They have a separate corner where you get your sides like potatoes, broccoli, corn etc. You pick up your seafood items in two other areas. My mother guided me on the phone what she wanted. You decide on the amount of seasonings and then wait 15 minutes for your meal to be complete. My mom said she enjoyed her boil but wasn't a huge fan of the seasoning and she had to spruce it up a little. The prices seemed very reasonable for the amount of food you receive.

The older person makes the fish normally so if I do go here again, I'll make sure if the cook that I want, but I'm certainly you're not gonna waste my money again. I would have preferred smaller potatoes or then cutting it in half or something. I had to cut them in half and then toss them back in the sauce. Not a huge deal but just annoying when I'm wearing gloves and trying my best not to get sauce on everything. I did like the chunks of garlic in the sauce. Just wished all of it was thicker. The shrimp were a nice size and the crab wasn't bad once my bf so graciously cracked them all and dug the meat out for me lol He ordered the catfish basket with Cajun fries.
