Some of the smallest tenders in history.
    Daniel M.

When you go to tenders and your tenders are smaller than your fries. Lol Come on now, we can do better than this. The taste was great, nice and crispy. Why did I just pay $11.49 for these mini pieces of chicken with fries, a burnt piece of BBQ bread and not even get a drink? Attention to detail is obviously not a strong suit here. I recommend going somewhere else if you're wanting some decent tenders. One positive is that the server was very polite, Tenders doesn't deserve her.

Was really craving some wings, but it is Ridiculous $14 for these tiny wings, and on top of it all they are hard as a rock. I wont be back.

I stopped by for a quick lunch on the way to the airport on 3/27. I ordered the chicken tender lunch with 4 chicken strips fries and Texas toast. The chicken strips were rubbery and fries tasted like frozen fries. The best part of the meal was the Texas toast. Texas Toast - 5 stars Fries - 2 stars Chicken Tenders - 1 star So my composite score is 3 stars.

The wings were cold and of horrible quality. I bit into one and was immediately nauseous. There was also a hair that resembled a dog hair on my chicken finger. For $11 I expect better...

I really enjoy the chicken and texas toast here. It tastes great. Price is fair, about $8 for lunch.

Something came up making Friday a bad choice, so I made another reservation for Saturday and cancelled the on for Friday. Once again I got a text message for both the Friday cancellation and Saturday booking. The automated replies made it convenient. We arrived a few minutes before or reservation and were seated right away. They were quick to respect my request for a nearby booth, as I have a disability walking. We ordered the steak appetizer roles that were outstanding! My wife ordered a Caesar salad that was huge, along with the filet with a baked potato. When I looked at the menu days prior, I was eyeing the shrimp and grits, but after seeing nearby tables entrees, I quickly ordered the ribeye. Our server, Jesstina was off the wall spectacular! Our appetizer came out quick, and our main course came out soon after we were done enjoying our appetizers. She made sure our every need was taken care of, and her attitude was as if we were her long time friends. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary of 23 years, and the dining experience was perfect! Spectacular service, an outstanding food selection and a 10 out of 10! This was our first time at this Stoney River, but it won't be the last! And you can rest assured, we'll make sure Jesstina will be our requested server!

It is a great spot for a date night or a special evening out. We started with the crab cake. It was definitely good, flavorful, and nicely prepared, but at 18 dollars for a single crab cake, it felt a little steep. The standout of the night was the Wild Mushroom Meatloaf. It was hearty, well seasoned, and something I would absolutely reorder. We paired it with asparagus and Parmesan fries. The asparagus was fresh and succulently seasoned, cooked just right. The Parmesan fries were crispy and flavorful and made a great complement to the meal. I ordered the London Dip, which had good flavor overall, especially paired with the roasted wild mushrooms. That combination worked well together. However, for the price point, I think next time I might try something else on the menu. It was good, just not quite as memorable as the meatloaf. We also tried the smoked gouda mac and cheese, which was rich and tasty and definitely a solid side option. Overall, Stoney River offers good quality dishes with strong flavors in a classy setting that makes it perfect for date night. A few items feel priced on the higher side, but I would return, especially for that meatloaf.

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the decor of this restaurant. It was very modern and chic with great esthetics. That hands down was a plus for me. Moving on to my experience, it was actually very lovely. The server was really nice and was helpful reviewing the menu with my party. The menu was pretty good. It had typical American brunch/breakfast, but they also had a few twist to some of the item. Very tasty. This was a solid pick for brunch. It's an IG worthy place to be, and the food is solid which is a win to me. If I lived here, I could definitely see myself going back. Honestly, a very pleasant first time at this restaurant.

This restaurant is a sports bar with Cajun type of food place. There is a nice size full bar and lots of TVs. I imagine this place is rocking during Alabama and Auburn football games. I ordered a grilled chicken avocado sandwich. It came with waffle fries. My chicken was perfectly cooked and quite juicy. The addition of raw onion delivered excellent flavors to the wheat bun and chicken sandwich. 5/5 I was going to order a side salad and opted for a Cypress Cobb Salad with ranch dressing. It was loaded with grilled chicken, bacon, red onion, tomatoes, eggs, and lettuce, This salad was delicious! 5/5 Dave ordered Fried Catfish Orleans, deconstructed. He asked for the fried catfish, the fried shrimp, and the crawfish étouffée to be served separately rather than everything piled on top of each other. He said the catfish was very good, the shrimp was very good and he enjoyed the crawfish étouffée, but said it was on the spicy side. I am glad I asked him to get the dish deconstructed. This way he was able to enjoy the catfish and shrimp and not worry about the étouffée being too spicy. He loved his meal. 5/5 I asked for a cup of red beans and rice to go. The red beans were on the spicy side. They were very tasty but definitely had some kick. 5/5 If you like sporting events and going to a sports bar versus sitting at home, please stop by Walk On's. They have great foods and my waitress, Alexis, is more than capable of loading everyone up! We will return. 5/5

The Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders were definitely the highlight. The patties were cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful, and the bacon was done just right with that nice balance of crispy and tender. Simple but really well executed. The Fried Alligator Bites were a bit of a letdown for me. They were a tad chewy, almost like biting into pure cartilage at times, which kind of threw off the experience. I have had way better fried alligator, especially at Cajun Roux Bar & Grill in Providence, so I think my expectations were just higher going in. All in all, not too bad. It might have just been an off night. I would totally come back, but I would probably try something different next time.
