In the silence I said "I know you all have the carmel brulee, my favorite drink, I was wondering if you had the carmel brulee cream." She stared at me a couple of seconds and responded "No." I said ok I'll have the regular carmel brulee blended half the coffee. She started making the drink and I noticed that she put ice in it. I told I had asked for it blended. Her response was out of this world. "We don't make that drink blended and you paid for this one and I already made it." Hmmmm wow!! Now I know for a fact Starbucks makes the carmel brulee and the carmel brulee cream blended, iced, and hot. I explained this to her. She said no we don't i can give you a refund. I told her I didn't want a refund. Without saying a word shewasgone. Next came a manager. She had no idea about anything. She went to her manager. Long story short no one knew anything about the drinks but me. I walked out with something that wasn't a carmel brulee and was 30 minutes late for work. Get it together Starbucks hire people who have some common sense and train them. This isnt the first time I have had a problem with them. I've come in twice at 4:45 and the store is closed. I know that this is just one disgruntled customer but I also work in that field but I would NEVER treat a customer like that even if it was my worst day. Shame on you Starbucks.

The inside was very nice and open, with a few people sitting even though there were no cars in their lot. I ordered the black tea lemonade iced. Ended up getting a black tea. They were going to remake it but I told them just to pour out some tea and top it with lemonade and they did. The cups are still plastic and the ice was the round kind.

The food.... the hash browns was not done & stone cold. The McMuffin..the egg was almost black around the yolk and tasted horrible. The sausage was just ok. The muffin itself was cold & rubbery. I should have spend a few bucks less & got an egg sausage cheddar sandwich from Starbucks across the street..atleast they heat their precooked food all the way & the way. I will not return to this McDonalds, mostly based on employee conduct & then the poor quality of the over priced food.
