Well I told them that I also had my mixed husky with me so needed someone who was ok with having my dog in the cab. The service of the roadside assistance from her insurance company was essentially non-existant and cost over two hours of delay while she sat on the side of the road in 100 degree heat. Gene put us in touch with a towing company and a tire shop, all open on a holiday. And despite the fact that he didn't make a dime off any of this he called me later that night just to make sure my daughter got help and was home safe.
