The employee told me I had to wait until I received a text from them, claiming they process customers in the order purchases were made. Meanwhile, he was just standing around. I showed him the verification code I already had, and the whole thing took about 5 minutes to complete. If it only takes a few minutes, there's no reason customers should be told to wait unnecessarily. Once they have your money, the customer service drops off completely. Very frustrating experience. I expected better professionalism and communication.
