Also there's 1 employee there who has a real attitude problem I asked him for an opinion on wedges and it's was like talking to a wall. The store is really nice they have great selection but the customer service is trash there only 1 good guy in there I don't remember his name but he's a bigger guy bald he's awesome

Also with the intention of buying a new Ogio bag for my clubs and small walking bags for both of us. To our shock, their "master fitter" not only refused to do a fitting "because it was too close to closing time", but wouldn't even schedule a fitting for us on another day. Instead, he told me to "go ahead and try to book a time on line". I get that we were there later in the evening, but to refuse to help with a fitting, direct us towards some clubs that would work for us or to even put in the effort to schedule a time for us to come back, blows my mind! Being in sales, if a potential customer came to me and wanted to buy several high value items, the last thing I would tell them is to go away and look it up online. Getting people through the door and ready to spend money is the whole reason stores spends millions on advertising every year. This guy took that opportunity and absolutely blew it! Not only losing revenue of a returning customer for the store, but also the opportunity to outfit a new golfer who needed everything from shoes, to gear, and a whole set of clubs. We would have spent at least $3,000- $4,000 this evening, probably more, had we been given the opportunity. Instead we spent about 20 minutes browsing around, picking out the Ogio bag, the Stealth Driver, the Ping putter, the Callaway set of irons we will now purchase from another retailer before driving the 40 minutes back to our house without spending a dime in that store. Maybe it's because I'm a woman that he didn't take my business seriously. Maybe he just didn't want to actually have to do his job. Maybe he was tired or lazy or just didn't give a care. I don't really care about the why. What I do care about is where I spend my and if that retailer values my business. Clearly this guy didn't want our business this evening. I hope he has the opportunity to see this and more importantly, I hope he works on commission.

It was a cold evening but the heaters were a nice addition to have while playing. The couch was also heated, bonus! We always enjoy the food from here, this was our 3rd trip to this location. We always try to order new things - can't go wrong with the lemon blueberry martini & s'mores skillet cookie cake! A fun time with friends, I do wish they had a call button for our server because it was so cold towards the end of the evening we didn't see her as much - an easy widget that could be added to the computer system would be a nice touch. Overall, always enjoy our time & food at Top Golf.

O man this experience was a mixed bag and I'm not talking about one with irons and woods!…read more I came here for the first time with two of my buddies and one of us went to order the golf bag drink which we were informed you can only order if you have two people drinking it as it has two and a half shots in it? By my count there were three of us in our party, so what was the issue exactly? Also, FYI - there are no prices listed on any of the alcoholic drinks lol. I wasn't drinking on this occasion but after two drinks each for my friends and an order of nachos and a burger the bill along with 90 minutes of Topgolf ($15 removed as I had put down a deposit) was $165 without tip! On to the activity portion of my review. Biggest pet peeve was you have to waive a club in front of a sensor for the ball to come out, now in theory this is a great idea and makes it more fun than pushing a button, right? Well, when you waive the club, the sensor was taking forever to acknowledge that we were asking for the ball. There are many games you can choose from including sonic the hedgehog virtual display and it incorporates where you hit the ball on the rage to get coins. They also have an angry bird game, and many more. Important note, the ball is not a legit golf ball I was informed from someone in my party, it is not as hard thus does not travel as far. That is fine as the furthest you can hit the ball is approx. 200 yards, but I feel this should be mentioned for those of you that actually want to practice your golf stroke at the range. All in all, it was a fun night out and you have the valley forge casino right next door if you want to get some gambling action nearby. If you have a group of friends and are looking for an activity on par with bowling, axe throwing, or something fun for a group this could be in your wheelhouse. Next time I'm in the area though, I prob either start or finish at the casino and possibly just go to the casino instead of the range. As always people SYOY!!!

Who knew going to a store with the sole purpose of buying running shoes could teach you a lot about…read moreyourself in less than an hour... I went here on Wednesday November 22nd in the early afternoon. I entered the store, and I took a look around since it was my first time in there. I saw that some of their staff was already helping other customers, and after looking around for a few minutes, I decided to take a seat until someone offered to help a few minutes later. An employee then spoke into a mic/walkie talkie to indicate to someone in the back/side room that I needed help. Afterwards, an employee came out and we got the show on the road. I told her I was interested in understanding what kind of feet I have and what would be the best shoe for me. Before we got started with the fun, I had to answer a few basic questions like how often do I plan on running, what kind of cushion, how much will I run in a week, etc; So in order to find the right shoe, I needed to take my socks off and walk/run barefoot with socks provided by them on a treadmill while she filmed behind me with an iPad for 10-20 seconds. Once the employee got a good enough recording, then we headed over to the Fit Finder. For some reason the Fit Finder wasn't playing nice with her iPad, so we kind of stood around for a minute or two and then technology magically fixed itself. Afterwards I had to stand on it with both feet, stand on my feet in specific ways, put more weight on specific feet, etc; Once we finished doing all of that, then we got to go to the big TV and understand my results! There is where I learned some interesting facts about myself! First it provided a couple shoe recommendations as well as other product recommendations. Now the nittygritty. The Fit Finder and treadmill fun was able to tell me how long my feet are, my feet width, my feet alignment, arch heights on each foot, and other not as useful facts like ball width, ball girth, instep height, and heel width. Here I learned how severely different my arch heights were in both feet. How one foot can be shorter than the other... Also how I have narrower feet on average than a typical guy... The list goes on, but it taught me a lot about my feet that you wouldn't know from just trying on shoes or just looking at your feet. So based on all of that and how I walk/run, they were able to recommend stability shoes. However as we were talking about shoes then began the kind of subtle push for their custom support insole. Now I never necessarily said no or yes to it, but quickly as we were getting to the shoe trying on phase, she began heating up the insoles. We then did a standing act to form the insoles to my feet. Afterwards, she trimmed the insoles based on my feet/shoe size which in my head I kind of questioned since I never agreed to buying the custom insoles. However I just went along. We tried on a good few pairs, and I eventually settled on a pair in a color and size that wasn't available in store. Based on their Black Friday deals, I was also logically convinced into getting their VIP rewards plan. It was at a price that would ultimately save me money, allow for me to return the custom insoles, get a discount on the shoes + insoles, and then also get a lot of in-store cashback. I ultimately spent $236 on the shoes ($126), custom insoles ($90), and membership ($20). I saved $24 with the membership, and I received $63.20 in in-store cash. So to me that seems like a pretty good value, but maybe I spent more then I needed if I just bought the shoes. Regardless, I left the store with the custom insoles and the shoes to be delivered in a few days. Their website didn't really play nice with linking the cashback to my account or linking my membership, but it eventually linked after a couple days. My in store Fit Finder results for whatever reason did not tie back to my account on the website, but they at least email you the results to reference for later. On another note, I was told that if I want to cancel my paid membership, I have to call them... So one of those days I attempted, and I sat on hold for like 30 minutes and gave up. I still need to... Lets hope I don't forget canceling by next year! Ultimately I think it was a great experience. I learned a LOT about my feet, bought shoes, kind of got a deal, and kind of got upsold? Regardless, I still feel like it was overall a great experience, and it is a worth a trip to understand how your feet are.

If you're looking for a tailored sneakers shopping experience, look no further! Once you step in…read morefor your appointment, expect to stay at least an hour. They will record how you walk on a treadmill and mark how you put your weight on your feet. With this information they will recommend shoes best for you. They have a wall of Asics, Brooks, Hoka, New Balance, Saucony. They will also make $100 custom insoles for you to try. We found everyone in the store to be attentive and kind. I brought my 70 year old mother here and she says her new Brooks are the most comfortable shoes she's ever had. With the attention comes the higher price; these are also the most expensive sneakers I've ever purchased. Additionally, if you're here to just buy something without the appointment, almost everyone is occupied helping other people that you end up waiting around at the register with no one in sight.
