We also had a problem with Joe, as others have. He towed our rear-wheel drive vehicle on its rear wheels, which can damage the transmission (when the engine isn't running, the pump in the transmission that lubricates it isn't either). He knows better, he was just too lazy to drive it the shortest distance off the freeway and then reverse the vehicle, which is the way it's supposed to be done. They stole $300 worth of things They scam you and over price you. They didn't want to help my mom out with the situation of her stolen stuff. Stuck on the freeway with a flat and no spare on a dark Sunday night...it can be very distressing. Our emergency call center called Fleet Towing and Warren showed up! Our car was safety towed on a flatbed truck to a service center to be left overnight, (everything closed) and Warren kept us reassured with information about the area. He is a genuinely nice guy and it was good to have a friendly person when you are going through an unanticipated situation in a strange city. He also talked about how he enjoyed his work and the great people he works for and with. You don't often hear that! On a recent road trip from San Jose's to LA my wife, I and our two small children ran over something (literally in the middle of no where) in I-5. As I went to put the spare on I found that out Lexus has a special key to remove one of the bolts of the tires. And with my luck our car didn't have the key. I took apart every area that was supposed to have the key and no luck. We called Geico and they requested for a tow truck and were denied so they then reached out to fleet services. As we were waiting a tow truck pulls up and as I'm about to get out my phone rings and it's Al from Fleet Services. Al let's me know that he just passed us and that he is not the tow truck and that he was sent by Geico. We call geico and they let us know the tow truck that originally denied coming out was there and that we can use them. Well as we were figuring things out this tow truck drives off without helping us. We call geico back and they had to call Al back from fleet services. Al just go back to Bakersfield so it was gonna be a while. As we ended up waiting over 5 hours to get help Al calls us and let's us know he knows our situation and has called around to help get the bolt off. We were so truly lucky to have crossed paths with Al. Al went out of his way to make sure we'd be able to get the help we needed and in actuality came out twice to help us. Ok the drive in Al was super personable and as accommodating as he could be for my family. On our drive in Al let us get to know him and he is a truly great caring man. Fleet Services management please know that you have a great one with Al and I hope that you recognize that gem you have! read more

Management is not on the same page for policies and pricing. Will give inaccurate pricing over the phone and when coming into the office prices change. Receptionist are rude. When I first walked in I was offered a food instead of service and due to the fact that I was offered food gave them the impression that I may wait an excessive amount of time for them to continue their personal conversation. Best Towing Service in Bakersfield, We just needed a tow. I called all around town no one could be to us for 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. I contacted Fleet Services and they said they would have someone to us in 45 minutes. Jerry got there in about 20 minutes. He was friendly polite and just a real nice guy. Extremely bad customer service and very careless. My 17 year old daughter shredded her tire at 5 in the morning and when he came to replace it with the spare, he failed to mention that it was completely flat and still proceeded to put it on. We had to go through the process again and this time he towed us to a local mechanic. While dropping us off he offered to pump air into the spare tire, at first I declined but then asked if he could. He then proceeded to tell me that our insurance wouldn't cover it, so he wasn't able to sit it up. read more
