He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.

As a second job, I had him upgrade a very slow older laptop by swapping out the old hard drive for a new solid state hard drive. Screaming fast for less than half the cost of a moderate laptop. He even gave my back my old drive, now wired to act as an extra, external hard drive. I found Clay to be pleasant, competent and professional and highly recommend him. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.

We had lightning hit our property which took out a bunch of electronics including our Yamaha RX-V 683 receiver. Web search indicated these guys as a service center and the reviews were positive. So I loaded up and headed that way as I had another errand in the same neighborhood. Lugged the unit in, set it on the counter where the man (owner) said "What you got there?". "My dead Yamaha AV receiver.". "We don't work on audio anymore.". Hmm. Geez. Most of their reviews are for audio stuff. He said they really only work on TVs now. Posted as a PSA. Call before you haul. And they need to get their listing on Yamaha's Service Centers page removed.

If it can't be repaired, or it's simply not worth it, they will let you know. I had Josh (I think that was his name) replace the lcd array on my 72 inch Sony TV. It cost me $500. Replacement of that TV would have been over $2000. As an added bonus, he reinstalled my sound bar and subwoofer in the way that it should have been installed from the beginning and the sound is 100 times better. I cannot recommend this business in any stronger terms. Check with them before you throw away a TV that can be saved.

After receiving 3 quotes I went with Brandon because: 1 - his camera system required no monthly fees (the others were $10+ monthly) 2 - his camera system comes with a 2 year warranty (the other 2 did not) 3 - his camera system was WIRED (the other 2 companies wanted to install wireless and add solar paneling for power and boosters for the WiFi and these modifications meant more $$$$) 4 - Fast response and very communicative So those were the reasons I picked him. But now - AFTER having the service I am happier with this system than I thought I could or would be with a camera system. I have custom zones that identify people in my privacy areas. My first experience was ordering a pizza on the day my camera system was installed. I knew the pizza guy was here before he rang my doorbell! Now that's what a camera system is supposed to do! He was very thorough, explained the system to me and explained there is no monthly subscription fee as the system I have records to a DVR. He helped set up the app on both mine and my wife's cell phone and walked us through how to snip videos and put them on a USB. At this point, I was very satisfied with Brandon's response and professionalism while at the house, and the price was extremely fair as well. A couple of days after the system was set up I began to have an issue viewing the cameras. I contacted Brandon once again and he walked me through the steps to diagnose the issue over the phone. Turns out the hard drive went bad, so he told me which one to order on Amazon. It came in, and being busy with the move I wasn't able to contact him again to install it until 9:30PM on a Sunday night. Amazingly, he called right away and walked me entirely through the setup of the new hard drive. Again, at 9:30PM on a SUNDAY night, Brandon called me back right away after contacting him and walked me through all steps necessary and didn't even charge me. Brandon is very responsive to customer needs and goes out of his way to make sure everything is correct. I will never use anyone again for home security install and I recommend you don't either. Brandon truly cares about his clients and his level of customer service is second to none. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars.

I found Meyers by chance while searching online for movers who do small jobs. Their scheduler responded within minutes to ask about our needs, and said she could schedule next-day service. For a very reasonable price, Meyers sent two men with all necessary equipment. They arrived early, which is almost unheard of now-a-days, and were efficient, knew what they were doing, and took care to move things where nothing got damaged. All payment was handled electronically through the crew leaders phone (they take credit card, cash, or check). We were done within an hour's time, and there was no hassle or extra fees like larger moving companies charge as "minimums" or "service fees". If you need appliances moved, furniture delivered, or similar services contact Meyers and they can get it done.

We bought a bedroom set and the store didn't provide delivery services which is why we were referred to a few different local movers. Meyers is family-owned and operated, they were going to charge me $150 for three pieces and $175 for 5 (there was some range in there). For the convenience, I decided to have them bring me all five instead of me having to drive from Plano just to pick up two nightstands. I scheduled it for a Monday and because I was traveling out of the country, Michelle communicated with me by text, which I loved. She answered all my questions and we scheduled it for a Monday delivery with a window of 10-noon. I got a call from Joe Meyers when he was about 10 minutes out, he showed up right around 10 with a guy named James. They came in to take a look first and I showed them where I wanted everything. I had a king bed in the space with a headboard that was already detached, box springs and a metal bed frame. I had nightstands in place and asked if they could disassemble the frame and move the nightstands and Joe said yes to everything. They took a few minutes to assemble the bed and were so careful about moving all the pieces in. They built the bed and then asked if I wanted the box springs in or I could just have the mattress - I chose the latter. They happily moved the box springs upstairs for me, helped me move one of the old nightstands upstairs. They put the other pieces in carefully (dresser and chest) and even moved my heavy plasma TV onto the dresser for me. The whole time, both Joe and James were pleasant and so accommodating and most importantly to me, nothing felt rushed. I didn't feel they were in a hurry to get to their next appointment - they made me feel like I was the only customer of the day (even though I knew I wasn't) and they payment was easy as they take credit card right there and you pay when you're done. I got a card and already told a couple of friends about my great experience! Love supporting small businesses! Thanks for such a great experience!
