The employees here are super disrespectful and unprofessional, specifically Kristi. She started cussing me out, calling me derogatory words, making racial comments about me, and even went as far as to damage my personal property by kicking my stuff around. They charge whatever they feel like, they have a 250 minimum for 2 hours yet always seem to charge 600 even for an hour of work.

Worst experience with this company. From start to finish. First: Gave me an hourly rate $175, and I asked them is there a minimum amount of hours and they said no. Tow gets done in 1 and 15 minutes and they charge me 3 hours, then when I ask them about it they told me they gave me a flat rate of $525.00 LIES! Worst apart about this experience: When the driver dropped the truck off he blamed my brakes and said the truck rolled forward and hit his tow forks and broke the transmission line and it was leaking in my driveway. Said he needed to take truck back to his yard to fix it and they would give me a call. 4 Days Go by: I called them, they didn't call me and I asked if my truck is ready and they said yes they fixed it and delivered it same day. Turn on my truck and it is still leaking, they didn't fix the problem they made and claim they did. Crazy how a "company" will do you! read more

We had the occasion to dispose of an old water truck at our business.As it did not run we gave Ten West a call. A driver named Tom showed up and towed the truck to a scrap yard on the East side.There were complications at the junk yard, and it took some time. Ten West representative Tom was not impatient or cross, a very pleasant person to work with. His truck was from like the mid 1990s or something, and they take such good care of the equipment that the truck looked very much like new. The worst experience I've had with a company ever. We scheduled this company to move the last bit of our trailers and vehicles to our new home. We were quoted $5500 for the move. We set aside the money and had good communication between them and us up until the day of the scheduled transport. I was given a call the day of transport and was told they had a "miscommunication" with the truck transporter. The woman Amy, I worked with through this whole thing told me the transporter was under the impression that the stuff being shipped was going to Nevada instead of Texas. She told me the price would go up from $5500 to $13500. More than doubled our cost. She told me they would not help cover the difference even though it was their mistake. It's hard to believe that a company, who's job is to price out and transport items didn't think twice that the price was much lower than what the average market price to transport and it didn't send up red flags. The escrow on our house was set to be closing the next day and we are left with no transportation for our items. This is the most unprofessional company I've had the displeasure to work with. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! read more
