It hurts me to be leaving 2 stars but, I can not go there anymore. If one consistent issue did not happen 3 times in a row, I would be leaving a 4 star review. The food is great and healthy for a fast food type of option. The wait times are usually on the longer than you would expect end but at least it's made to order. The physical place, I don't want to eat at bc the floor is the slipperiest floor ever so I always get to go. Because I always get to go, I didn't notice the last 3 times that I was missing my egg roll all 3 times until I got to my house. This infuriated me after it happening 3 times in a row. Not being facetious. I will never be eating there again. They have robbed me of $10 and never wanted to send a delivery person to bring it to me through DoorDash or Uber Eats so I can't go back. If you're going to mess up an order, atleast be willing to fix it because now you've lost a once a week customer. read more

The best fried rice I have had in any restaurant. I has eggs in it! They are a great group of people from order to finish. Everything is cooked to order and fabulous. The veggies are fresh and cooked to perfection. I don't review many restaurants but had to point this one out. Oh, and the spicy items are really hot. Be warned. The owners here are robbing their customers or management is fucked and does no quality control. The owner or manager was arguing with another customer so I just left. This really exceeded my expectations. The regular chicken teriyaki was so good, it's obvious they use good quality ingredients. However, the spicy teriyaki was so SO sriracha forward. The woman working the register was great! She came to check on us a few times, very kind! The wait times were long, but luckily the signs on the wall inform you it will be worth the wait, and it was. I stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago and had to try it because I enjoy Teriyaki. I got the salmon with the mad sauce and LOVED it the first time I tried it!!! Went again a little while later and wanted to try the chicken because it was new on the menu since the last time and of course I had to her the salmon again with the mad sauce which is super good but this time I was immediately let down. I typically order on their site to prevent waiting but this time once I ordered and retrieved my meal, after driving off I noticed I was given the wrong order (steak instead of chicken) and my salmon was burnt. I called back and they told me I could come and pick up the new order... when I get here, it was already done and no one apologized for the mix up PLUS this time my food was COLD and hard... how is that possible?! Needless to say, there won't be back a third time but 3 stars because of initial experience, it would've been one star had I not enjoyed it the first time. read more

It's a small and quaint place. Got to try them during the soft opening and grabbed 2 regular chicken teriyaki and a large spicy chicken. All with noodles and veggies and the portion sizes are very fulfilling. This time grabbed the chicken teriyaki with just veggies, chicken teriyaki with white rice and veggies, and yakisoba style. A friend ordered the chicken teriyaki with fried rice and veggies and I'm pleasantly surprised at how I enjoyed the fried rice. It was flavorful. It looks a bit on the mushy side but when you eat it, it doesnt really taste mushy. They get orders wrong a lot, as I watched two other people walk back up to correct an order, on top of them also leaving out items for my order (they gave me the wrong amount of dumplings and crab rangoons). Aside from that, the staff is friendly and service was nice with them bringing out the food to our table. Egg roll was okay, a little salty. Crab rangoons were standard and the dumplings were crispy. The chicken and tofu was passable, but the katsu could've been a little crispier and hot, temperature-wise. The steak and salmon sucked. The steak was shaved instead of cubed, and it was drowned in teriyaki sauce (a bit flavorless without it). The salmon was super over cooked and very tiny for what you pay for when it comes to the protein option. The white rice was also pretty bad, probably due to the brand and them not washing it often enough. Portion sizes of everything else was generous, especially if you order a large. It'd normally make 3 or 4 meals, unless you're like me and can eat it all in one sitting. If I were to come again, I'd skip the rice and noodles and just get vegetables and a protein like the spicy chicken. read more

Delicious! I visited around noon on a Saturday with my 11 yr old. Place was small but clean. Staff were friendly. Since it was my first visit, the young lady at the register took her time explaining everything to me. We ordered and decide to sit at a small table near the back. It was freezing in that section so we decided to move up front by the window seats. Much better temperature. Once our food was done a nice guy called my name and when I attempted to get up he quickly brought it over to us. We ordered the spicy chicken bowls. One with fried rice and mixed veggies and the other with just veggies. Both were delicious! The chicken was seasoned just right! The mad sauce we received on the side had a sweet spicy taste! The veggies were cooked perfectly, not too hard and not too soft. We enjoyed so much that we went back the next day!! This time we did an online order. We tried the Mad Spicy steak with noodles and veggies! This was delicious! Steak was tender and the noodles were cooked great! Not soggy at all. We also had the Teriyaki Salmon with white rice and veggies. The salmon tasted great! I did end up cutting mine into chunks. I had more white rice than veggies which would be the only negative about this bowl. Overall we loved everything! We will definitely be back! read more

Tried it for the first time yesterday, did an online pickup order. I chose the salmon bowl with veggies, crab rangoon, regular soda, and an egg roll. For the price, I expected the salmon to be a bit larger than it was. It was overcooked and needed extra seasoning. The veggies were typical variety and cooked just right. The rangoons were great and so was the dipping sauce. Egg roll crispy and FRESH! I'll return to try the chicken katsu, as that was my first choice. This is going to be a long review. I visited this store about a month ago and went with my partner. We both ordered the large chicken teriyaki bowl with 2 sides of crab rangoons (they're $5.19 a piece which is ridiculous to me) and the price for those meals came out to a whopping $41. Mind you, you only receive 4 rangoons per serving and the bowl size is laughable for that price. I paid for vegetables in my bowl, which was like an additional $3 and added noddles for another $1. My partner was initially struggling to decide whether he wanted veggies in his bowl or not; at the end, he decided on getting veggies and told Nick (the employee who took our order) that he wanted vegetables. Nick CHARGED us for the vegetables in BOTH of our bowls and upon getting home, opening our bag, and checking our food.... lo and behold, there's just chicken & noodles. NO VEGETABLES that I paid for. Obviously I was angry about that situation and my partner called into the store to see how they could help fix this situation for us. Nick answered, and proceeded to tell us in the most unprofessional way that "there was nothing he could do" about it unless we preferred a refund. Now I was furious. I didn't want a refund initially, I just wanted the dang food that I paid for. Nick then proceeded to remake our dishes as replacement meals without even informing us about it, and doing so without us even wanting replacements. Fast forward to a few days later, I physically drive to the restaurant in hopes of receiving a refund and I was bombarded with even more immaturity and unprofessionalism by the assistant manager of all people. When I entered the establishment and told the person at the front that I wanted a refund for my food, the assistant manager loomed over my shoulder angrily trying to "diffuse" the situation (he didn't do a good job). He tried to guilt trip me as a CUSTOMER, complaining that "they don't have enough money to remake dishes" and even told me that if he was the manager he wouldn't grant my refund. Thankfully, the store's manager had more sense than that man and still gave me the refund I deserve. I have never, ever, EVER had such a negative experience at another other fast food or dining establishment in my entire life. Nick needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers and that assistant manager needs to find a new career that doesn't involve talking to people because he's horrible at it. My, my, my...I've been wanting to try this place so badly since last summer. I finally got in and let me tell you what happened. I went inside and it was dimly lit; so I should have turned my flash on for the pics; however, though it was dim, the place so so clean. There weren't a lot of people in there, but people were trickling in steadily the entire time I was there. The hostess at the counter was welcoming and attentive. She guided me through the menu to help me make choices that I would be satisfied with. Once the food was done, she brought my meal to the table. I got the spicy chicken, white rice, and veggies. The veggies were stir fried, crunchy and seasoned well. The chicken was, indeed, spicy! Just the way I like it! I didn't have to add anything to the bowl it was just right. I enjoyed it sooo much! I will be going back soon to try other menu items. And..ANd...AND..the bowls are gluten free. I felt so safe with my meal...and before I left I bought a browned butter rice Krispy treat.
