I think it was just okay. I mainly came because I wanted to try the pineapple bun bubble waffle. It was nothing mind-blowing. I also tried the matcha coconut latte and the guava xiangshui lemon tea. I definitely enjoyed the guava xiangshui lemon tea better than the matcha coconut latte. I'm not sure if something was off, but the matcha coconut latte was not that good. The drinks do live up to the name Teews, which is "sweet" backwards. I prefer less sweet drinks, so it's good that you can adjust sweetness levels. Ordering is easy, they have a tablet that you can self order with at the entrance. Overall, there's not anything on the menu here that I would come back for. Just my preferences.

The place looks like it could be out of a cartoon. It's cute! They operate with 2 self service kiosk for ordering and the menu has some solid options. The man making the drink I think may have been the owner and mentioned they're looking to expand the menu a little bit more as they get the rhythm of the operations. I believe that this place has a real potential in the neighborhood even though there are a few other boba places near by. It used to be a teriyaki place so there's a full kitchen... I'm hoping for some other snacks to come along. The pricing may seem a little on the higher side, but at least you can actually TASTE the tea being used. I had the classic boba at 50% and it was plenty sweet, they let you adjust the ice levels without an up charge. The "lemon extreme" was tart, slightly floral and very refreshing. The pineapple bun bubble waffle is worth the wait so definitely get that when you come here! I'll be back for sure!

Came over to try the Bubble tea and the famous Pineapple Bun Bubble Waffle. Enough parking spaces in the front. We stopped by 2 hours before closing. There is two kiosks where you place your orders and it will show on the overheard what number is almost ready. Pretty fun to watch. They have a very cute waiting and sitting area to relax and enjoy your drink and dessert. The Pineapple Bun Bubble Waffle is made to order. Usually it's a 20 min wait depending on what orders is in front of you. We ordered three drinks plus the Pineapple Bun Bubble Waffle to share. Two Lemon Teas and Matcha Coconut Latte. My Matcha Coconut was really good. Had hoped for more coconut flavor, but matcha was pretty strong. Still delightful to have. The Pineapple Bun bubble waffle came out very crispy. The Pineapple Bun top was crispy because you could take them apart and eat it. The bubble waffle was crispy around the edges and very delightful. It also came with a container of vanilla buttercream to dip the bubble waffle in. Quite delightful for a quick dessert. Great to share with friends. It came in a nice little bag to hold the waffle in. The shop opened in May 2025. They are still working on making the Pineapple Bun Bubble Waffle better. The owners are very open to any suggestions because everything is handmade. The ingredients for the bubble waffle is prepared that morning. There is someone in the back making it as soon as the order is placed. So it's great to have the owners stop by and ask if everything is good. It is really appreciated.

Teews is located along aurora in shoreline. It does have pretty good parking situation but can be pretty tricky to get to depending on which side of the road you are coming from. It is the first place that I know of to have the pineapple bun topping bubble waffle. I tried to come here for it and placed the order but was told to get a refund because there were a bunch of order ahead of me and it would take over an hour to get it. The inside had a lot of activities for kids. Staff: (4/5) Sanitation status: (5/5) Fragrant Lime Jasmine Tea (4/5) They crush up a lime and added in some jasmine tea. It reminded me of some of the lemon tea that I drank in Guangzhou. Nothing too special but I wouldn't go out of my way to get this drink again. It was really fragrant and paired well with the tea.

If you have to choose a place for bubble tea, this place is the same price as the guy down the street. Except their servers use gloves and have contactless ordering. Lots of menu choices. Simple but sweet atmosphere. Conveniently located off Aurora. Ample parking. Service is average. No free wifi.

The bubble waffle is sooo good! It's crispy and soft inside. It takes about 10 minutes. I chose half sugar for the strawberry matcha because I don't like it being too sweet. Remember to stir it before drinking, the jam are at the bottom.heard their lemon tea is really great, will come next time.

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #77 This is the second new boba shop to open in Shoreline in as many months. They serve some really interesting drinks - including ones using lemons that are air shipped from Guangdong. According to a sign inside, it looks like they also make their own Chinese preserved lemon and limes for the drinks. Too bad I didn't see the sign before I placed my order at the Kiosk! Classic Milk Tea, 50% Ice, 50% Sugar w/ Boba ($7.75) - The tea is pretty fragrant and at half sweet it's not too sweet for me. There's a good tea flavor mixed with enough creamer for creaminess but not overwhelming the natural flavor of the tea and not creating any grittiness or off flavors. Just a solid boba shop tea in general. The boba doesn't seem to be marinated in sugar syrup at all. It's bland and only tastes like the base tapioca flour and molasses mixture. The chew is very leathery, so it takes a while to chew through one pearl, but they also aren't that bouncy. They are strangely soft on the outside but much firmer on the inside. Very mediocre. The drink is very expensive, approaching the pricing of premium boba places (albeit with the larger 22 oz size). Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 3/5 The drinks served at TEEWS seem to be pretty solid based on the one I receive, but I wouldn't get the boba again. I'm definitely intrigued enough by the lemon drinks to return. Bathrooms - One unisex room

Classic Milk Tea w/ Boba and Strawberry Matcha

Only found out about Teews because of delivery apps, so naturally I had to try through delivery. When I went to check menu pictures here, I couldn't find anything about adjusting sugar levels or ice. Online, they only offer full sugar or half sugar, but they did accommodate a request for zero sugar through additional comments and marked it clearly. So they do support adjustments like many others. Interior is cozy but expect loud outbursts when they make their handcrushed lemon tea. Might not be ideal for taking calls, but decent for independent work. Pineapple bun bubble waffle notes a 20 minute wait but was around 40 for us. Classic Milk Tea w/ Boba - got both zero sugar and half sugar. Safe to say Teews is already conscious of sugar as these weren't overly sweet. Milk tea was light and creamy, but tea wasn't strong. Boba had a great chew but lacked flavor, so could be marinated longer. Strawberry Matcha - before mixing, the drink looked crafted well. No skimping on any ingredients. Solid strawberry base, creamy blend of matcha and milk, and a matcha foam on top as well. Matcha was very smooth and faintly bitter, but after mixing strawberry, was a solid sweetness (at half sugar).

I vaguely remembered that this place sells pineapple bun egg waffles, but with a little bit of a wait time and even worse if too many people get it at once. If you do make the drive here, it's a little iffy depending on how you enter the parking lot - the angle feels weird and there's not much visibility because of the slope down to get to one side. I got here with that same weird issue on a Sunday at 1pm, and came into a mildly decorated inside with the Teews logo around the back and Funko and other figures from Demon Slayer strewn along the walls. There's only three tables of seating inside with few chairs so it's best for smaller groups to chill and hangout and maybe even work. When you get in, you can place your orders on one of two kiosks near the front. I pretty much enjoyed what I got here: - The biscoff matcha crush was pretty nice to drink. They don't skimp on the matcha here, and the matcha itself is strong and bitter though not too high-quality. Regardless of that, it was still refreshing to drink, and the biscuit on top was a pleasant touch. I could even taste the biscuit inside the drink, where the inner walls of the cup were lined with the cinnamon-like taste of the biscuit. I did get this at 50% sweetness, which is lower than their recommended 100% for this drink, so I found it a little bland. This didn't affect my experience since that was my mistake on my part. - You actually have to mark on the kiosk that you're okay with waiting at least 15 minutes for the pineapple bun egg waffles, which is pretty smart especially for those who get impatient waiting on food. I got my matcha first, and then the waffles came out about 18 minutes later. There isn't anything overly special about the egg waffles at a glance; it's just small pineapple bun tops on top of each of the egg waffle circles, but I love both pineapple buns and egg waffles so honestly this paring was heavenly. Each bit was chewy, and I felt like I was eating a mini pineapple bun with every bite. Get more than one order of these if you do plan to split this with several people, though. This is a far drive from where I'm used to going but it was worth it for a fun twist on egg waffles. Another place I'd come back to if I was around the area in any way!

Interior had cute decor, convenient kiosk to order. Employee was attentive to our questions and made our drinks promptly. I like that the boba is not too sweet and the texture was bouncy. Ube taro tasted natural and was not overly sweet.

I got the mango matcha drink. The matcha was thick, which is what I love. And there was some sort of crunch stuff on the top which really gave it a variety of texture. Next time I'll come here and try the brown sugar matcha. The inside was nicely decorated, almost child like, but pretty exciting with all the colors. I like the unique decor!

The owners and servers are amazing and super friendly. They are super busy but take time to make your order with love. Good parking and seating. Tea is tasty. We have been here multiple times since they opened and have brought many friends. Highly recommend!

The shopping strip is pretty small, you can enter though the one way street only and make U turn if needing to go opposite direction. The staff was very nice and humble. They gave my son a toy, that was so sweet. I ordered a coconut matcha latte $8, the coconut water was fresh. You can taste the freshness from a young coconut. The matcha wasn't too bad, it was not ceremonial matcha if that is what you are expecting. The decor was mild and quant. Thank you and we will be sure to try the bubble waffle next time.

I started again and said I wanted the drink with almond milk in a 16 oz size, and she interrupted me a second time to ask, "What size?" It felt like she wasn't listening to me to all. What stood out even more was that customers who came in after me were greeted with a much friendlier and more upbeat attitude. The difference in treatment was noticeable. When she brought my drink, I said, "Thank you," and received a simple "Mm yeah" in response. Combined with the rest of the interaction, it came across as rude and dismissive. I've had positive experiences at this location before, which is why this interaction was so surprising. I hope management addresses customer service expectations and ensures all guests are treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. One thing that also stood out to me was the apparent lack of diversity among the staff. While I can't speak to the company's hiring practices, it was noticeable compared to many other businesses in the area. Combined with the way I felt treated during my visit, it left me with concerns about the overall culture and customer experience at this location.

Sweet Corn Latte, Iced 20oz ($7) - Surprisingly sweetness adjustments are allowed on this drink. The drink itself has a nice mellow corn aroma and a balanced milky flavor. It isn't too sweet. There's some fresh corn mixed in that's not that sweet compared to most canned sweet corn. There's stabilized whipped cream sweet on top studded with corn and then sprinkled with cocoa powder for some color. We asked to upgrade to 20oz but didn't get charged any more. Not sure how that works! (4/5) The drink probably has better presentation if ordered for dine-in rather than to-go given that the cap they give crushes the whipped cream. I'm a creature of habit and often stuck to the other side of the complex. I did not realize that One Bite Cafe took over the former Great Harvest Bread. I had checked out One Bite Cafe before in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood out of curiosity regarding croffles, but it didn't not leave a lasting impression at the time (open since 2019, with that visit in July 2022). However, when The College Friend set up a meet up at the Lake Forest Park site yesterday (open since May 2022, this visit on 4/9/26). There is an interior entry from the two level retail area and an exterior entry adjacent to the big shared parking lot. It took me a few tries until I found a spot.
