A delicious local spot for a filling lunch! They advertised a lunch special for $11.95 M-F til 3pm (not including tax) which comes with white meat chicken, salad, and rice. The chicken was hot and freshly grilled, and was tender to chew! The sauce was interesting: coconut-like and creamy. They also gave small sides of teriyaki sauce on the side! The salad was crunchy and most similar to coleslaw, but warm. I enjoyed it and was satisfied with this plate for two meals! Owner was sweet and friendly. They also do takeout orders and have a good system going. Few tables inside but clean, and well-ventilated with AC. Would love to try out more items in the future! Parking lot shared with other businesses in the plaza. *No bathrooms

Lovely small restaurant on lassen and Topanga that has short ribs, teriyaki chicken, katsu plates. Also have sides like tempura, pot stickers, egg rolls. Lots of options to do meals. I got the #2 which is beef short ribs. Delicious.

In a world where burgers are the norm go for something different. Food was good especially on a rainy day (2/17) cooked to temp. Service was astounding. Music playing in background while you wait for meal.

Chkn, beef, shrimp kabobs on rice with salad and 3 crispy items--all for $16.95

Loved this little spot off of Topanga canyon rd! Fast, friendly service, great choices for meals and prices a bit below what I expected!!! And the food was great! If you're looking for a solid bet on food, check them out. Nest, clean facilities and terrific choices for meals

Very solid chicken teriyaki plate. I got it as lunch special for $13 and it was definitely worth it. The chicken was pretty juicy with a bit of a smoky flavor and the flavor of their spicy sauce, which I specifically requested on the chicken. Chicken came on the bed of delicious rice, with a side of salad mixed with their awesome white dressing. The place itself is pretty simple, clean, with good customer service from the young lady who was working there. Will definitely come back again to try some of their other stuff!

Really great food here everytime. Been coming here for over 7 years and the quality and taste are always consistently great. Portions are very generous and food always hits the spot. Their plan noodle side order is one of the best chow mein in the valley. Can't recommend this place enough!

I ordered three things. Miso soup, the #18. Beef Teriyaki Bowl & House Special Chicken Potstickers (6 PC). I asked for the bowl pretty plain but it usually comes with bean sprouts, carrots, &salad over rice.

Teriyaki Plus serves up an amazing meal. We visited again after a few years and it is just as delicious as we remember! We got the #4, 2 beef skewers, rice, salad, 4 pieces of fried wontons/veg, and teriyaki sauce. If you are in the area this is a must visit! I suggest to go as the place is small (4 tables and a to go table) and most tables are 2 seaters. Order at the counter and our 2 items came up in about 10 minutes! Yum!!

Have been coming here for the last 30+ years. Service and the quality of food is top notch. I tend to get the #3 with is the 2 breast chicken skewer meal with rice, salad, and a couple of wontons. I highly recommend this place.

Found my new favorite local teriyaki chicken spot, and the pricing is very reasonable too. Was driving down topanga canyon after leaving the mall and was craving some new teriyaki chicken, found this place on Yelp. I ordered the special c which came with teriyaki chicken, chicken katsu, also came with a salad and gyoza on the side. It's a nice small local restaurant that can sit probably 5-10 people inside. The person taking my order was nice and helpful, overall can't complain about the service. Overall very good, I will definitely be stopping by again. However, they limit the number of sauces you can get unless you want to pay extra for it

#21 I believe. Shrimp and beef combo plus an eggroll

Love this place been coming here since I was attending high school in 2015…read moreLove the family and they remember us! The inside is very clean and love the music that plays I love how big the menu is and how it's caters towards a lot of different dietary restrictions. I usually get number 15 but felt like trying the oxtail pho because of a review. TBH not my favorite but loved the broth so much! Definitely one of Chatsworth favorites especially on a rainy day!

I actually had high hopes for this place. After seeing the good reviews from fellow yelpers and a…read morerecommendation from someone, I had to try it out for myself. Just like a lot of pho places, they're in a strip mall of some sort. This one was part of a mini corner lot with parking available. A small lot but decent. We were meeting some friends for dinner which we arrived before they did. Friday night thinking it would be mobbed but there were actually loads of tables available. Everyone that was already seated were utilizing the booths that surround the restaurant. In the middle are tables which weren't utilized. We got seated along the tables where the windows are off the street side. At the beginning, service was great. Menus were brought out which they practically had everything on it. Your traditional Vietnamese dishes, hot pot as well as well as seafood boil. It was quite impressive which was also a good thing and something we wanted to check out. It did take us a while to order as there was so much to go through as they all looked quite interesting. I tend to know what I want but still, everything looked quite good. Started off with some beers while still going through the menu. From there we ordered some starter of the shrimp spring rolls and banh xeo (Vietnamese pancakes). Springs roll, 2 per order but cut in half's to 4 pieces. Nothing special about them. Banh xeo on the other hand was quite tasty with just the right amount of crispy ness and stuffed with shrimp and accompanied by the greens. That was a tasty dish and i do recommend it. The sauces that come with the roll and pancakes were quite nice too. As for entrees, it was a mixture of everything. I love me some oxtail pho. Which they had the X-Large oxtail pho. First impressions, there was nothing X-Large about it. The size was pretty much basic. But they did give a good option of the oxtail which was nice. Broth was ok, and the condiments that came with it minus the green pepper (jalapeño) which wasn't there is alway good added. It's wasn't what I expected. There was also two order of the banh mi, one with shrimp and the other with beef. Out of the two, the shrimp was way better. I do like it with a lot of the pickle veggies and jalapeño which would have been great. The beef on the other hand, it was a major miss. I expected grilled beef chunks of some sort but when it was brought out, it was basically thin slices. A major fail. Also an order of the fries which had a nice dipping sauce both ketchup and aioli. Lastly, an order of the fried shrimp. That was quite nice with big size shrimp and batter and fried to a nice golden crisp. Served with both ketchup and aioli sauce too. The food was ok, nothing major to rave about with what we ordered. Banh xeo and the fried shrimp was a hit. The other, oxtail pho and banh mi were a dud. But after the starters came out, we had emptied bottle and the emptied plates that needed to be taken away for room. When one of the servers came out with the pho, we asked if they could clear the table a bit so there would be room for the entrees, he just brushed it off as it wasn't his job. Ok, understandable but he then just pointed to someone else and just walked away. Another entree came out which, we literally had to explain to him that there were no room for the plates. Even with us gathering them and to show him and with the bottles. We actually had to flag one of the host guys down to actually help clear the table. Mind you, only the booths were utilized and it was still hard trying to get someone's attention. Even with the bill which we also couldn't get anyone's attentions. I had to walk up to get someone's to acknowledge us. Overall, I expected to much from all the great reviews from fellow yelpers. Could just be the night we went with the service. The place wasn't crowded which it was still a little ordeal. Overall, they'll have a good clientele and regulars. I expected too much from this place with high hopes but I don't think I'll be back. The menu is quite impressive which is a plus. But our visit, it was lacking.

Very honest opinion: Not sure if I'm eating the same food as everyone else leaving reviews here,…read morebut I got the signature beef (Lanzhou) noodle soup combo and it was incredibly disappointing~mediocre. Server guy was chill. The food is served in a paper bowl, unlike the nice bowls you see in their pics. Tl;dr: if you're curious, don't waste your time, bafang is open 5min away Preface: I KNOW it's mall food, but for a restaurant that continuously pops up as #1 on Yelp whenever I search for food around the northridge/chatsworth area, I'm going to treat it as if it were a #1 spot. Beef noodle soup: to be very blunt, this was quite flavorless. The beef was dry as bones and looked like it was sliced with a mandoline. The noodles seemed undercooked and it felt like I was eating al dente spaghetti noodles. I got a medium spice level which didn't even seem that spicy, just a lot of cough inducing chili oil with no burn. Pan fried dumplings were ok. It honestly tasted like it was deep fried and not pan fried. Unsweetened black tea: hands down the best of the 3 things in the combo, which is quite telling. Honestly you get a decent amount of food for $15. But to constantly take the top 5 for recommended on Yelp in this area and waste my time to even look at it, it definitely doesn't belong remotely close to top 10.

The service was friendly and the wait was reasonable. Its located in the mall which means that you don't really get much of a vibe from this place alone but of everything surrounding. The soup was not spicy imo, I have a high tolerance, but it did have a good flavor. The noodles were thick and soft but they lacked a bit of flavor. The beef was soft and flavorful with the smaller bits of beef, which resembled ground beef, were very tasty. The soup was good overall but felt a bit too oily. The dumplings had a light crunchy exterior and the inside was juicy but it felt just a bit too mushy for me. Overall a good place and I would return to try something else.

The menu was on laminated paper which must be a few years old and felt disgusting to touch. I started with hot tea and it was served in a metal cup. I wish they served it in a nice ceramic container for customer's enjoyment. For lunch, we ordered chicken chow mein and their pork and crab dumpling (like a xiao long bao). The chicken chow mein had a boatload of cabbage and probably 10 strips of chow mein noodles. It should have been called cabbage noodles (lol). The pork and crab dumplings would have been a hit, but the dumpling shell had a "soapy" smell. The meat inside was soft and tasted good, but I couldn't get over the smell of the shell. We would have also wanted to try seaweed salad, but it was unavailable on this day. Overall, you can find better Chinese food close by this area. There's Maru Ramen on Reseda and Nordhoff, or Silverlake Ramen on Rinaldi. The parking here is plenty. The staff is also courteous. But given the state of the food and overall feel, I give it only two stars.
