I am allergic to dogs. Another customer had their dog in the enclosed "patio" feeding the dog off the seat, not in a bowl. I'm wearing a long white coat today, and if I sat there, it would have gotten dirty. Our sweet waitress has exceptional customer service skills. We have a party of 6 so there was a little wait. The restaurant doesn't have a lot of seating, so that was expected. I receive a free appetizer fpr signing up for their rewards club. We decided to try the new Elote Corn dip. It was so good!! Our party had the following items: Bad Ass Burger Daddy's Philly Heat Wave Burger Chicken Tenders We really liked the option on the menu to build your own Burger. That is a great touch. One of my kids had a burger and the other had a chicken sandwich. They don't like anything fancy on their sandwiches so that made it really easy for them. The sandwiches come ala carte, which means you can have a side or not. The sandwiches are very big, so a side isn't really necessary (IMO). My kids shared fries and that was enough for them. All of the food was delicious. We finished out with hand scooped shakes. That was a perfect finish to our meal (even though we were stuffed). We shared the shakes too. The waitress was nice enough to split each of them into 2 cups for us. We had the cookies & cream, BD Snickered and Salted Caramel Pretzel. They were delicious. read more

I like hamburgers. I like most food. This place does not disappoint. I knew getting a gourmet burger is not going to be in one piece when you try and eat it. So I cut it in half and ate the inside with a fork. Trying to hold it you get mustard all over. The sweet potato fries were good. Christina mentioned the shake for desert. I went here for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by their salads. I ordered the Greek chicken salad and it was huge! I did manage to eat nearly all of it, but it was like a never ending pile of veggies and was really quite delicious! Service was quick. I did enjoy the food here. It's a large menu of various types of burgers and other similar items. My mushroom Swiss burger, which is often my go to, was really good, and I would recommend the food. The only negative was the wait time. We were seated quickly but I think we waited almost 40 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The waitress was very nice and apologetic, but I didn't anticipate that long of a wait. They didn't look super crowded. We did get the fried deviled eggs as an appetizer so luckily that tided us over. Those were good too. So, the food is well worth it but just be prepared to wait a little! read more

Sent to Facebook messenger business page on 5/21/24 Emailed to local restaurant on 5/22/24 Submitted review on corporate website 5/23/24 No responses so, review posted. We come here often and I honestly can't remember a time we've had an issue. Unfortunately, tonight was quite the opposite of our normal experience. We arrived about 8:30 so the restaurant wasn't busy but we sat almost ten minutes before our waiter came out. We ordered the deviled eggs with no bacon and poblano frites. There were maybe ten frites on the plate and the deviled eggs had bacon. He promptly returned with a fresh order of the eggs which I appreciated. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub vegetarian with fries and the Mayo on the side. You guessed it, the Mayo was on the burger and we were told the fries were on the way. Our server did offer to replace it but my husband had already started eating and I had ordered fried pickles. The pickles came out very hot, but also dripping with grease. My husband ordered the banana pudding for dessert and sadly it was nothing like what is pictured on the website. The fries never came but our waiter offered to remove those after we brought it to his attention at checkout. He also offered to remove the banana pudding after noticing that my husband had hardly touched it. When he returned, my husband immediately paid the check as we had waited quite some time for it. When we received the receipt, I noticed that we were charged full price for the three appetizers we ordered. The waiter again apologized and brought us a new check. Sadly, the experience tonight wasn't enjoyable and I felt it should be brought to your attention. I'm not sure if it's because we came late or what, but there was definitely something different. Went in on Veteran's Day for the free burger and brought my daughter with me. There was no one at the front to seat us and we had two servers walk by more than once and not even acknowledge us.....like at least say someone will be with you in a moment. Then the hostess came out and told us it would be 45 min because the kitchen was so backed up with to-go orders. Shouldn't dine-in customers have priority? Seems like that would be the common sense answer to take care of those customers first. read more

I've been here a few times now. Never really thought it was "bad", but now I know it's bad. It's weird to think you order is medium well and you get a burnt piece of meat that falls apart when you eat it. You order two types of bacon and get 4-5 little tiny burnt to a crisp pieces of bacon. My food was prepared pretty fast, but dang take your time if that's that quality of food you're sending out. I ordered some sauces on the side (none on my burger) so the bun wouldn't be soggy. This is hands down the worst burger I have had. Also, I ordered the homemade chips - I must have received the scrapings at the bottom as they were all so small I couldn't use them to dip in the amazing pimento cheese. read more

I ordered online last night bc I'm pregnant and honestly had a long day from working so I decided to order a turkey burger with barely any toppings all I asked for was for the condiments to be put on the side. They delivered this box with all condiments in it (including the dressing for my salad) and decided to not apply any type of tips or plastic wrap on top of the side cups. My food was extremely cold and soggy (bun, lettuce, ranch covered pickles) from ranch and other condiments spewed at the bottom. I'm pregnant and couldn't eat most of my food because at that point everything was trash besides the patty and the salad that now has no dressing. In all my years I've never seen people be so careless to paying customers, especially with it being to go. I tried to call this morning to speak with a manager to explain and express my frustration with my order from the night before and before I could explain what happened with my order I was hung up on once I asked for the managers name. This is an awful way to treat paying customers. Things are expensive enough and to have to pay over 20 dollars for a side salad and a turkey burger with barely any toppings this place really dropped the ball and has done so over and over again in the past with me as well. read more

(Occasionally) I try to eat healthy. Then why am I reviewing a burger place? Bad Daddy's makes one heck of a bad a** salad! Just like their burgers, Bad Daddy's has a build your own salad option. You pick your greens, 4 veggies, one cheese, one fruit, one "crunch" and of course your dressing. Several of the dressings are housemade - the ranch is my favorite, the balsamic vinaigrette, not so much. You also have an optional protein choice for an upcharge. (The wild caught salmon is expensive but excellent). For the price difference between the large and small, I always opt for the large, dressing on the side, and have enough left for tomorrow's lunch. I've been to the Bad Daddy's on the Parkway several times and thought I knew what to expect in Madison. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. First THE MUSIC IS TO LOUD. My dining partner and I had to almost yell across the table to each other just to be heard. Maybe the patio would have been better but it wasn't open the day we visited. We actually cut our visit short just because of the difficulty conversing. My salad was also a disappointment. I didn't get my fruit or cheese. When I told my waitress about the fruit, she brought me back a tiny cup of strawberries - it couldn't have been much more than a tablespoon of fruit. I didn't realize I was missing my cheese until I was almost finished so I just let that go. I live halfway between both area locations. Madison has plenty of other dining options - I think I'll just stick to the Huntsville Bad Daddy's from now on. read more

Bad Daddy's boot camp soft opening. Registration/ reservation making was easy. We came a bit early (30 min) and they seated us immediately anyway. Ordering is very easy. I like that they have a 'Build Your Own Burger' option. It's easy to do because they have a pre printed pad and pencils so you can easily make up your burger without having to yell it at the waitress. I had the Bad Ass Burger and sweet potato fries. Excellent. They even asked how I wanted it cooked. I said rare, my wife got her sliders med we'll. Both were cooked to order perfection. My waitress was competent, professional and attentive. A loud, overly bright patio with no airflow was an ill omen that proceeded this terrible experience. Refills were nonexistent, service tepid at best, and an utter disregard for requests that were best fielded by other waitresses than ours. Food was all over the place, fries were undercooked, over greased, and tiny portions for the price. Burgers couldn't find a cook temp with an engraved invitation and often had rare to medium well bits throughout the party. Unimpressed is too generous. I won't be back until the entire staff changes, this place deserves no stars and a forced closure by the health department for an unhygienic restroom to close out the experience. read more
