Service request was a tow, the man said my caliper bolt broke and helped me and my kids get home safe. It's 103 degrees outside and the speed of service was much appreciated. I requested a tow originally but then realized all I really needed is a jack. The lady on the phone was amazing, she called to clarify and then sent Juan to help me. Not only did he bring the jack but he made sure my donut had the right air pressure in it and put it on for me. I didn't have to pay because it was through AAA and I can't tell you anything about their prices, but I will definitely request them in the future if I can. read more

I requested AAA tow service as my car was dead at a big intersection my grandson helped me push my car into a parking lot so the tow driver could load me up. Juan from Tow Express LLC was my tow driver he is exceptional at his job I felt very comfortable with him and in no time he had my car at my residence in which he showed me my cables on my battery were so corroded he cleaned them and my car started right away!! I called the office a few times because I had a few questions and wanted to know how long it would take and the woman answering the phone (I think she said her name is Stephanie) was so kind and helpful! Excellent service. Juan showed up quickly as AAA promised. He was so kind and courteous. It was a pleasure riding with him to the Big O Tire store were I needed my car to be towed to get new tires since I was stranded with a flat tire and my spare had went flat as well. Tow Express was the company AAA sent out for my flat tire. My car was in the parking lot at Memorial Hospital so I reached out to direct them to which lot. The driver was familiar with the area and was waiting by my car within 20 minutes. He let me know there was a tear before putting on my spare. He also told me that all my tires looked balled and would need replacing. One of them had only been on for 2 years so I was confused. He said that Bakersfield heat was a contributing factor. He advised me to put tire spray on to extend the life of my tires in the future. Besides helping me with the flat, I really appreciated this suggestion. He was very friendly and respectful. Used my AAA for service and apparently they are contracted with. I gave all the necessary info., Make & Model & Year of my vehicle as well as confirming this is a battery issue. They arrived and checked the battery and stated it was good and said they would send me the results via email but I never rec'd. He jumped the battery and told me to leave running for 15 min to charge the battery which I did. Thereafter, restarted but the car was dead. Called them back out and they billed me 2x for the same problem. He offered to jump the battery...what good would that do? I requested they change out the battery but he didn't have the battery in stock despite me giving the info. when I called AAA. He said they need the VIN #.....Liars, you don't need the VIN number for a battery replacement and they charged me 2x. Broguht the car to Toyota and it was indeed the battery. These people are incompetent and Greedy. I filed a complaint with AAA. read more

Absolutely NOT. They will try to tell you that your AAA does not cover the service. Yet, they will tow your car for $250.00 out of pocket (cash) I filed a formal complaint with AAA. Hopefully they don't work with these scammers anymore! read more

I have a contract with AAA and have tried to use my AAA service with this company and have had them try to extort me for money despite AAA telling me that my service was acceptable and redeemable at one of their AAA service. It was 10:30 at night when this company Tow Express LLC who is contracted by AAA when a driver David Porto was dispatched to my residence and he was very rude, he yelled at me, he was very sassy, and loud. I expressed that he was being rude and I didn't appreciate it without giving him the same attitude and asked if he could just hurry and hook the car up as it is late, I'm stranded in the dark, I have work in the morning. He handed me my ID back and told me have a good night and then he walked back towards me very aggressively yelling more and bickering at me and I was scared being a young female and him being an older male. He then proceeded to get in the tow truck and leave without towing my vehicle, which I pay to have this service for a reason. He left me and 2 other females stranded in the dark which I had to call and file a complaint and request a whole new tow truck to come exceeding over the hour wait I was originally told because he left without doing his job correctly. He had horrible service, no professionalism, no empathy or moral character as he left me and my passengers stranded. read more
