I've been here once before and bought my tires here. Out of all the places I researched, they had the best prices here and the rep took his time finding different options for what I was looking for in tires. They've never tried to oversell anything. Today I'm here in need of some servicing (nail repair, sensor alert). They explained what issues they found and gave me options and pricing and let me decide if I wanted the one sensor that was triggered replaced or all sensors replaced since there was others that were showing potential issues in the future. The rep again wasn't pushy whatsoever which was awesome. I'm glad this shop is close to my house. This is definitely my go to tire place. read more

I take all my vehicles to Americas Tire for the fact that they are consistent and trustworthy no matter which store you go to. I own small vehicles, suvs and RVs and I can,t express how comfortable it is to travel and if there is a tire concern you can always find an Americas Tire who will help you out! I was a walkin to get my alignment done on my 2008 Honda Ridgeline and was helped by Mario. This was my second visit and was so impressed by Michael on my first visit I figured I'd try them again and was not disappointed. He addressed what services I needed and got me in and out in about 45 mins, what was impressive was there was 2 folks ahead of me which I tip my hat off to Hector the alignment tech. They also saw I had a torn driver side CV boot and informed me of the potential problem if not replaced. Side note it's not a repair they do, however, still looking out for me. This has now been my go to for all the work they do. Cool thing is they even recommended me a place in town for said repairs. I bought a tire from America's Tire that turned out to be defective, it kept going flat from the start. When I brought it back, instead of standing behind their product, they refused to replace it. Their excuse was that the damage was from driving on it with low pressure... but it only ran low because the tire was defective in the first place. Very frustrating. They don't seem interested in customer service, only in protecting their bottom line. I won't be coming back. A few minutes after, I got a response from a costumer representative apologizing and providing a link for me to give additional details to look into this farther. I clicked the link and what do you know? The link is misconfigured for public access. AGAIN, they're just interested in their bottom line, not in the costumer. read more

Normally get great service from American Tire, but this time I was disappointed. Bought tires from them with 60,000 mile warranty. Brought the car in to get the wheels rotated. Advised to replace the tires for wear. Once it was realized that they had 40,000 miles, but are under warranty until 60,000 miles.... Hit a pot hole and took my car in for a flat tire. Upon arrival they notify me they would do an inspection and let me know if rim would have to be replaced because it looked bent. After the inspection they let me know it will be just a tire but they would have to order it. After my car being there for a day they get the tire and notify me that the rim is cracked and they could order me one. I wait two more days and the rim comes in but then they call me and tell me something is wrong with my suspension??? That my wheel is sitting crooked. Why are they just letting me know the day I'm suppose to pick it up. Then when I questioned them about this they are rude and stated I hit something hard and bent something in there. To top it off when I pick up the car the guys who work there are total jerks. Please avoid this place, look for an honest buisness instead. read more

They were able to take my car right away. They quickly determined there was a screw in the tire. They fixed it and I was on my way in under 30 minutes!! They checked the other tires too. Best of all -- it was FREE! They just asked I buy my next set of tires there, which I will. I am giving the top rating because of This : ON AUGUST 4, 2023 on a busy Friday afternoon at approximately 1-3 pm. Our family of 5 was driving from Nor Cal to So Cal. About Bakersfield - our car started shaking and made us very nervous. We pulled over to the nearest and BEST rated tire shop and were greeted by "ARYC. " He quickly checked the tires and did the whole inspection before we realized that we were literally minutes from blowing out our back tire! He recommended many options to us. We then found out that ARYC spotted many issues with some of the other tires that needed to be fixed or replaced. He offered us a Credit card through America's Tires with Warranty and service to replace all 4 of our tires that same afternoon. I've been purchasing tires from America's Tire for many years. For me, there's no better way to do so. Sure, you might find something cheaper at Walmart or elsewhere, but the service here is unmatched. Recently, I purchased a set of tires online and made an appointment to have them installed. I showed up about 10 minutes early and was prepared to wait in the lobby for 60 to 90 minutes. To my surprise (and great pleasure) I was done in less than 30 minutes! Just a note, I used to frequent another location, but followed the manager of this store (Michael) from the other location as he manages his store very well and understands the value of customer service. Omg love this place! I called several places to get the best price and this place gave me the best quote. I got sick and was out for a bit but was finally able to take my car in about a week later. Told them the price I was told over the phone but they said no way. I couldn't afford the new price they said so I ended up just getting 1 used tire instead of all 4 new. Was so sad.... BUT WAIT!!!!! The front desk administrator Eduardo totally came to the rescue! He talked to his manager and explained the situation. He remembered talking to me about my situation and they honored the price! Service: Great! Courteous staff, timely service and service done right! Had my tires rotated and aired up within 30 minutes. I made an appointment for 1pm on a weekday and the Manager took care of checking me in. He even checked to make sure my spare tire was properly inflated at the right psi. All service mentioned were done for free. This company knows how to run their business efficiently. They must have a great training program for their employees bc they have always been courteous to me and all services done correctly and timely. Over the 10+ years I've been coming here, I've only encountered an issue one time and that problem was remediated properly when brought to their attention. I also do purchase my tires from them and have them installed. Tip: look for promotions on their website before you need to purchase the tires. You can save quite a bit.
