VERY SHADY CAR WASH!!!!!! Wow, I wished I had read the reviews after my first bad experience with this car wash but I went back again ONLY because I had bought their 6-card car wash card. The first time they tried to tell me the car wash was $65. I told them I wasn't paying $65 for a car wash and to give me the very basic. When my truck came out it was dripping out of my video console on the top of my roof (inside) - where the movies are shown. The sunroof had to have been cracked to enable this to happen. Did this happen because I refused to pay $65 for a car wash? I was shaking when I got home that this had happened. I never open my sunroof and my truck is ALWAYS garaged. I went back this past weekend because I chalked the previous issue to a fluke not to mention that I had paid remaining car washes left. Immediately after driving off, I noticed I was missing a knob off of my radio. I immediately returned with everyone trying to locate it in the rags and on the ground - without success. I was given the manager and after days of trying to reach him, he tells me that he doesn't know if the vehicle came in with the missing knob. Refused to refund my remaining car washes on their CAR WASH CARD that they sell. ALL I was asking for was to be reimbursed for the remaining car washes that I HAD PAID FOR. He told me they would not refund my remaining car washes. Who does that if they are a legitimate business? read more

Great service and friendly staff. I bring my truck in twice a month. I recommend this car wash.

DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE at this car wash!!! After buying a new truck I had the idea to take it to the local wash only to have my valve stems ripped out of the tires on the passenger side. After dropping off a newly bought truck to a employee for vacuuming, the employee drove it into the car wash without properly lining up the tires with the machine resulting in $395 in damages and tow fees. The manager is refusing to reimburse me for damages. Before leaving with the tow truck, the manager was doing everything he could do to not give me a proper receipt. I was given three different receipt saying I paid cash when I paid using my credit card only when refusing to leaving I was given the right receipt. The manager didn't even offer a refund. Do your self a favor and avoid this car wash which lack integrity and being honest with customers. read more

Very sketchy place and unprofessional!! Drove into the port some guy offers me a "managers special" for 50$. I received the most basic wash, wiped the dash, and then vacuumed the car. When I left my car still had dirt on exterior and interior. I went inside and asked what was supposed to be included in a the "50$ manager special". Her reply was whatever that guy and me agreed upon. So he basically over charged me for a basic wash, sent it through the line, and possibly pocketed the rest who knows. I highly recommend don't coming here since they can't even tell what a managers special is... sad part is my receipt said car wash 50$ ... no deluxe wash, premium wash, nothing total waste. read more

The best car wash in town!! i love the convenience of the monthly membership AND I don't have to vacuum my own car!!!!

Specifically asked and pre tipped the Manager for inside detail. Seats, floor mats, dash etc. $65 before tip and the interior looked horrible still. Cup holders dirty, carpet barely vacuumed and had to address it with the Manager after they said my truck was ready. I'm not one to want to say negative things about anyone. However I'm paying for a service that this establishment is advertising and the quality of work just isn't there. Very disappointed and dissatisfied of the lack of attention to detail. Lots of other options here in Temecula that I'll be giving my business to going forward. 9/14/24 read more

Terrible job on washing my truck. Had to rewash my truck when I got home, what a waste of $55

I decided today to not just do the drive thru wash and have them do the vacuum, tires and so forth. Had to pay extra for my car being a larger car. Just to have them entirely not do the third row and the cargo/truck area! What was the point?!? I wouldn't be that lazy on any job that I do. Super disappointed. read more

I wish I could have seen the reviews of this place prior to me coming and getting my car washed here but with no phone at the time I gave the place a chance and I was terribly wrong. I came through to mostly have the outside of my car cleaned and not only did the outside stay dirty the little cleaning needed for the inside was absolutely ignored. Foot prints still on the back of the seats and dust still on the front entertainment center. My car is a model Y with very little to clean on the inside given that I have all weather mats and leather seats which all only really need a quick vacuum and wipe down but I guess that was too much to ask for from this place. The reviews I read match the service provided. I wouldn't waste your time. read more

Love them!!! Been going here for years, recently took off my car seat covers and discovered they were, in fact, not covering anything but the mess underneath. (I drive for doordash and more often than I care to admit have drinks or condensation leak into the seats). I took it in, got a shampoo and a wash for $60, and was told to come back the next day if the stains hadn't lifted. They shampooed my seats twice(once for free) and now they look amazing!!! read more

Poor quality wash. Didn't even wipe down inside the door or vacuum seats. Front grill still dripping, dash not wiped down all for the price of $32. Don't waste your money here. read more

I have to rate this car wash down to where it should be. They have a 1.5 star average....and on my last visit they really showed their true colors. My car was allowed to tap the car ahead when entering the wash line. When it came out I immediately noticed the damage in the front. The paint was flaked up. I brought to the dryers attention and then to the dryer supervisor humberto. Said I need to come back and see Dave Lawrence owner mgr. So I did and he tells me there is no way it could have happened. Then showed me this hokey ccv with poor resolution that is impossible to see clearly. He has danced around now for four weeks taking days to return a phone call. I have $700 worth if damage. He tells me to turn it in to my insurance co. F%#& him and his shitty car wash. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED OR A CRAPPY WASH JOB. Look at the other reviews.. read more

I give this place half a star I took my black Range Rover there to get throw up offf the car! I pay for $200 detail, & of course left upset! there's throw up all on my car still!!! Not to mention the guy who prints the receipts lied about the 45 minute wait time.. it eventually turned into two hours as he seen I had a 15 month old with me. I wish they spent that time getting the throw up off the outside of the car .. I even told them not to put any Shiny armor stuff in the interior and what did they do? they did it anyways.. what did I do? still tipped them The next day ... They didn't offer nothing to convenience me nothing about a refund .. just made me physically drive my car thru the car wash not to mention they didn't even dry it. This place is a big ol rip off .. whoever's running it needs to evaluate there workers! They literally will look at you stupid like you aren't the paying customer. read more

I've been going to this car wash for about 5 years and I go maybe 3 times a year for the $ 89 or $ 120 full details in an out. They've always done a pretty good job. One time they did have the wrong floor mats in my truck but something like that is to be expected, we just called the owner of the other brand truck and we switched them out. I recommend them not sure what all the complaining on here is about. read more

Rancho car wash is a spot that has multiple levels of car was choices (packages) to include detailing just depends on you and how much care your car needs. I've brought two vehicles here various times and they've done an excellent job every time and if something wasn't to my liking they've taken care of it immediately. Fast, no hassle car wash with plenty of options to fit your needs and budget. Now I will say this, try and go on non busy days and hours, you'll be a lot happier you did. read more

I'd give it a half of a star.. they don't clean your car thoroughly, I've had to tell them to remove trash in side pockets of car when I've entered my clean car on numerous occasions. They did a great job. Fast, thorough, friendly, and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

This Car Wash sucks a$$. I went in on 7/28. They don't even know how to vacuum the car properly. The douchebag Josve (Service Advisor) was really rude and rushed me out of there and had no patience or doesn't know how to answer simple questions. Oh and if you have teenage daughters, make sure they aren't wearing short skirts cause his eyes tends to wonder off in the distance. read more

I'm really dissatisfied with this place. I've been coming here off and on for about 30 yrs. This car wash is very deceitful. If you're not paying attention. They won't armor all the tires on the right side tires. Which is hidden from the waiting area. Before you leave, do a walk around to be certain. read more

I am used to paying under $15 for a solid car wash that gets my car looking good inside and out. When faced with a $35+ price tag at Temecula Car Wash, my expectations were that I would get at least the quality of service I have come to expect in other parts of LA. Sadly, my car came out looking as dirty as it did going in. There were yellow spots on the exterior and when I asked the manager, he told me "that's bee poop and the carwash does not take it off....if you want it cleaned, you need to pay $20 extra." So, $55+ for a simple carwash? Does he think I am Warren Buffet? Moreover, the drying and interior took all of 3 minutes so nothing was clean other than the windows. Complete fail. Please save your money and steer clear of this place. read more

Do not use this business they charged me 150.00 for a detail and when I picked it up it hadn't even been vacuumed, they said they wanted to re do the detail and that was my only option -then they ruined my front passenger seat by over scrubbing and refused to take responsibility. read more

I have been coming to this car wash for years and the quality has gone down every time I come in. Will not be returning. Paid $80 manager special to shampoo inside of car, they only did the back seat, was suppose to armor all the interior did crappy job, was suppose vacuum the trunk, they didn't even touch it, and my car had pollen dirt left on after supposedly they ran it through the wash tunnel, but I was able to flick off the pollen with my finger, so it's like they didn't even run through the wash. Also included was a wax topical and that didn't happen. WTH! And I tipped $10 before checking out my car so a total of $90 to have the crappiest work done. Seriously! I work my butt off to earn $90 to practically throw it in the trash at this place. Do not go here & pay for something you're never promised!!! read more

First time here today, 6/20/24 and I will never come back. After my car came out of the wash, two guys worked on drying it. I noticed both of them working very quickly and it showed. One of the guys waved my car key in the air indicating they were done. Well, I walked around my car and there were water drips all over, especially the sides and rear bumper. I had to open the trunk so they can wipe it down. It took them 10 more minutes to dry my car. No wonder why this business is only rated 1.5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else. Gave 1 star because there's no option for 0 star. Be sure to read the other reviews. read more

Great service, I've been coming here for years, they've always done a great job. They took extra care in vacuuming between and under my seats and in my trunk and did a great job of cleaning my rims. I found that I haven't received that type of service from other car washes. read more

The carwash ripped the wiper off the rear window and now, they're refusing to repair it. The manager, Jerry, ducked calls and refused to return calls. I'm hoping owner, Kirk Kuzmanic is more professional than his employees. If a carwash is unwilling to stand behind damage to cars we trust with them with, why would ever trust them again? read more

Scary to see all the one star reviews but my experience wasn't bad! I am not expecting perfection especially since they clean the inside and out super fast. Which I was glad because standing outside in 100° weather was toasty. Shout out to the workers working in this summer heat. Overall our truck came out quickly and was cleaned on the inside and out. We saw some bug marks on the window still which might be hard to get off but for the price it was worth it to us. I always say to myself, if you want it completely perfect you can always do it yourself. read more

Lazy Car Wash. I am a long time customer that will never go back again. Their standard of service has been slipping and today was the final straw. After having my car washed today I noticed I still had spots on my windows and car. So I went back to ask the manager to run it through again. He told me no that there was nothing he could do and that the spots wouldn't come off. And, yes the spots came off, I got them off easily. The manager was rude and acted like I was trying to get something for free, gave no apology, no customer service, nothing. All I expected was for the job I paid for to be done correctly. And, now they have one less customer. read more

Came here to get a car wash guy was offering me a $50 car wash I went with the $34 good thing I did cause if I had paid for a car wash that wasn't even worth $34 I would have been even more pissed! Th inside looked like a mess and they didn't even clean the console of my car not the bottom under the rug I complained to one of the when you was drying my car and went back to the vacuum area were the same guy was vacuumed the carpet without removing the cover first?! I could have done the same job at a gasoline car wash! Save your money go to a good rating car wash where you can actually get your moneys worth or a gas station car wash and not here. Never had a single problem here. They pulled the hand wash hoses out after 4:30 (they close at 5) just for me. Always a great experience

Place is a Joke! They do a good job if you can get your car washed. During Covid they charge your card monthly but pick and choose their hours randomly depending on the day. Pulled up today at 3:58 and told they close at 4 due to Covid. What does Covid come out at 4pm? Your website says your open until 5pm. The owner needs to email the people that pay for your monthly service and let them know when you're open. He should also read the 1.5 star reviews and listen to the customers. I never Yelp but you got to know. Frustrated!!! read more

Wow let me add to this 1 1/2 star rating! This place is horrible! Wished I would not of tried it a second time. They charged me $32 for a mini van. I guess I should have checked Yelp before taking my car to this car wash. They are just down the street from my office and so it is convenient and they offer a hand car wash option, which is what I needed. I paid $35 for a hand wash, which seemed reasonable. However, after getting the chance to look my car over, it had water spots, spots they didnt wash, spots they didnt dry, it was bad. read more

I had been a monthly member for seven years. Even during covid when they were closed and could not render services I kept paying my monthly because I wanted to support our local small business. They recently posted that prices were about to go up. I asked what the new price would be and they said that they didn't know yet but they were promised it was not going to be significant. I was surprised when I saw a charge for $70 in Late June (I paid $45 before) I cancelled my membership. I later learned that their previous location (Rancho car wash on Jefferson) was keeping the old prices. Different owners. I don't recommend this place, overpriced and service is mediocre. I am thankful the other location is honoring the old prices. I get inflation, but that was a huge price hike. read more
