Called to order some tires for my SUV, the gentleman said they should be there over the weekend. I called after the weekend and they said they have not came in, I called the next day and was told they were still waiting. I went down by mid afternoon and the guy said they were in the day before but no one called me, and the other guy said they were not in. So reliable, just like every location! We were approaching Bakersfield, on our way up to Northern California and ran over a huge screw - puncturing our tire. We didn't want to drive far on a spare so we stopped by Americas tire hopping they had the one we needed. We were so lucky in that they had our tire, and were able to take us in quickly. They estimated they could start working on the tire in an hour. However, they were able to start early, and had our car with the new tire on in under an hour! I purchased 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. When I checked in the sales associate brought up my order and read the notes that I had added to the order stating that I needed to replace my tire pressure sensors. He went outside scanned my tires, inspected everything in about 5 minutes and came back in to show me that yes, the scan showed all but one sensor had gone out. I decided to replace all 4 since the fourth one was probably close to dying and it would save me a trip back. I also had them do an alignment which I didn't even know they did there. I thought I was going to have to go somewhere else but nope, got it all done in one trip. They even moved my car up in line for the alignment because the truck they were going to do next was going to take a long time. I was out of there in just about an hour total from the time I walked in the door. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and were very professional and friendly. They gave me the final paperwork and reminded me to come back for my free tire rotation when needed. They even showed me the old tire sensors they removed so I could see they did replace them and let me know that they have a 6 year warranty through them. On top of their customer service their prices were comparable and in some cases better than other tire shops I had looked into. And for reference I went in there as a woman, alone, and they did not try to upsell me or treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. This place always takes care of myself or my wife whenever we come in. Have bought multiple sets of tires, replaced tpms on one of the vehicles, and most recently had an issue with a slow leak in one of our tires. They checked the tire and wheel and identified a hairline crack in the wheel that was the source of the leak. They offered their replacement price on a new one but also referred us to a third party that could potentially repair the crack. Ultimately I decided to look elsewhere for a new OEM wheel and once that arrived I took my car back in and they only charged 20 dollars to change out! They were never pushy in trying to get us to buy their wheel and looked out for us with offering alternatives. I really appreciate these guys! Will always recommend. read more

I came in because I had a nail stuck in my tire. I wasn't sure if I'd need a new tire or if they could just patch it up. When I called, they were very polite and answered all my questions. After I arrived, they assured me if they could fix it they would (free of charge). It took them 30 minutes and they even checked all my other tires. As promised, no charge to fix it and I was able to get back to work on time. Everyone I encountered here was so polite and the waiting room was very clean. The service was fast and straightforward. I needed a tire patch. But the tire wasn't good enough to be patched and the spare they could not put on because it was more than 10 years old. It's like the associate knew exactly what he was walking up to. He checked tire and sure enough 2003 spare. I ended up getting a great deal on another tire. The service was a lot faster than I expected. I worked overnight and have been trying to get this flat repaired for about 3 hours to go home and sleep. Long story, basically the truck isn't mine. These guys were amazing! Christmas. Like everyone, we're on a tight budget. True to their word, they repaired our tire for free. I'd called the day before and ordered a new one, because it was flat, flat, and it needed to be towed on a flatbed. Both of the guys I spoke with were so helpful in making certain everything was as I needed within the time, budget, and service. It turned out it was only the stem. David went out to check my car out and turns out it was time for a change on all 4 wheels. Went the last few times and had a similar negative experience. Went there last week and the nail in my tire was much more toward the center than the edge of tire. Rep insisted the opposite. Felt kinda scummy, which is unfortunate. The reason I started coming here a few years ago was because this place felt transparent and they worked with integrity but ever since Ramon, whom I believe was part of the old management has left, some of that integrity and transparency has been eroded.
