They will record how you walk on a treadmill and mark how you put your weight on your feet. With this information they will recommend shoes best for you. They have a wall of Asics, Brooks, Hoka, New Balance, Saucony. They will also make $100 custom insoles for you to try. We found everyone in the store to be attentive and kind. I brought my 70 year old mother here and she says her new Brooks are the most comfortable shoes she's ever had. With the attention comes the higher price; these are also the most expensive sneakers I've ever purchased. Additionally, if you're here to just buy something without the appointment, almost everyone is occupied helping other people that you end up waiting around at the register with no one in sight.

Also rude comments like I was wasting time trying on I shoe that I liked when I was trying on just one pair of shoe. People buy different shoes for different uses such as for work and pleasure. They are not listening to customers and the salesman wanted to sell me the shoe I already had and then kept pushing for insole that caused foot injury because it was not properly prepared by road runner. Absolute worst and they made me wait 16 minutes before helping with shoes then slammed the boxes on the chair loudly for shoes I didn't want.

Also there's 1 employee there who has a real attitude problem I asked him for an opinion on wedges and it's was like talking to a wall. The store is really nice they have great selection but the customer service is trash there only 1 good guy in there I don't remember his name but he's a bigger guy bald he's awesome

Also with the intention of buying a new Ogio bag for my clubs and small walking bags for both of us. To our shock, their "master fitter" not only refused to do a fitting "because it was too close to closing time", but wouldn't even schedule a fitting for us on another day. Instead, he told me to "go ahead and try to book a time on line". I get that we were there later in the evening, but to refuse to help with a fitting, direct us towards some clubs that would work for us or to even put in the effort to schedule a time for us to come back, blows my mind! Being in sales, if a potential customer came to me and wanted to buy several high value items, the last thing I would tell them is to go away and look it up online. Getting people through the door and ready to spend money is the whole reason stores spends millions on advertising every year. This guy took that opportunity and absolutely blew it! Not only losing revenue of a returning customer for the store, but also the opportunity to outfit a new golfer who needed everything from shoes, to gear, and a whole set of clubs. We would have spent at least $3,000- $4,000 this evening, probably more, had we been given the opportunity. Instead we spent about 20 minutes browsing around, picking out the Ogio bag, the Stealth Driver, the Ping putter, the Callaway set of irons we will now purchase from another retailer before driving the 40 minutes back to our house without spending a dime in that store. Maybe it's because I'm a woman that he didn't take my business seriously. Maybe he just didn't want to actually have to do his job. Maybe he was tired or lazy or just didn't give a care. I don't really care about the why. What I do care about is where I spend my and if that retailer values my business. Clearly this guy didn't want our business this evening. I hope he has the opportunity to see this and more importantly, I hope he works on commission.

The Soccer Post - Berwyn and the entire organization is a joke of a business. Their "return policy"…read moreis so conditional that I'm not sure anything can be returned. It is not worth the hassle. I received a promotional pre-black Friday sale email in early November for a buy 1 get another 50% off. What a deal I thought for a few Christmas gifts. $150 worth of youth cleats later, I received the cleats before Thanksgiving. A month later my son excitedly opened his two Christmas gifts. After trying them on we realized they were too tight. So we went to the store in Berwyn to exchange them for a larger size. Not a refund, but an exchange. We were told "We can't accept returns/exchanges at the store for any online purchases." Seriously? You don't have a truck shipping things back and forth for your organization's warehouse? Just swap out a bigger pair from the back with the ones I have. Nope! So we turned to an online return only to be told that because the purchase took place longer than 30 days prior they could not accept a return/exchange. We challenged them by pointing out that we bought them for a Christmas gift in response to a pre-Black Friday sale, which was a promotion to generate sales within the Christmas season. Most companies suspend or create an exception to their return policies to accommodate the needs of Christmas gifts and the need for possible returns. Based on what their policy says, parents should buy Christmas gifts, have their kids try them on and ruin the surprise ahead of Christmas and then wrap them for Christmas day. Dumbest of dumb. Parents you've been warned. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Soccer Post doesn't value its customers with their bait and switch return policy. I refuse to support a small business that preys on their customers. Shame on you Soccer Post. You're a joke.
