I'm very satisfied with his services he knows what he's doing! Its about week since that day, all is still working . He also added access points so my wifi is no dependent on the router in my upstairs closet. I have now have several wifi access points down stairs. Second Experience---- I called him back today to see if he could help me connect one of my printers in the house to my personal laptop cause i was tired of having to "TEMPORARILY" print my stuff from another computer in the house- During his 1st visit Hugo mentioned he could do it remotely. I called him today and 5 minutes later i was connected to my printer. He's got great prices and he doesn't put you off for a week or 2 down the line. He takes care of it right away. We learned of Hugo at A+Computer Solutions by referral so I thought I'd do the same by sharing with those that read this. He did excellent work for us both times. I appreciated that and decided to take my computer over when we realized it wasn't a simple fix. It took several weeks before I had to reach out for an update. Apparently he had a surgery and admitted to neglecting the computer and failing to communicate. He told me the fix in which case I told him I agreed and to make the fix. Again radio silence. This time months later I reach out and he apologizes and He mentioned since he had it for several months he was willing to fix it for the cost of parts. I agreed. Several months past and at this point I was fed up and reached out again. Same thing , admitting to neglect and apologizing for lack of communication. Very lame to take in jobs and not be transparent with clients. When I went to pick up my computer he made sure to brag about a super computer he was building for a client. LIKE I CARE. Shitty service would never recommend. I have communication with time stamps to prove. Zero stars

That is not the level of professionalism I would expect from a business handling insurance claims. There was no name, phone number, business address, or contact information provided for the person who prepared the estimate. I was given no detailed explanation of the work or how the price was determined. If you are dealing with an insurance claim, I strongly recommend asking for a proper written estimate with the business information, itemized details, and contact information. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I was not provided with any of that. Overall, a very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected from a professional business.
