I hired this technician to replace the hard drive in my grandparents' computer. He also said it…read moreneeded a new fan due to noise, which we agreed to. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.

This is not a computer repair company. This is a company of thieves. Over two months ago I…read morerequested to have my Apple laptop keyboard repaired and and to install a current OS system. It took over a month for a new keyboard and they didn't install the software I requested. I returned and left my laptop for them to install the OS. It's been a month and they haven't returned a call. I believe they lost my laptop and are avoiding me. The people who work there are liars and thieves. If this was a police matter I would call the police. They are shameful people.
