Worst customer service ever. They offered to polish the plastic covering on my headlights for $40 so I had them do it. I was in a hurry when I left to noticed later that the paint under the headlight was damaged. I called and the manager Jerry who said to bring it in and he would review the video from their cameras. I went in the following week and he said "he hadn't had time to look at the video" and I asked if we could look at it now and he said "that was not possible." So did he lie about planning to look at the video? He even asked for my license plate number. He jumped right into saying that the paint must have been damaged previously. I was told my truck needed to be hand washed because of the lift which is fine that usually happens, but was then told they could only do the bare minimum for $60 wash and vacuum, no spot free rinse no quick wax. Once inside I was told they couldn't give me a military discount because he had already rung up the $60, then went on to say you don't even need a military ID just say your military and you can get the discount next time good to know the discount is for everyone. When my car was ready they had not bothered to take the tape off from my windshield from when it was replaced 3 days ago. It was filthy there. Then when I opened the trunk the opening around it was still filthy and had pine needles. The inside where I had paid extra to have been cleaned was still dusty and the leather seats were still dusty. They didn't even bother to run a rag over them. My belong to their car wash club and paid $70 a month to have my car washed. I've been bringing it in there for a year and haven't had a problem. All of a sudden the guy didn't wanna honor the monthly payment and wanted to charge me extra. There was a special for wax job and wash the washes included Because I paid $70 a month for the wash and I asked to pay for the waxing separately so he said OK. Well he never waxed it and his guys are all the inside of the car. I hate and they know I don't armor all the inside of the car ever, so I asked him what was going on and he said that he didn't wanna give me that price and wax the car and I said I've already paid because of my monthly subscription for the car wash. They most likely didn't vacuum because there was still stuff all over my floors and seats. I asked for it to be done again, then it looked better. I took my wife and kids with me to get the truck washed. At the end of the wash when you pick your vehicle up to leave we couldn't find the keys. We told one of the employees we couldn't find them. The manager finally came to me and said I heard you need me. What ups what do you need? I said the employees can't find my keys. He said oh ok and walked off. After half of the employees and manager looked for the keys for over 15-20 mins around the area they found the keys in the car wash itself. The manager Jerry came to me with the keys soaked. He says to me well if we saw where you put the keys we would have moved them or we would have put them in a place where we knew they should be but your keys are probably water proof and should be fine. Hands the keys to me and sits there staring at me. I said so this is my fault? He said back that's not what I said. He proceeded to argue with me. Then told me he was done with the conversation and walked away. Never apologized for the inconvenience of my family having be there so long in the heat and making us late for our next appointment. The inside on my car was still dirty (we paid for the interior to be wiped down) the exterior still was covered with spots and water drips and the rear bumper was still dirty. I would have chalked that up to a sub-par wash but when I got in to that car....my window was deeply scratched in to the tint on a brand new vehicle. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I brought my car in for a simple wash. Not only did they lock my keys in my car but they broke the drivers side door handle trying to open the locked door. They said nothing to me about the handle until I noticed it. I was told by Umberto that it was unusual for this to happen. I don't care how unusual it is, you broke my handle. I was given the managers card Dave and I haven't heard a thing from him after many phone calls. This is ridiculous. I get a car wash and leave with a broken door handle. Plus the car wash was Still no call back. It's been almost a week. I called again this morning and the receptionist was just as RUDE. I guess I should have checked the reviews prior to coming here. I was talked into the "interior super clean" for $55 and what a disgrace. See pictures. Apparently I needed to ask what's included because silly me for thinking an interior super clean would actually include the mats at the very least. When I complained they said mats were extra and any dog hair was $100. Dirt is not included in the interior super clean either. Don't waste your money. The guy I complained to was so matter of fact and had ZERO care. My only recourse.... tell people about the shoddy work and never come here again! read more

After a couple visits here to Temecula Hand Car Wash, I am highly disappointed. After paying for the $21.95 wash today my car was still really dirty. I returned and the manager told me it would be $10 more to clean it. Um, no - I already paid plus tax and tip and it wasn't done right the first time and now I have to pay more? I have been here several times but after today's experience, I will never go back. First of all, they charged me a $2 "oversized fee" for my Nissan Rogue. I totally get charging larger vehicles if there's more car to clean, but my car is considered a compact SUV. I dont feel like it qualifies as oversized. When asking the cashier about it, she and what I presume to be the manager defended it saying that anything that is 'not a car' gets that fee. Annoying, but whatever. It's $2. Then, the cashier asks what scent I want for my air freshener. I ask what they have and she looked at me annoyed, waited like 15 seconds and said with attitude "the big flashing sign behind me". This is my second time at this car wash and I'm extremely livid. I came today because I only wanted interior cleaned, the prices was 65 for exterior and interior. The owner or whoever said I can do the inside instead for only 50. I've been coming to Rancho Car Wash on Rancho Cal for 2 years now. I originally purchased a monthly membership through Groupon and have maintained it since. There's been some turnover in ownership, but the facility has stayed consistent. It's a convenient and inexpensive way to feel like my car is more enjoyable to be in. I've never had anything stolen or had my car damaged. They will ask me if I want additional services, which depending on my mood I might do. Sometimes the wait is too long so I just decide to swing by another time because it is so close to my work and home. After getting an oil change across the street I was given a voucher for a free car wash. I pulled in, left the oil change receipt with the voucher in the passenger seat and went inside to the waiting area. Car came out the other end and the guys wiped everything down. I was told I needed to give the voucher to the cashier to get my car keys back. It was no longer in the passenger seat so I asked if anyone had touched it. Everyone said they didn't cause it's their policy to not move anything in the car. I get the manager and he says they have to have that voucher to give me the keys and that "that's how things work". I told him I left it in the seat, he said they would not have touched it and I should "retrace my steps" to see if I can find it, knowing all well exactly where I left it. Finally he said "did you check the trash cans?". The balls on this manager, asking his customer to dig through their trash to find the receipt THEY misplaced boggles my mind. I did ultimately rummage through all of their trash cans with no luck. It was finally located underneath one of the floor mats, although "nobody touched it". I drove down here from Perris because they used to do a great job. It used to be $50 they would shampooing my seats and they would wipe down the inside and my car would always look great. This last time I paid $70 (I understand the price change with covid) but my car looked like crap and not to mention the water stain left around the entire back side of both my front seats. When I first opened my door I had to go ask for a rag because they left the middle console and diver door completely untouched. When asked "do you guys not wipe down the inside at all anymore?"
