They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

I am writing regarding the window installation completed at my property without my permission and the subsequent $14,800+ invoice. This is formal notice that I dispute this charge in its entirety. I am the owner of the property and did not authorize, approve, or consent to any contract or work performed. The individual you interacted with at the property is my elderly father 76 yrs old, who has been diagnosed with Dimenta's disease after a fall and brain damage, he does not have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. I have power of attorney over him and am on the title of the home. He asked you to contact me multiple times and i have it in writing- Prior to installation, I personally contacted your company (Dabella) on Thursday 4/23 afternoon to verify whether any work had been scheduled at the property. I was informed by "Chastity" that there was no record of any appointment "nor had they contacted my father since 2025". Despite my call stating he is not of legal capacity to authorize any construction, your company proceeded with window and door installation the following day, Friday April 24th, 2026again without my authorization. I have voicemail and text message records confirming that: Your representatives were aware that my authorization was required from him over the last 5 months the calls were non harassing and predatory to someone of his capacity. No valid authorization was ever obtained by myself, nor did I pay a down payment of $1,000 which they led him to believe. Consistent calls were made to him in an attempt to confuse and take advantage of him This clearly demonstrates that your company proceeded with work despite knowing it had not been properly authorized. I did not receive any estimate, did not sign a contract, or legally required documentation prior to the work being performed. Additionally their workers told him I paid a deposit which I did not- Please provide copies of all documents you are relying upon, including any signed agreements, permits, and any Preliminary Notice you contend was served. I have turned you all into the BBB And contractors board - and won't stop until Immediately cease all collection efforts Confirm in writing that this invoice has been withdrawn Provide all supporting documentation for your claim Be advised that this matter raises serious concerns regarding elder financial abuse and contractor misconduct. But they don't stand behind their product or being upfront and honest about little things. The door we bought was the floor model and didn't have deadbolt on it and the manual lock and handle part was one long piece . But the owner told us that we can buy any deadbolt with2 inches thick will fit. And recommended us to buy door handle from him for almost 400$ . We later found out that not every 2 inches deadbolt would fit. It was headache to find one. and we found out we bought very overpriced door handle from him. Even top brand like Schlage is a lot cheaper. But the worst thing is when we got our door. The screw that they put in to change to our new handle we bought from them were cut and we couldn't get the door to opened. We had to drive back to get the screws and took the whole handle off and took broken screws out. On top of that on the door knob area. There are scratches from taking the old door handle off. And 2 small deep dents into the door because of the old lock. I wasn't happy about the door condition. It would be more professional if he would be upfront about these dent and scratches and warn us it might happen if the door lock changed. So that we know and aware of this. He offered the exchange but the new door would take at least 12-15 weeks but no refund was offered. We had no choice but hto keep it. If you want to get the iron door from them. Think twice. U don't want to deal with headache like I did.

I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

I just purchased this adorable swivel chair for $85 including tax, from this store a few days ago…read more I own an AirBnB STR house in Temecula Wine Country, and wish I knew about this store before, when I was furnishing it, 3 years ago. A few days ago, they had several mid-century style pieces of furniture that were new. Seems like most of the furniture are manufacturer closeouts, or dent and scratches, This Habitat ReStore amazes me, because it is in a nice modern industrial building, which I have never seen Habitat occupy. The others I have been to , are in the oldest most run down buildings in low rent areas. However, as nice as this building is, you look way up at the ceiling, there is no AC or other cooling system. It was over 100 degrees when I bought this chair, outside temp. They leave the front door open for the breeze but you feel all the hot air, that is hotter than the temp inside the building. The employee at the cash register, near the open door where all the hot air was coming in, said "Yep, no AC". But if you didn't have air circulating, even hot air, it would be a greater hotter oven. They have a separate room, where they sell small stuff, not even related to building or home stuff, like bike helmets. The thing about this store, the things they sell here are newer, and not used and sometimes broken and chipped, like the other Habitat ReStores have. The donations come from manufacturers or commercial businesses rather than individual donors that are remodeling their homes, or got a new piece.

Brandon Wolfe repaired or replaced all the screens in my home and he did a FANTASTIC job! The screens and frames are very high quality and Brandon took the time to show me how to properly remove the screens for cleaning the windows. I had bent the frames on many of the original screens from improperly removing them. He fixed the bent frames and put on new screens - I couldn't be happier with his work. We walked around the house together while he inspected every screen. What impressed me immediately was his honesty. Rather than trying to sell me unnecessary work, he explained that many of my screens were still in good condition. In the end, only eight screens needed new mesh, one required a completely new frame, and at my request he installed pet-resistant screens on three of them to better withstand our cat occasionally climbing on the screens. His honest recommendations actually saved me money. Despite temperatures well over 100 degrees, Joe worked methodically, never rushed, and completed everything in just a couple of hours. The quality of his work is outstanding, and his prices are very reasonable. What impressed me most was Joe's integrity.
