Anthony was great. He was prompt to respond and answer my questions. His price was reasonable, and he was flexible on his availability.

He called me from the dealership and said the car presented well, except the oil was only half full. He said he would not test drive the car, fearing he would damage it, and he would contact me with the report later. I was caught off guard. What did he mean half full? I looked up the engine, and it holds 6 1/2 quarts of oil, did it only have 3 1/4 quarts, or was the oil only 1/2 way to full mark on the dipstick? The next day, he emailed me a picture of a one-page report that he had taken with his cell phone that was illegible. I replied back that it was illegible and asked that he scan it and email it to me. On 2-7 I emailed him I needed the report he emailed me back and said he would send it the next day with some photos. Keep in mind, time is of the essence with a prepurchase inspection. I had recently lost out on two other vehicles because someone got them before me. On 2-8 he emailed me that his report is verbal and he would work on the report over the weekend, he did send me some photos. On 2-9 I emailed Bill that I had to make my buying decision w/o his report. It had been 5 days and I was afraid of loosing another car. At this point I had, no contract or invoice, no report, He did not test drive the vehicle which was part of our agreement. What I received for my $250 were some photos and a verbal statement that the car was nice and a verbal warning that the oil was half full. I requested a refund. He replied no refund and suggested I read his yelp profile, that his reports are verbal (this was never stated up front) and sure enough at the end of his profile it states, reports are verbal. I have never heard of such a thing. I do not know anyone who would order a pre purchase inspection and not want a written report. If you want a written report with your prepurchase inspection you need to look elsewhere.

Bill responded quickly and professionally to my request to inspect a car for me in the Phoenix…read morearea. I am from out of state and needed an inspector to qualify this car for me. He was my eyes, ears and nose! Yes, nose! I always have to ask a potential inspector if they smoke, because I need a non-smoker to first smell the car and let me know if it smells of smoke or cologne or air-freshener. If it does, I simply pay them their full fee and thank them for their time and they can go home. If it does not smell, the next step is to take good, clear photos of any flaws they see. Bill did a great job of that. I eventually decided not to buy the car. So why did I pay Bill to inspect a car I later decided not to buy? That is the nature of buying remotely. it would have cost me an entire day and hundreds of dollars to fly to and from Arizona to see it for myself. See my attached pictures. Bill found some issues, and some I found after I zoomed in on his clear pictures. Every once in awhile you can find a car remotely that is just a creampuff. This one was close-ish, but not close enough. I decided to keep shopping, thanks to Bill's advocacy for me.

We agreed we'd stay in their lot for 2 weeks, at which time they'd find an ongoing oil leak. 7 August was two weeks and our bus had been worked on for 4 hours over two days to diagnose the leak. The transmission left on a jack along with the engine. That night, she got mad at her husband for working "too late" on our bus. A domestic violence situation occurred with HER being the aggressor. We recorded everything. Knowing they weren't going to finish the work because apparently she told the police officer that her husband was "fired". The police were here two hours because she refused to get away from our bus, threatening to drop the jack her husband put there. She was screaming racial slurs and my girls(who she knows are mixed) came out after she was screaming and she called my two teenage girls n*****s. Then said my 18 y/o punched her in the face. The police noted she had no sign of anyone hitting her and told us that they've been to this location many times and there was no reasoning with her. She spent her night using a CUSTOMERS RV to block us in and turn his radio on full blast for the night. I'm writing this so someone else's family doesn't go through this. For the first time I almost went to jail last night while this woman laughed as she spat out that "n word". Please watch who you interact with.

Karen and Jeff performed an in-depth review of the coach, and the results surprised me. The coach was in a state of neglect. Because of the tools made available to me by Integrity RV Inspections, specifically CRL feature, I was able to quickly establish the cost to remedy the defects that I considered more than normal wear. I went back to the dealer armed with a detailed list of defects and cost to cure, which allowed me to make an informed offer based on data, not emotion. My revised offer was more than 40% below book value. The dealer continued to insist the defects represented normal wear and as a result I walked. Without the detailed inspection and state of the art tools provided by Karen and Jeff I could have been on the hook for more than $50,000 in repairs. I can think of no other investments (the cost of the inspection) yielding a $50,000 return in one day. I cannot thank them enough for their help and would recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a recreational vehicle.
