Just took my brand new car to this car wash for its first ever wash. They damaged the hood of my vehicle with deep scratches down to the metal. I asked to speak with the manager, Jerry. He claimed the damage did not happen there and said he would review the camera footage. He came back and said "you can barely see it, but it's there." I asked to see the video and he refused. I then asked for their general liability insurance which he again refused to provide. A claim has been made with my insurance company and a police report has been filed. I highly recommend avoiding this business at all cost! read more

I am all about supporting small local business...especially as COVID has ravished a lot of small businesses! But this establishment has horrible business ethic and treatment of its FAITHFUL members. They were faithful to withdraw $40/mo during COVID from my account without being open to provide ANY car washing services. Upon re-opening from COVID, they upped our monthly to $49.99/mo due to the size of our SUV. Last week they informed us the monthly unlimited price was going up "a buck or two." Well today the monthly charge went through for $70/mo!!!! I AM DONE, I suggest you go to the Rancho Car Wash on Jefferson/Winchester Rd just west of I-15. They are under different ownership and they said they will not be jacking up prices!! read more

Horrible job. They collected $25.+ but did an $8.00 at best job. Yelp must not be effective = a history of bad ratings - but they choose Not to Address the poor quality of work. I always go here to get my oil changed since it comes with a carwash... Two birds, one stone. Oil change is great, although kinda pricey. Car wash is hit or miss. Today was a miss. Looked like they didn't touch the inside at all. I went to the 5$ car wash and did it myself! read more

Paid $65 for a car wash expecting for everything to come out great. Job wasn't great plus they completely bent and destroyed my Tesla key card. I can't even use it or put it in my wallet now. I called and spoken to the manager. He said he noticed it was bent but never bothered to mention it?! Why would you not mention this at all. You think I would not notice. I hope they pay for my key card. I do not recommend this place! Horrible experience read more

I was told my truck needed to be hand washed because of the lift which is fine that usually happens, but was then told they could only do the bare minimum for $60 wash and vacuum, no spot free rinse no quick wax. Once inside I was told they couldn't give me a military discount because he had already rung up the $60, then went on to say you don't even need a military ID just say your military and you can get the discount next time good to know the discount is for everyone. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they seem more interested in their phones than the customers walking in supporting their business. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. So my mistake. I just paid extra for them to "super clean" my interior. When my car was ready they had not bothered to take the tape off from my windshield from when it was replaced 3 days ago. It was filthy there. Then when I opened the trunk the opening around it was still filthy and had pine needles. The inside where I had paid extra to have been cleaned was still dusty and the leather seats were still dusty. They didn't even bother to run a rag over them. What ever they used to clean (on the area they did clean)left a greasy mess!! To say I'm disappointed is a understatement. I am pissed and the manager was no help. I will never come back. Save your money, go somewhere else. This place sucks!! read more

WARNING! Unreal! They raised the monthly recurring charge to my Visa and said they posted it on their payment machine with a sign. I never saw that posting, my husband pays our bills and luckily I saw it 3 months into the overcharged amount. I would not have agreed to $10.00 more per month, manager Jerry could care less about his customers! He wouldn't even credit me with 4 basic drive thru car washes! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Too bad he is such Scrooge! read more

Worst customer service ever. They offered to polish the plastic covering on my headlights for $40 so I had them do it. I was in a hurry when I left to noticed later that the paint under the headlight was damaged. I called and the manager Jerry who said to bring it in and he would review the video from their cameras. I went in the following week and he said "he hadn't had time to look at the video" and I asked if we could look at it now and he said "that was not possible." So did he lie about planning to look at the video? He even asked for my license plate number. He jumped right into saying that the paint must have been damaged previously. I have had the car for 10 years, had it washed hundreds of times, and now suddenly it is damaged? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR! read more

**DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THE RANCHO CAR WASH** EVER!!! They are the WORST with rude employees and TERRIBLE customer service. Their equipment must be completely in disrepair because today our car had its side view mirror shattered and completely broken off the vehicle. Additionally, the molding beneath the side window had the paint scraped completely off exposing the base metal. Do you think as a reasonable person ANY employee at Rancho Car Wash bothered to mention the damage that was inflicted on the car? NO. Not a one! When we brought it to the staff's attention, they immediately began stating, "We are not responsible for any damages." This was repeated over and over even after someone went into the wash and retrieved the broken mirror torn off of the vehicle. The only words that come to mind are: INEXCUSABLE; PATHETIC; INCOMPETENT; UNETHICAL. This car wash should go out of business and close its doors before more vehicles are damaged. read more

I wish I could leave a 5 STAR review...but I genuinely can't.... I was hoping the reviews were wrong and for a good car wash....got back a damaged car that was poorly washed. The inside on my car was still dirty (we paid for the interior to be wiped down) the exterior still was covered with spots and water drips and the rear bumper was still dirty. I would have chalked that up to a sub-par wash but when I got in to that car....my window was deeply scratched in to the tint on a brand new vehicle. The management said things happen and did nothing. So now I still have a dirty car and now damaged property. Choose wisely when considering this business. Very dissatisfied..... read more

After a couple visits here to Temecula Hand Car Wash, I am highly disappointed. After paying for the $21.95 wash today my car was still really dirty. I returned and the manager told me it would be $10 more to clean it. Um, no - I already paid plus tax and tip and it wasn't done right the first time and now I have to pay more? Been here a couple times and regretted it each time. Spent $150 on 2 cars, the cars were still dirty, even though we paid for hand wash. They most likely didn't vacuum because there was still stuff all over my floors and seats. I asked for it to be done again, then it looked better. So I'm assuming they just didn't even vacuum the first time? Weird! The wheels still had brake dust, just a number of issues. Definitely NOT going back. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I brought my car in for a simple wash. Not only did they lock my keys in my car but they broke the drivers side door handle trying to open the locked door. I was given the managers card Dave and I haven't heard a thing from him after many phone calls. This is ridiculous. I get a car wash and leave with a broken door handle. Plus the car wash was Still no call back. It's been almost a week. I called again this morning and the receptionist was just as RUDE. I guess I should have checked the reviews prior to coming here. I was talked into the "interior super clean" for $55 and what a disgrace. See pictures. Apparently I needed to ask what's included because silly me for thinking an interior super clean would actually include the mats at the very least. When I complained they said mats were extra and any dog hair was $100. Dirt is not included in the interior super clean either. Don't waste your money. My belong to their car wash club and paid $70 a month to have my car washed. I've been bringing it in there for a year and haven't had a problem. All of a sudden the guy didn't wanna honor the monthly payment and wanted to charge me extra. There was a special for wax job and wash the washes included Because I paid $70 a month for the wash and I asked to pay for the waxing separately so he said OK. Well he never waxed it and his guys are all the inside of the car. I hate and they know I don't armor all the inside of the car ever, so I asked him what was going on and he said that he didn't wanna give me that price and wax the car and I said I've already paid because of my monthly subscription for the car wash. I don't wanna pay both again so I asked to talk to the manager, but he wouldn't come talk to me said he was too busy so I waited they held me up never came out. He said he would call me. He never called me. I called him again. He was too busy to come to the phone. What a clip joint, let these guys rip you off. Stay away. read more

I took my wife and kids with me to get the truck washed. At the end of the wash when you pick your vehicle up to leave we couldn't find the keys. We told one of the employees we couldn't find them. The manager finally came to me and said I heard you need me. What ups what do you need? I said the employees can't find my keys. He said oh ok and walked off. After half of the employees and manager looked for the keys for over 15-20 mins around the area they found the keys in the car wash itself. The manager Jerry came to me with the keys soaked. He says to me well if we saw where you put the keys we would have moved them or we would have put them in a place where we knew they should be but your keys are probably water proof and should be fine. Hands the keys to me and sits there staring at me. I said so this is my fault? He said back that's not what I said. He proceeded to argue with me. Then told me he was done with the conversation and walked away. Never apologized for the inconvenience of my family having be there so long in the heat and making us late for our next appointment. Never taking responsibility for what happened but placing the blame on me. Jerry was very combative verbally with me and refused to de escalate this situation. read more

I have been here several times but after today's experience, I will never go back. First of all, they charged me a $2 "oversized fee" for my Nissan Rogue. I totally get charging larger vehicles if there's more car to clean, but my car is considered a compact SUV. I dont feel like it qualifies as oversized. When asking the cashier about it, she and what I presume to be the manager defended it saying that anything that is 'not a car' gets that fee. Annoying, but whatever. It's $2. Then, the cashier asks what scent I want for my air freshener. I ask what they have and she looked at me annoyed, waited like 15 seconds and said with attitude "the big flashing sign behind me". Rude! I tried to laugh it off. "Oh sorry!"and she didnt even crack a smile. I get she probably gets that all day but she shouldn't take it out on the customer. Just the way they handled everything, we didnt appreciate being belittled the way we did. There are tons of car washes in town, you would think their customer service is top notch. read more

After getting an oil change across the street I was given a voucher for a free car wash. I pulled in, left the oil change receipt with the voucher in the passenger seat and went inside to the waiting area. Car came out the other end and the guys wiped everything down. I was told I needed to give the voucher to the cashier to get my car keys back. It was no longer in the passenger seat so I asked if anyone had touched it. Everyone said they didn't cause it's their policy to not move anything in the car. I get the manager and he says they have to have that voucher to give me the keys and that "that's how things work". I told him I left it in the seat, he said they would not have touched it and I should "retrace my steps" to see if I can find it, knowing all well exactly where I left it. Finally he said "did you check the trash cans?". The balls on this manager, asking his customer to dig through their trash to find the receipt THEY misplaced boggles my mind. I did ultimately rummage through all of their trash cans with no luck. It was finally located underneath one of the floor mats, although "nobody touched it". The guys did a good job and the car was clean but with management like that I will never be back. 0 stars. read more
