The rose was fragrant and aromatic and paired well with the matcha. The foam was smooth and firm. I would definitely order this again. So the main issue I had was their service. We spilled a drink and even though the server stood beside us and saw what was happening, she stood there watching us clean up and did not even attempt to offer us more napkins until I asked for more. There were obviously a pile of wet napkins on the table after we're done but she still attempted to serve us our soufflé pancakes even though the table was a mess and I had to ask her to clear out the table before serving it, which in turn made our pancakes deflate a little by the time it was served.
