America's Tire never ceases to amaze me. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I came to them because I had persistent high speed high speed vibrations since I got tires installed from another shop. America's tire rebalanced the tires but I still felt the vibrations at high speed. I brought it back and they performed a Road Force test on all four tires under the same quote for the rebalance. This finally fixed my issue after having brought it to many shops prior. I highly recommend America's Tire. Big thank you to this shop read more

Exceptional. I always go back here cause the guys are great. Long line on a Saturday but Eduardo took care of me quick. Had a bunch of stuff to work on but he helped me schedule and fixed small issues with me right away. Unfazed by how busy it was. Place is a bit of a drive for me but worth going to every time for all my needs. read more

I've been here once before and bought my tires here. Out of all the places I researched, they had the best prices here and the rep took his time finding different options for what I was looking for in tires. They've never tried to oversell anything. Today I'm here in need of some servicing (nail repair, sensor alert). They explained what issues they found and gave me options and pricing and let me decide if I wanted the one sensor that was triggered replaced or all sensors replaced since there was others that were showing potential issues in the future. The rep again wasn't pushy whatsoever which was awesome. I'm glad this shop is close to my house. This is definitely my go to tire place. read more

Disappointing service for a loyal customer of 5 yearsI have been coming to this America's Tire location for over five years and have bought tires here for all five of my cars. I usually trust the manager when they say it'll be a few minutes, but today's experience was unacceptable. I brought my car in because my front passenger tire was low at 21 PSI instead of the required 33 PSI. The staff told me it would take 5 to 20 minutes to check it out, so I decided to wait. I arrived at 8:10 AM and didn't leave until 10:25AM. Waiting two full hours for one tire check after being promised twenty minutes is disrespectful of a customer's time. The manager should have spoken to me and asked if I wanted to wait or get a ride. Also, a cup of coffee would have helped, previously the shop had a coffee set up. They removed such f on the store. It would have was ease my frustration of waiting. The only reason I gave them a star was due to my tires were still under warranty. read more

Always has been my go to place for tires for the last 15 years. I just fixed up my 2023 Honda Sport Hatchback with nice face lift. Went to 17 inch wheel with quality Yokohama tires, the car rides like a dream and much more pleasing to my eye. The crew at Americas tire are pros with top notch skills. The guy that did the alignment on my car was the best ! read more

I was a walkin to get my alignment done on my 2008 Honda Ridgeline and was helped by Mario. This was my second visit and was so impressed by Michael on my first visit I figured I'd try them again and was not disappointed. He addressed what services I needed and got me in and out in about 45 mins, what was impressive was there was 2 folks ahead of me which I tip my hat off to Hector the alignment tech. They also saw I had a torn driver side CV boot and informed me of the potential problem if not replaced. Side note it's not a repair they do, however, still looking out for me. This has now been my go to for all the work they do. Cool thing is they even recommended me a place in town for said repairs. I've been to other places in town and often I don't get this type of service. Highly recommend these guys and please keep up the good work. read more

A shoutout to Michael and everyone at America's Tire on Gosford Road in Bakersfield. A flat on the interstate near Bakersfield nearly ruined my day. We arrived at their location just before closing and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Even though it meant remaining open late, they fixed my tire and got me on my way. read more

I take all my vehicles to Americas Tire for the fact that they are consistent and trustworthy no matter which store you go to. I own small vehicles, suvs and RVs and I can,t express how comfortable it is to travel and if there is a tire concern you can always find an Americas Tire who will help you out! I have tried SAVING a few bucks at the BIG box stores in the past....only to be disappointed if you have an issue with a tire down the road. This is never the case with Americas Tire! TIres is what they do and what they know!!!! read more

I waited nearly 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me--not even a quick "we'll be right with you." No greeting, nothing. It felt like I was invisible. After standing there with no sign of help, I gave up and walked out. Really disappointing customer service. read more

I bought a tire from America's Tire that turned out to be defective, it kept going flat from the start. When I brought it back, instead of standing behind their product, they refused to replace it. Their excuse was that the damage was from driving on it with low pressure... but it only ran low because the tire was defective in the first place. Very frustrating. They don't seem interested in customer service, only in protecting their bottom line. I won't be coming back. A few minutes after, I got a response from a costumer representative apologizing and providing a link for me to give additional details to look into this farther. I clicked the link and what do you know? The link is misconfigured for public access. AGAIN, they're just interested in their bottom line, not in the costumer. read more

Service and quality has been great this is my second time going and they have always attended me great and the prices are reasonable.

Very detailed with everything I asked and did a free inspection and free tire patch. Did efficient job!

I am so impressed with the service I received here. I came in on a Saturday. Although it was busy, my wait time was minimal. Jason helped me and was incredibly friendly and patient. I would highly recommend this location. read more

It was my 1st time stopping by America's Tire (normally went to Big O). Safe to say the service doesn't come close. Michael and Jason were friendly and openly honest which seems to be challenging to find in any mechanic environment. The vibe I got was more of "here's the information" instead of "you need this now" which is a first for me. I definitely recommend this shop for their service and communication. read more

Normally get great service from American Tire, but this time I was disappointed. Bought tires from them with 60,000 mile warranty. Brought the car in to get the wheels rotated. Advised to replace the tires for wear. Once it was realized that they had 40,000 miles, but are under warranty until 60,000 miles.... They decided the tires were fine, no need to replace at this time. SUSPECT ! read more

I would like to take the time to give Michael and his team over at his store a thank you for their work. More importantly to Michael for going above and beyond in his handling of an unfortunate situation I was in due to my Toyo tires having issues. Michael was a big help, professional, and got me taken care of even though the issue nor the responsibility should not have fallen on Americas Tire. Thank you, Greatly appreciated! read more

Hit a pot hole and took my car in for a flat tire. Upon arrival they notify me they would do an inspection and let me know if rim would have to be replaced because it looked bent. After the inspection they let me know it will be just a tire but they would have to order it. After my car being there for a day they get the tire and notify me that the rim is cracked and they could order me one. I wait two more days and the rim comes in but then they call me and tell me something is wrong with my suspension??? That my wheel is sitting crooked. Why are they just letting me know the day I'm suppose to pick it up. Then when I questioned them about this they are rude and stated I hit something hard and bent something in there. To top it off when I pick up the car the guys who work there are total jerks. Please avoid this place, look for an honest buisness instead. read more

I went in this store and Jason at the front desk helped me out with some new truck tires. I was in and out of there within 1 hour. Amazing! I'm new to Bakersfield and have never been to America's Tire. I had a slow leak and was planning to drive back to Los Angeles. I called to check on availability. They were able to take my car right away. They quickly determined there was a screw in the tire. They fixed it and I was on my way in under 30 minutes!! They checked the other tires too. Best of all -- it was FREE! They just asked I buy my next set of tires there, which I will. They did not put any pressure about buying tires now and didn't even mention that I may need tires soon. read more

I am giving the top rating because of This : ON AUGUST 4, 2023 on a busy Friday afternoon at approximately 1-3 pm. Our family of 5 was driving from Nor Cal to So Cal. About Bakersfield - our car started shaking and made us very nervous. We pulled over to the nearest and BEST rated tire shop and were greeted by "ARYC. " He quickly checked the tires and did the whole inspection before we realized that we were literally minutes from blowing out our back tire! He recommended many options to us. We then found out that ARYC spotted many issues with some of the other tires that needed to be fixed or replaced. He offered us a Credit card through America's Tires with Warranty and service to replace all 4 of our tires that same afternoon. We agreed to get that deal- as we are out of town and needed service ASAP! When it was our turn - JASON AND EMMANUEL CAME TO SAVE THE DAY!! These young men came and worked on our car like some RACING PIT STOP CREW FROM DAYS THUNDER MOVIE!!! They were efficient, fast, knowledgeable and most importantly very patient and good at their job!!!! Thank you to ARYC, JASON AND EMMANUEL FOR SAVING OUR FAMILY ROAD TRIP/ KID'S BIRTHDAY ON 8/4/23 read more

I've been purchasing tires from America's Tire for many years. For me, there's no better way to do so. Sure, you might find something cheaper at Walmart or elsewhere, but the service here is unmatched. Recently, I purchased a set of tires online and made an appointment to have them installed. I showed up about 10 minutes early and was prepared to wait in the lobby for 60 to 90 minutes. To my surprise (and great pleasure) I was done in less than 30 minutes! Just a note, I used to frequent another location, but followed the manager of this store (Michael) from the other location as he manages his store very well and understands the value of customer service. Thank you Michael. I would recommend this business to everyone. read more
