Good tow company amazing workers very professional fast response time cannot argue with that

I called what I thought was Trinity Towing but apparently the call went to a dispatch center and not Trinity Towing which I did not know until later. I was quoted $49 for the hook up and $12/mile so for 6 miles it would be $121. I confirmed the amount and the man said yes and told me the truck would be there soon. A few minutes later the tow truck person called me and told me it was a $75 hook up and $12/mile. I told him I was quoted $49 for the hook up and he said he would have dispatch call me. I called Trinity Towing again and the same person answered and told me that the I called CenCal towing not Trinity. I told him I called the number directly from the Trinity Yelp page and then he said oh they are closed and won't open for another 15mins and all calls go to him. And then I explained that he quoted me $49 for the hook up and he told me no I said $94 and the tow driver was giving me a discount with the $75. This is a pure bait and switch situation and people need to beware of businesses like this. I then called Golden Empire towing and they quoted me $100 and had the job completed within an hour of my call! If you want an honest company who will give you a fair price and fast service go to Golden State Towing! read more

Car got a flat in the middle of nowhere basically near Lost Hills Ca and had no spare tire at 8pm. BMW Roadside Assistance assigned me to Trinity and they made it to my location 30 mins faster than the ETA. They were able to tow my car to nearest BMW repair shop and they were kind enough to drop me off at my hotel nearby where I would stay overnight. Super friendly drivers! Ensured they would not leave me stranded! Easy 5 stars. read more

I was heading home to La Quinta CA from Rio Vista CA. When my car broke down in the middle of no where on I-5 on a blazing hot Sunday. Mike the owner arranged a mechanic to look at my car on Monday & drove me to the airport to rent a car so I could get home. The mechanic checked my car out, blown head gasket due to a radiator hose coming loose for the 2nd time so Mike pick up my car and stored it until I could get my AAA upgraded so could tow the 200+ miles to my mechanic.....just amazing that Mike went above & beyond for me. I called about getting a tow for my grandson his tire blew out and he was stranded in another town than myself.. The man that answered the phone was great he got a tow truck out right away. the driver arrived quickly and did an awesome job with hookup. Our car broke down and wouldn't start so we needed a tow. Got this company recommendation by a friend of ours and they didn't take more than 15 mins to get to us. The car is pretty low and the guy going it was really good about not damaging the front or rear. Nothing was damaged as the car went up or down the truck. And once we got to our location we still needed to push the car into the garage and the guy was nice enough to help us push it. Very professional definitely recommend. read more

I had a rental car where the windshield wipers decided to stop in the middle of a rain storm. The rental car company sent Trinity Towing to tow the car. The local Chevy dealer forgot to put oil in my truck when they change the oil yesterday. So they sent this tow company. I have never had anything to do with them before today. They came 60 miles were on time. I live in the mtns. Robert the driver was great.. he took care of my truck and me as a person. This company is awesome. The gentleman who helped us was amazing! We had been stranded at the rest area because of a flat tire on our rental car from Alamo for 10hrs by the time the tow truck showed up. That was in no way Trinity Towing's fault. Once the gentleman realized we had been stranded for so long he brought us food for our family and then told us to not worry about the cost. He believed that if you did good then good would come back to you. He let us stay in the vehicle until a taxi came, almost an hour later, so that we wouldn't be stranded with the kids and our luggage on the side of the road. Thank you so much! read more

On June 27, 2022, my car broke down on Highway 5 in the middle of nowhere. It was 105 degrees (122 inside the car) & there was no shade. I was panicked because the nearest gas stations declined to send anyone, Uber does not operate in that area, & through AAA, Cal State Towing, who had agreed to tow our car, had not shown up after approximately 90 minutes. When we called them, Leon stated, "We decided you're too far away." Why did he accept the job and abandon me in 105 degree heat? TRINITY TOWING to the rescue!!! Juan Jimenez from Trinity Towing is wonderful. Not only was he business-like, friendly, & extremely competent, he took one look at me (red, nauseous & head-achey from the heat), & walked me to his air-conditioned cab, gave me water & checked on me several times. All the auto shops were closed by the time we drove to Bakersfield so he contacted his company (Trinity Towing) & they offered to lock my car in their yard overnight & then drop it off at the auto shop in the morning. THEN, Juan made sure that my relative from LA was on the way to pick me up before again, making sure I was ok & had water (He even offered to stop so I could get some food). He helped me unload in a public area where it would be safe to wait for my ride. I cannot say enough about this great company and this kind man. Juan Jimenez is a lifesaver and he went far beyond his obligation to help me. The company is fortunate to have him as an employee. If you should experience a breakdown like I did, call Trinity Towing directly & If you belong to AAA, tell them & they will let AAA know. If they can help you, they will. If they can't, they will be honest enough to tell you. Do not take a chance on another towing company. After waiting 3 hours !!!!!! on the shoulder of Highway 99, because AAA screwed up, Trinity Towing came to my rescue. Mike the owner called me twice to tell me his guy was on his way. He even sent the CHP to come check on me when he found out how long my grandson and I were waiting. His guy, Robert, showed up as promised and instantly put me at ease as he escorted us to his cab while he hooked up my truck to be towed. He then towed me 85 miles to my mechanic back home.
