Terrible job on washing my truck. Had to rewash my truck when I got home, what a waste of $55

I wish I could have seen the reviews of this place prior to me coming and getting my car washed here but with no phone at the time I gave the place a chance and I was terribly wrong. I came through to mostly have the outside of my car cleaned and not only did the outside stay dirty the little cleaning needed for the inside was absolutely ignored. Foot prints still on the back of the seats and dust still on the front entertainment center. My car is a model Y with very little to clean on the inside given that I have all weather mats and leather seats which all only really need a quick vacuum and wipe down but I guess that was too much to ask for from this place. The reviews I read match the service provided. I wouldn't waste your time. read more

I decided today to not just do the drive thru wash and have them do the vacuum, tires and so forth. Had to pay extra for my car being a larger car. Just to have them entirely not do the third row and the cargo/truck area! What was the point?!? I wouldn't be that lazy on any job that I do. Super disappointed. read more

Love them!!! Been going here for years, recently took off my car seat covers and discovered they were, in fact, not covering anything but the mess underneath. (I drive for doordash and more often than I care to admit have drinks or condensation leak into the seats). I took it in, got a shampoo and a wash for $60, and was told to come back the next day if the stains hadn't lifted. They shampooed my seats twice(once for free) and now they look amazing!!! read more

Manager special is the way to go! It's nice to have my truck cleaned inside and out and I didn't have to lift a finger! Staff is super friendly and makes the most of the time they spend with your vehicle. Definitely worth the wait and price! Go check them out. read more

I've been going to this car wash for about 5 years and I go maybe 3 times a year for the $ 89 or $ 120 full details in an out. They've always done a pretty good job. One time they did have the wrong floor mats in my truck but something like that is to be expected, we just called the owner of the other brand truck and we switched them out. I recommend them not sure what all the complaining on here is about. read more

I have to rate this car wash down to where it should be. They have a 1.5 star average....and on my last visit they really showed their true colors. My car was allowed to tap the car ahead when entering the wash line. When it came out I immediately noticed the damage in the front. The paint was flaked up. I brought to the dryers attention and then to the dryer supervisor humberto. Said I need to come back and see Dave Lawrence owner mgr. So I did and he tells me there is no way it could have happened. Then showed me this hokey ccv with poor resolution that is impossible to see clearly. He has danced around now for four weeks taking days to return a phone call. I have $700 worth if damage. I give this place half a star I took my black Range Rover there to get throw up offf the car! I pay for $200 detail, & of course left upset! there's throw up all on my car still!!! Not to mention the guy who prints the receipts lied about the 45 minute wait time.. it eventually turned into two hours as he seen I had a 15 month old with me. I wish they spent that time getting the throw up off the outside of the car .. I even told them not to put any Shiny armor stuff in the interior and what did they do? they did it anyways.. what did I do? still tipped them The next day ... They didn't offer nothing to convenience me nothing about a refund .. just made me physically drive my car thru the car wash not to mention they didn't even dry it. I'd give it a half of a star.. they don't clean your car thoroughly, I've had to tell them to remove trash in side pockets of car when I've entered my clean car on numerous occasions. They don't do a good job of wiping down the inside of your car. Vacuum of interior is sub par as well. My husband and I tried it out several times and now will never go back. Rancho car wash is a spot that has multiple levels of car was choices (packages) to include detailing just depends on you and how much care your car needs. I've brought two vehicles here various times and they've done an excellent job every time and if something wasn't to my liking they've taken care of it immediately. The douchebag Josve (Service Advisor) was really rude and rushed me out of there and had no patience or doesn't know how to answer simple questions. First time here today, 6/20/24 and I will never come back. After my car came out of the wash, two guys worked on drying it. I noticed both of them working very quickly and it showed. One of the guys waved my car key in the air indicating they were done. Well, I walked around my car and there were water drips all over, especially the sides and rear bumper. I had to open the trunk so they can wipe it down. It took them 10 more minutes to dry my car. No wonder why this business is only rated 1.5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else. I am used to paying under $15 for a solid car wash that gets my car looking good inside and out. When faced with a $35+ price tag at Temecula Car Wash, my expectations were that I would get at least the quality of service I have come to expect in other parts of LA. Sadly, my car came out looking as dirty as it did going in. There were yellow spots on the exterior and when I asked the manager, he told me "that's bee poop and the carwash does not take it off....if you want it cleaned, you need to pay $20 extra." So, $55+ for a simple carwash? Does he think I am Warren Buffet? Moreover, the drying and interior took all of 3 minutes so nothing was clean other than the windows. Complete fail. Paid $80 manager special to shampoo inside of car, they only did the back seat, was suppose to armor all the interior did crappy job, was suppose vacuum the trunk, they didn't even touch it, and my car had pollen dirt left on after supposedly they ran it through the wash tunnel, but I was able to flick off the pollen with my finger, so it's like they didn't even run through the wash. Also included was a wax topical and that didn't happen. WTH! And I tipped $10 before checking out my car so a total of $90 to have the crappiest work done. Seriously! Lazy Car Wash. I am a long time customer that will never go back again. Their standard of service has been slipping and today was the final straw. After having my car washed today I noticed I still had spots on my windows and car. So I went back to ask the manager to run it through again. He told me no that there was nothing he could do and that the spots wouldn't come off. And, yes the spots came off, I got them off easily. The manager was rude and acted like I was trying to get something for free, gave no apology, no customer service, nothing. All I expected was for the job I paid for to be done correctly. I had been a monthly member for seven years. Even during covid when they were closed and could not render services I kept paying my monthly because I wanted to support our local small business. They recently posted that prices were about to go up. I asked what the new price would be and they said that they didn't know yet but they were promised it was not going to be significant. I was surprised when I saw a charge for $70 in Late June (I paid $45 before) I cancelled my membership. I later learned that their previous location (Rancho car wash on Jefferson) was keeping the old prices. Different owners. I don't recommend this place, overpriced and service is mediocre. I am thankful the other location is honoring the old prices. I get inflation, but that was a huge price hike. read more

Just took my brand new car to this car wash for its first ever wash. They damaged the hood of my vehicle with deep scratches down to the metal. I asked to speak with the manager, Jerry. He claimed the damage did not happen there and said he would review the camera footage. He came back and said "you can barely see it, but it's there." I asked to see the video and he refused. I then asked for their general liability insurance which he again refused to provide. A claim has been made with my insurance company and a police report has been filed. Which I was glad because standing outside in 100° weather was toasty. Shout out to the workers working in this summer heat. Overall our truck came out quickly and was cleaned on the inside and out. We saw some bug marks on the window still which might be hard to get off but for the price it was worth it to us. Place is a Joke! They do a good job if you can get your car washed. During Covid they charge your card monthly but pick and choose their hours randomly depending on the day. Pulled up today at 3:58 and told they close at 4 due to Covid. What does Covid come out at 4pm? Your website says your open until 5pm. The owner needs to email the people that pay for your monthly service and let them know when you're open. He should also read the 1.5 star reviews and listen to the customers. They were faithful to withdraw $40/mo during COVID from my account without being open to provide ANY car washing services. Upon re-opening from COVID, they upped our monthly to $49.99/mo due to the size of our SUV. Last week they informed us the monthly unlimited price was going up "a buck or two." Well today the monthly charge went through for $70/mo!!!! I AM DONE, I suggest you go to the Rancho Car Wash on Jefferson/Winchester Rd just west of I-15.
