Worst customer service! I called to check pricing for bright copper and the guy on the phone told…read moreme $5.35 a pound. i asked what time they closed, he told me 5:00PM. I decided to take the drive from Sherman to Princeto ( a 45 minute drive). Once I got there, one of the "owners" gave us a price of $4.65. I told him about my phone conversation which was the reason we drove so far, told him what phone number I called, he claimed he didn't know that number e en though it was on their website. He told me I must have called somewhere else. I tried to show him my caller ID and he wouldn't look. He told me he was the only one answering the phone, mind you it was a phone number he didn't know. He continued to call me a liar even though he didn't actually call me a liar. He wouldn't listen to anything I had to said and told me they didn't want my business. I picked up the phone to call another place down the road who had much better customer service and gave me $.65 more per pound! I would not recommend this place at all! Call any of the other local scrap yards. I would keep my scrap before going there!

Maybe the place would be better if it had more kind-spirited employees.

The worker told me that they used to accept it but now they have "too much" and I can't bring anymore to their business. He was nice and let me drop it off this time... Moral of the story, how are they a recycling center that won't accept certain types of recycling? Don't bring your cardboard there I guess.
