I came to this store for their "re-grand reopening," and I left feeling angry, unsafe, and violated. I will NEVER be returning, and I strongly recommend that others think twice before shopping here which is why I am making this review for awareness regarding privacy/safety concerns. First of all, not a single employee greeted me when I walked in. But honestly, that is the least of my concerns. I decided to try on some clothes, and guess what? Their "dressing rooms" have curtains that DO NOT EVEN CLOSE ALL THE WAY. There is NO proper way to secure them for privacy. How is that acceptable in a store where customers are expected to undress? Hello??????? This is BASIC common sense!!!! And then it got MUCH WORSE! TWICE, someone tried to open the curtain while I was FULLY NAKED. TWICE!!! I cannot even explain how violated and uncomfortable I felt. I was literally changing clothes, expecting privacy, and someone attempted to open the curtain TWICE. A fitting room is supposed to be PRIVATE. I should not have to worry about someone opening a curtain and exposing me while I am naked. This is not just "bad customer service." This is a serious privacy AND safety issue. What if I had been a child? What if someone had actually opened it all the way? Why is there NO proper hook, lock, or even an occupied sign to prevent this from happening? This is extremely unacceptable!!!!!!! And this store claims TODAY is their "re-grand reopening"??? WHY DID YOU REOPEN IF YOU WEREN'T READY??? There were multiple handymen making loud noises with drills throughout the store. The entire experience felt unfinished and chaotic. Oh, and don't even get me started on the "free bedazzling." I expected actual bedazzling as that is what was promoted, not what looked like cheap shein adhesive jewel stickers. Should've been called sticker station??? I am honestly so disappointed & angry. Customers deserve privacy, safety, and basic respect. Have been a customer for years and my daughter as well but today I brought in a leather handbag that I wanted to return within the 14 day grace period because of the smell inside of it was gross and Kathy, the manager or the owner did not want to return the $14 bag. Thought I had found a store that would be my "go to" for family and friends. but not so. I initially told others about the store and they checked it out, purchased gifts for their families and told them about the store. But after the treatment I received from the Cerritos manager, none of us will ever again spend our money at any of their locations. No one should waste their time or money at this store, especially the Cerritos location. I purchased a Christmas gift for my mom. Even though I had the original receipt, the dark-haired Latina manager would not allow me to return it for store credit because it was too late from the purchase date and I didn't have the gift receipt. She stated this to me, pushed the bag aside and dismissed me with an insincere "sorry" and stared at me. I explained that it was a Christmas gift that wasn't going to be opened until December 25th. She re-stated her first response with the same dismissive attitude. I asked why she wouldn't allow for it being a gift that wasn't going to be opened until 9 days later, and that it seemed that I was being penalized for buying it early. She just said that's their policy. At this point she started giggling at me. I asked why she was laughing at me and she denied she was. I told her, "I'm looking right at you and you are." She denied it again and giggled even harder. Mind you, there was a customer behind me and another clerk behind the manager, both seeing and hearing this. I again tried to reason with her, informing her that I was only looking for store credit. She told me they don't do that and laughed at me again, a bit more than last time. I again asked her why she was laughing at me and she denied it again. I was feeling embarrassed, humiliated and angry at her gaslighting. She just stared at me. Holding back my tears, I took my bag and left. I turned around to look back at her and she was now laughing uncontrollably at me, holding a bag over her mouth to try and hide her laughter. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. As I walked through the mall to my car, trying not to cry, I kept asking myself how could this company put someone so mean, rude and disrespectful in a management position? read more

I come here specifically for the unique pieces they offer. Yes it can be expensive. I personally find that if you're looking for linen / cotton and even basic type pieces, they are always great quality. Sure I can probably shop online and get them cheaper. But the quality of the fabric is much higher than other places. Their fitting rooms are big and bright and i love how much selection they have. I've boughten several pieces here that I always get compliments on. The cashiers are young. But they are always polite and smile when they finish ringing you up... Anytime I'm in town I treat myself to this place with 1 or two items. The following pics are in constant rotation in my wardrobe. Also they got the playlist on point. Love shopping here. read more

The service here is Bogus. These young people working here have their noses in the air as if they're playing on set of the devil Wears Prada. First red flag was noticeably being seen while walking in and making eye contact just to not be greeted but shortly after watching someone else who very clearly put more effort into their appearance be welcomed with a smile and more personable greeting. It's giving ' You can't sit with us ' ... I also had my baby with me and I kept catching the staff rolling there Eyes at my child like they didn't want children in their store, but obviously that's not something someone would admit to out loud. Unfortunately they close their dressing rooms about thirty minutes before closing and they pull the store doors up around the same time which seems excessive and even will make a person feel rushed. And my last straw was when I asked a legitimate question about their items potentially being mistagged, because two jackets (the same style and design, one short ending waist length, and the other long ankle length like a trench coat) were tagged with what seemed to me to be backwards ( the short one thirty dollars more expensive than the long one) obviously the longer jacket would typically be marked for more than the shorter jacket. So when I asked if this may be the case, instead of a professional response, I got a "what?" With a tone that clearly indicates these people have been too comfortable talking to customers just any kind of way, so I proceeded to repeat my question, looking over the initial response I got, just to be cut off mid sentence and responded with a giggle and a head shake of the girl saying abruptly "no it's not mistagged" then she walks off to a nearby rack and I catch her and her coworker standing and holding eye contact as if I asked a stupid question. Forgive me for having some integrity and wanting to ensure that i was paying the correct and fair price . Turns out that coworker was a manager. And she decided to approach me while in the mirror to tell me if I'm not going to check out then I'll need to come back tomorrow, but Didn't bother approaching anyone else still very much browsing in the store (still 10 minutes before closing). I checked out and she very aggressively walked out with me to slam the rolling doors shut on my way out. First and LAST TIME shopping here. Wish I had a better experience. Be careful while shopping here they won't tell you items are final sale till you check out, and even if you want to exchange items, they can change their minds and say nope it was final sale. I went to return a skirt, the woman almost denied me and it was a day apart from the original purchase and not even stamped as final sale. Same thing happened with my friend. She went to return on the 14th day and they told her no. It's such a cute shop too. It's just unfortunate. Maybe they should start saying their policy before purchasing to avoid confusion instead of while you're checkin OUT. They should also say they can change their minds too regarding policy. If you're gonna buy something from here, make sure to try it on because I do not recommend going back to return or exchange. Wish this place was more fair. Yes this is my go to store to shop at but it is quite expensive , a simple black plain jumpsuit can run you almost 60$ most of the clothes is not see through at all and is pretty thick material . Other than that, most of their clothes are from Shein, with the same shape and the same quality of fabric, but their prices are more expensive than Shein. They also have some dirty clothes.
