I ordered my food to go. Everything was ready for pickup at my chosen time. Food was still hot and fresh. When ordering online , you get the option to get your drink prefilled or you can fill up your own drink when you pick up your order. The place was clean, with plenty of seats to dine in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Parking is a little bit of a hassle, since there is a parking deck that is shared with all the other businesses at the shopping center. TIP: They do offer a lunch special.

This company has been blasting me with ads on Instagram to try their bogo offer. I tried to order online for pick up and it would not work. I tried again a week later, no luck. The madness I was promised was beginning to sink in. Feeling a craving for Asian flavors I decided to drive over and just order at the counter. The employee looked upset and hating their job but gave me the bogo so that was cool I guess. I like the option to switch out rice for veggies for another $1.00 but our entire bowls were cabbage with like 2 pieces of tiny broccoli. Then you can pay another $1.00 for more broccoli? The bowls were embarrassing looking. The flavors were ok but my spicy orange chicken was not spicy. It looked like sauced junky nuggets, not nice quality meat. My partner equally disliked their bowl. Don't waste your money.

The food is tasty. I went to pick up my order and no one acknowledged me. Another guy walks in and they ask him is he here for pick up or to place an order. The lady looked at me when I came in. The service was lacking which is a shame as the food is really good

Cleaned the bowl! Too good.

Presentation & food was great! Everything on point. Thanks to Tony, Phaedra, & Danny.

My receipt, NOT my name. Super rude if you ask me, but I was never asked my name.

Ok, so I'll start with the GOOD, the food! This was my time experience at Teriyaki Madness, since my Wife raves about it, I decided to meet her for lunch. I enjoyed my food so much that I didn't even get to take a picture lol. I had the junior teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice combo with egg roll and drink. Everything was good until I looked at my receipt because I didn't recall the cashier giving me a number or asking my name. Then I noticed she began to call names of people who order and bringing the food to them. Everyone one else was called by their NAME. My receipt had DREADS, in the name section. DREADS is NOT MY NAME, my name is JESSICA, JESS if I like you. Anyway I thought that was strange. Next time I go I might call the cashier Braids!? Could have gotten 5 stars if the Cashier treated me like the other customers.

Teriyaki Maddens is a fast casual restaurants that I can always depend on for a quick bite. I am a big fan of extreme spice and the Mad Spicy Sauce meets my needs perfectly. I have ordered ahead and in the Midtown location always receiving ideal customer service. The staff is quick to explain all menu items and other concerns that may arise.

The food is delicious and the medium is enough for my husband and I to share for lunch. Lunch is a deal at $12!! Friendly staff.

Big, open and airy. Lots of seating and a few party rooms too. Loved the outdoor seating too. If it had been a little cooler that would have been perfect. They have cornhole and ping pong and just a fun atmosphere out there. Our server was warm and attentive. We did not have to wait for refills and she was quick to answer any questions we had. We started with a few apps - the chips and onion dip and the pigs in a blanket. The chips were well salted and the onion dip was DELISH!!! The pigs were wrapped in homemade party dough and came with a honey mustard crème fraiche. They were so good!! For entrees we tried the fried chicken, prime rib dip, and the meatloaf. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were so good too. The only misstep on this dish was the biscuit. Way too dense and not very flavorful. The prime rib dip was tender and came on the most crispy bread. What a great combo! The only thing that wasn't great were the fries, just nothing too special. The meatloaf dish was flavorful and came with those yummy mashed potatoes so great pairing. We didn't have room for dresser on site but we did take the monkey bread to go and enjoyed it later. Good portion size and full of apple and caramel flavor. Did not regret taking that home!! Really looking forward to this spot opening closer to home. Highly recommended

As walk-ins near kitchen closing, we were quoted a 20-30-minute wait, but luckily found seats at the bar. The space is huge, though several seating sections were closed, and the late-night atmosphere leaned more toward a lively bar than a quiet dinner. The three bartenders were busy but friendly, approachable, and accommodating. We especially enjoyed chatting with the bartender from Watertown, NY, since we also have ties to the area. The noise made dining less comfortable, but the energy was contagious. The drinks were very good, and the menu offered more variety than we're used to in Winston-Salem--a cosmopolitan feel that reminded me of NYC. With the kitchen closing soon, we ordered the French onion soup and pretzel bites with provolone fondue. The soup tasted more like a Creole-inspired chicken soup to me, although our server confirmed it was French onion. It was warming and flavorful, but overly salty. I liked the pretzel bites' texture, somewhere between a pretzel and a bun, though I would have preferred them more baked and slightly saltier. The provolone fondue was mild for my taste; I'd prefer a sharper cheese. My girlfriend, however, enjoyed the combination. I loved the spacious, upscale urban setting, with indoor and outdoor seating and space for music and entertainment. I'd return earlier in the evening for a more dining-focused experience and a chance to explore the menu. The service and atmosphere give me plenty of reasons to try it again.

The mushroom pizza was good though and I ate a couple of those slices probably the best thing I had. The focaccia looked amazing and I liked the Parmesan snow on top. Was a little dry though. The mussels were good. I enjoyed the broth. Pasta dishes we ordered 3 and they were all just ok. The ravioli with butternut squash was just sweet and a little undercooked. The Campanella just didn't have any flavor . The Casarecce which was their take on bolognese was too dry and again no real flavor. None of the dishes had any Parmesan on them freshly grated. Just none of them were impressive for an Italian restaurant. Disappointed in the food, but I will say the service and the place itself was really good.
