Per this company, the battery is good, but they refused to test it without first boosting it. If, after being informed, the battery is failing and boosting fixes the problem temporarily, this company should have a better process for testing a defective battery they recently sold, rather than ignoring the original concern. Very disappointed, disappointed with AAA for using this subpar company.

It was given multiple extra pumps, a much better flow for traffic, and the sensors for the pump areas so you know when to pull forward in line. Now when I stop here, I either pull up directly to a pump or maybe wait 5 minutes max. The worst time of day you will still only see a 5 to 10 minute wait. If I could give this Company 10 stars I would they are fantastic to work with and very kind. On August 28, 2022 My Husband and I were broke down in Bakersfield With our Dodge 3500 I called AAA for a tow but I wanted to be towed back to Ridgecrest. Well the unthinkable from AAA happened, None of the Tow companies that are at the top of their dispatch list wanted to tow us. This all started around 10am, By 5pm I had contacted Trinity directly as my granddaughter was trying to help us find someone to come tow us home but by this time I had two trucks currently out of commission now a FORD F250 along with the Dodge. I spoke with Mike Goodwin @ Trinity towing told him our situation and that I had been waiting all day for the first tow and now I had another truck that needed to be towed, He said no problem I can have a guy there in 30 minutes. I sent him a picture of my AAA card and he contacted AAA and took the call to get our F250 home. He was in constant contact with me letting me know when his driver would be there and he was right his driver was there within 30 minutes. I can't say enough about this company and how nice the entire experience was dealing with both the driver and Mike. I am so thankful for them responding promptly without hesitation because we wanted our truck towed home. If you ever need your car or truck towed call them they are willing to make the drive out of town to get your vehicle where you the customer wants it to go. I think they should be at the top of the list for AAA Tow Truck drivers. I will be contacting AAA today and letting them know. read more

We had a great time in Yosemite, but then we had major car problems on the way home. Our car died in Coarsegold near the Chukchansi Casino and Resort. We tried to get a tow home through GEICO with no luck. We were told to wait until the following morning. The agent secured a tow company for 9:15 am for $750. When we called to confirm at 8:00 am they doubled their price. We called Trinity and they matched the original quote. Juan Jimenez came for us within 3 hours. The trip home was a blast.
