They have a separate corner where you get your sides like potatoes, broccoli, corn etc. You pick up your seafood items in two other areas. My mother guided me on the phone what she wanted. You decide on the amount of seasonings and then wait 15 minutes for your meal to be complete. My mom said she enjoyed her boil but wasn't a huge fan of the seasoning and she had to spruce it up a little. The prices seemed very reasonable for the amount of food you receive.
