I am a huge seafood boil lover and once captain Loui opened in Queens- I knew I had to check it out! I've dined at the South Ozone location atleast 5 times since they opened and never had a bad experience. I've even ordered delivery and the food quality remained high. The servers were always polite, accommodating, and made me feel very welcomed + did I mention the food is good?! The restaurant has the expected look of a seafood boil restaurant- food pictures on the wall, fishing gears etc music is usually moderately low and adds to the ambience Food: I typically opt for the lemon pepper fries, lobster roll, whole Dungeness crab with shrimp head on, corn & rice ( sausage too if it's pay day lol) Currently no happy hour at this location and no outdoor seating. Reservations can be made but I've never had an issue with walking in My only feedback: the cocktail menu needs some work. The Caprisun drinks are a cool concept but the drinks are either lacking flavor, lacking alcohol or both. Other than that, looking forward to returning!

Came here just for drinks, took a little long to serve us although the place wasn't crowded. Seafood smelled good but I don't have an opinion on it because we literally just came for the adult capri sun pouches. The place itself is clean with good lightening. Although they took a little long, it wasn't enough to make me not wanna come back. I'll still come back to try the food.

Dined here with my sister and was seated right away. We ordered 2lbs of seafood boil with potatoes and corn and it was about $36 with corn and potatoes and an extra side. We got the Cap't Loui sauce at medium and it was just the right amount of saltiness. Staff was very friendly too and service was quick.

Seafood boil was really good. The drinks come in this makeshift caprisun which is cute. The service was beyond amazing. They're very attentive to their customers. I will definitely be back

No frills seafood spot. Food is good. Laid back place to just enjoy some grub. Seafood boils have good flavor. Everything tasty.

Been either dining in or ordering take out ever since they opened the Rego Park location. Service is always friendly and amazing either dine in or take out. Take out is super easy. Order on line and you can even accumulate points for a future discount. They also deliver for free and its pricing is better than the online ordering services. We ordered 1lb each of the shrimp with head, snow crab legs and craw fish. We love the oceanic sauce but also ordered on garlic butter with old baby cause the little one loves it. You can also pick the level of spiciness. Only drawback is, seems like there's less sauce and the sauce is very watery compared to before and my kids love dipping the seafood back in the sauce and coating their rice in the sauce. We love the mango pina colada with a kick and the virgin option is always a treat for the 21 and under. They even sent an extra drink today since they made an extra by accident. Thank you!!!

I was skeptical because they barely have any customers every time I walk by it. The inside is lit up very very brightly and modern R&B is playing loudly. The vibes are so mixed for a sea food place... I immediately wanted to leave, but my friend convinced me to stay. We were seated, and ordered x1 peach and x1 strawberry lemonades ($6.75 each) which were probably the highlight of our meal; x1 Fisherman's Platter with Sweet Potato Fries ($29.95) - bleh, I usually enjoy a platter but not even a fish tasted good... my friend who eats sea food almost daily also did not like the platter; x2 1/2 Dozen Fresh Oysters ($33.90) - I actually enjoyed them that is why we ended up ordering x2; x1 Garlic Bread ($4.95) - my friend liked it and I didn't. I wanted an alcoholic drink, but this location doesn't have its liquor license yet - they only serve wine and soju which I wasn't in the mood for neither. The service was good. Our waitress was attentive and fluent about the menu. We gave this place a try... but wont be back (maybe for the lemonades) ... just not our cup of tea I guess.
