Chatting with the counter help, she explained to me how many generations of pizza makers worked at Bruno's. They know their craft. Crispy, wood fired crust with tangy, garlicky sauce sets the foundation for their slices. A perfect amount of cheese was melted on their pies...the pizza had the pepperoni drip, the crunchy, crusty fold and the cheesy droop. The outside, sunny seating was clean, beautiful and busy with kids and adults alike, enjoying sodas and pizza.
