My daughter wanted to order here tonight and I said we would try them out. What a major disappointment. We asked how much a large 1 topping pizza was. They said $15.00. We placed the order and was told it would be 15 min. After 40 minutes we got our food. They handed me the box and I told them we ordered a large pizza not a medium??? They said that was their "large pizza". So basically we got ripped off. Just for reference, order a medium pizza down the road at Master Pizza. Their medium is Teresa's large. If shrinkflation was in the dictionary Teresa's would be pictured. When we got home the pizza was very hard to eat as there was 2 inches of cheese. The sauce was a little too salty. We will not be coming back again. I'd hate to say it but Georgio's pizza is way better and they actually have a large pizza for a much better value. read more

Great pizza, great service. Owner was there himself alongside his staff. Was in town for baseball World Series, had to try local pizza. Saw some snarky, petty reviews with Owner responses, knew this was my place. Congrats to this wonderful small business. Undergoing some renovations also, but the money is in the freshly made dough, ingredients, and courteous staff! Keep it up, Mayfield Theresa's. Note to a medical office's bad review: just imagine if your patients blasted you for a scheduling error, backed-up waiting room due to staff shortage one day...? Lost business for human errors? Where's your kindness? Treat your patients like you treated this business owner, hope you receive like returns on the hateful review. Owner should post your phone number, business ID to alert the public to such unkind medical 'unprofessionals'. read more

Teresa's Pizza - Mushrooms, green peppers, onions. Just gooey-perfection - Pizza Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

Great pizza everytime. Love there sauce and the amount they put on. Best wings when ordered well done. Love the garlic wings.

Got some take out wings. Nice size and plenty of meat. Mild had good flavor with minimal heat. Garlic Parmesan wings were very good. The balance of oily sauce with grated cheese is perfect. Nice to see them upgrade out of styrofoam containers and flimsy napkins. read more

Super yummy, hot, quick, and loaded with all of what you want on the pizza. Price was nothing to write home about and the crust was very buttery. Loved it nonetheless! Go here before considering a pizza chain, you won't regret it. read more

I have lived in the Heights and Chagrin Valley for 35 years, and have been to about every restaurant on Mayfield at some point, but somehow had never been to Teresa's Pizza. That changed tonight! My mother in law wanted pizza for Mother's Day, so we grabbed one extra large cheese and one extra large pepperoni pie from Teresa's. I'll be honest- this isn't my favorite type of pizza, but stars shouldn't be about my preference, they should be about quality and service. The service was friendly and fast, and the pizza was high quality and was LOADED with cheese. So much cheese! So if you love a lot of cheese on your pizza, this is your place! Everyone else at dinner raved about the pizza, so you definitely can't go wrong if your choose Teresa's. I'm sure I'll be back!!!! read more

They should honestly go ahead and shut this place down! Every time and I do mean every time, I go in there, they are out of pizza. Customer service is terrible as well. So whoever runs this place, stop wasting time and shut this place down!!!! 0 stars!!!!!! read more

Disappointed to say the least. Pizza very dry not enough sauce. They seem to clearly be cutting corners. Doubt I would order again. When there are so many other pizza places around. Pepperoni Pie with sausage Italian read more

I moved away almost a decade ago and n a recent trip back I couldn't wait to have an old school Teresa's pizza. So I ordered 3 of the largest triangle cut pizza they offer To my surprise, the recipes changed, I believe the owners changed but kept the name and its now basically Angela Mia's? I was SOOOOOOO disappointed in the crust--it is NOT the same pizza I grew up on. Anybody know the owners from a decade ago? Would love to gain access to the crust/dough recipe! read more

my son who eats almost anything thought the pizza was awful. He almost ate a whole piece and had to throw the rest of the pizza away. Making good pizza, with quality ingredients is not rocket science but Teresa's failed in that task. Balance, not too heavy with the cheese, dough and salt, a flavorful sauce and again quality ingredients would have been nice. I'm sticking with Crostatas. read more

I grew up around the corner from the original Teresa's in Maple Heights many, many (many) years ago. They were my go-to pizza and I still have a fondness for their version. The way the cheese is stacked, the way the sausage is cut and something about the tomato sauce still reminds me of my youth. My personal bias still has me favor their pie. read more

We have ordered here 3 or 4 times and they have never gotten the order right. Phone manners are terrible and employees are rude when we tell them the order is wrong. The pizza is also overloaded with cheese, which is not for everybody. We probably won't be back again. Far too many better options around Mayfield. read more

Oh, please let me tell you what a piece of shit this place is... Several people from the Cleveland clinic placed an order yesterday mind you yesterday early before anyone else and we were put off until 1 o'clock today... Our lunch is from 12 o'clock till 1230 and no, they didn't show up till after one... The reason is because they weren't making money off of us todaybecause we had the worst experience with them last weekend because the wings that we ordered and were raw like as in pink I mean who wants to eat that no one so I will let everyone know that this place is nowhere to be ordered from lol good luck with yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Unwilling to refund. I understand we are in Covid times, but know your staff capabilities. It took our order 2 hours to arrive when we were quoted 1 hour. They said 3 times over the phone that it would stay hot in the insulating bag and to call if it was cold. Arrived cold after I asked the delivery person if it was hot. After finding out when I opened it up, I called and asked for a refund. They would not offer one. Only a credit for another pizza from them, or they would remake it in another two hours. Unacceptable. Acknowledge your falling short, and own up to it. read more

Rude employees. phone manners suck. To many choices in the area to ever get their pizza again. Thanks! read more

Teresa's Pizza - Should be a large square cut but it's a medium and no one offered to fix it. Never again. - Pizza Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

If I could I wouldn't give this place 1star! They are extremely rude and disrespectful to good paying customers!

I think Teresa's is a love/hate pizza joint. You either love it, like Rachel B. or you hate it like Kerensa B. Well I'm here to settle the tie. I absolutely love it! When it's pizza night at the house and I'm short on time or inspiration, Teresa's Pizza is my #1 go to local joint for take out. All I ever get is the traditional large with pepperoni. The pepperoni is uniquely layered under the cheese. This works well because a lot of times, thin sliced pepperoni on other pizzas dry out easily when on top (I'm talking to you Donato's). Keeping it under the cheese helps keep the moisture in. The dough is not crisp, it's borderline soft, but it serves as a good platform for the real star of this pie: the bed of the most glorious low-rent cheese you'll ever have on a pizza! I think I heard somewhere a long time ago that they use a blend that consists of more provolone than mozzarella. When melted, it binds into a solid disc of cheese instead of the typically stringy mozzarella. This is where the divide probably comes in. To some that's completely unappetizing. I think it's wonderful though! It's probably awful for you and I usually get a stomach ache after eating 4 slices, but it's sooo good! Best guilty pleasure in the Eastern 'burbs is most definitely Teresa's Pizza! read more

What could have been a very aggravating work meeting took a turn for the better when the boss ordered Teresa's. MMMMM!! I can't say anything negative about this pizza, except maybe that some people might find it weird that the pepperoni is underneath the cheese. But I don't care, because it was so tasty! Slices are a little small, but they pack a lot of punch. Also tried the Greek salad, which was great too. Closest to NY pizza that I've found since living in Cleveland. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! read more

It was edible. The only thing we really liked was the Italian dressing, but that was quite disappointing . . . because the dressing was ours because they forgot to pack it with their tasteless iceberg salad. read more

Have used this as our source for pizza for several years. Pick up or delivery, food and service are always good.

My experience was terrible I am upset, my chicken was pink in side and my fries were burnt I called in advance to let them know I was coming they said okay when I got there I showed him my food he told me that it's was cooked and that the fries was not burnt I told him that's his opinion then and I would like my money back he said okay at this point there was nothing that needed to be said but of course MR TODD OPENED HIS MOUTH AND SAID he recommended I don't order from there again ! In disbelief I said that is not something you should say to a customer I asked for the boss he was standing there agreeing with his employee I ended up arguing with both men . There customer service was terrible and clearly racist!!!! I wouldn't even give them a one star but had no choice in order to review read more

We have loved their great puzza but it has become really bad! Today was the last straw! My daughter ordered two pizzas and a family salad - And we picked it up. The pizzas were cold, my daughter put a tip with the order but when we asked if she had, they said no, so we left another tip! The salad was subpar as well. Don't know if the original owner sold but we won't buy pizza feom here. So sad! read more

Went there to pick up an order and none of them were wearing masks and the workers were rude. It's a requirement from the state for workers to wear masks and you would think it would be a NO BRAINER for people preparing food. I would avoid this place until this pandemic is over as they don't take sanitation seriously. Every other place I've been in CLE or CBUS have been wearing masks and gloves and had obvious sanitary procedures which makes their customers feel safe. read more

As much as I want to support this local pizzeria down the street from me, its impossible due to their expensive price for a large pizza that isnt anything special. Slightly sweeter sauce and cheese that falls off the slice exposing the plain, kind of boring pizza. I would only go if you had some kind of coupon, even then its hard to compete with the $10 'many topping' specials going on everywhere else now. read more

The pizza was great but neither person working in the store had on a mask. Neither while making the pizzas or taking my money. 6/13/2020 6 pm read more

Good tasting crust. Not too sweet not too tangy sauce. People say they hate their toppings under the cheese....so just ask for it on top! Good ingredients. read more

We ordered a pizza at 7:27pm. They called us at 9pm saying they just realized that we are outside their delivery area (we live 5.8 miles away). We called to check on the order twice and they kept telling us it was in progress but never mentioned the delivery issue. We spoke to a manager, who quickly blamed the person who took the order saying that they never should have taken it. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, will never use/recommend this place. read more

Matthew's right - this is the best guilty pleasure on the east side! Yes, the pizza is greasy, there's a ton of cheese and the pepperoni is underneath the cheese, but these are all things I LOVE about Teresa's! Was so happy when they opened locations in Mentor. read more

By far one of the best pizza places. Pizza tastes amazing. But, you need to like a little grease! Flavor is amazing!!!!

Very disappointing. Sweet, thin sauce - normally I like a sweeter pizza sauce but this was just kind of gross and didn't taste very tomato-y. Very expensive - pizza came in a large box but when we got home and opened it up, there was plenty of open space. I can honestly say I hated it, but still giving it two stars as the boyfriend thought it was OK. read more

The only positive thing I can say about my dinner from Theresa's was that there was an adequate amount of Kalamata olives on the greek salad, however, it did not make up for the fact that they included no dressing on the salad or on the side. We ordered cheesy breadsticks as well, and instead they gave us regular breadsticks that were hard and tasted like something you would buy from the freezer section at the grocery store, only worse. The pizza itself was incredibly greasy. I was excited to try a new pizza place that I hadn't tried before but it led to a disappointing dinner. Won't order from here ever again. read more

This pizza must not be for me. Way too much cheese. Service is good, I just didn't care for the pizza.

I have to say that this is my absolute favorite place to order pizza. I am a cheese addict and Teresa's is very generous with the amount of cheese you would like to be put on your pizza. Their homemade italian dressing is amazing as well. I have never had a problem with them and always receive great customer service. If you're looking for a tasty pizza joint this would be it! read more

I have been coming here since I was around 14 always have loved the bbq wings i suggest those to any wing lover they have a sweet smokey taste to them. Also I enjoy the pizza I love how they put the toppings under the cheese the flavors are just so amazing. I always get the pepperoni and sausage occasionally I get ther extra cheese but that's a little much because they already load you up with cheese. The only reason I give Them Four stars is because when you get delivery it is a hour wait and I literally stay 5mins away so that is a little ridiculous. Other than that the taste is amazing read more

If you have never eaten Teresa's Pizza, you are missing out on one of the greatest pizzas you will find. Period.
