to make a meal of the generous portion rice and small side of beef I received. This was our favorite family take-out until lately. Last year, we always had our meats cooked perfectly and all of our items were correct. Lately, they have been mixing up our orders, or leaving things out that should be included. When you pick up for take-home it is bagged so it is hard to check every single thing. When you get home and things are missing, you have to drive back or go without. This happened on our last 2 take-outs. It seems the portions shrunk too. Was used to getting generous serving of rice and salad and seems the styrofoam box is smaller or the portions are smaller. This place does not offer fried rice which was a disappointment because white rice was over cooked. Food isn't the reason for 2 stars. Their restroom is. Personally, I love their food. It's not your typical teriyaki, they have a homemade taste to it. I love their yakisobas, the sauce and flavor, it's not dry or flavorless. Overall my past couple experiences have been good, they're quick even though they cook the meats from raw on the spot. Every restaurant makes mistakes every once in a while but they're quick to fix theirs and compensate or replace. Content with this place! read more

Sadly my first and only order here the chicken was dried out to the point it was tough to chew thru but made a great treat for the dogs. The wife loved the Beef Yakisoba though.
