I was closing escrow on a house on a golf course and two weeks prior I had a broken window. The realtor also decided they wanted to replace the glass in the master bedroom french doors because the seal was broken due to the heat since the glass company was going to be out anyway. I had been dealing with another family owned glass company in town over the last year and for some reason there was a host of issues on this install that had nothing to do with my end that wasted days of my time waiting for someone to come and install, and when they did finally show up they only had the window glass failing to order the door glass. We were down to two days to close escrow, it was tense and words were exchanged when I made it clear I wasn't happy with the service, nothing foul or personal, and long story short their installers walked out not installing the part of the order they got correct yelling out the window of their truck driving away F**K Y*u to me. After I picked my jaw up off the floor I was in a desperate situation needing the repairs immediately. The company wanted to send another installer but I could not get past or tolerate anyone from any company yelling this to me. I called Melissa at Temecula glass and explained the situation and how urgent it was, Melissa sent someone out to measure that day, and they installed the new window glass the next day, and the door glass was replaced the next working day after that. The door glass was thick and beveled usually taking a little longer to get in. The installer communicated with me immediately after measuring, after installing, and did everything without my needing to be at the house since it was empty already. Plus, they came in cheaper than the previous glass company. Temecula Glass was professional, on top of the job, and understanding about my sense of urgency allowing me to inform the owner of the previous glass company that family or not the vulgar comment like the one made to me by their installer won't be tolerated. I highly recommend Temecula Glass. read more
