I went in for a pediatric consultation for my 6 year old daughter whose dentist referred her. The office is beautiful and the staff was friendly and kind. It was Dr. Davis that was off-putting. He came in the room and didn't introduce himself - this not being a big problem because I figured we would talk during the consult. After examining my daughter's mouth and talking to his assistant Amy he sat down and told me about her dental concerns. Dr. Davis showed me the pictures and advised me of his course of treatment. He alluded to other concerns but did not want to discuss them because they would be dealt with over time. I found him to be narrow focused and not interested in answering questions. He came off as short and uninterested. Prior to leaving he did not ask if we had any questions he just got up and asked his assistant to show me pictures of what happens if nothing is done. I am not interested in his scare tactics. I understand he does this everyday but I DON'T and I did not appreciate his callous attitude. I would not consider him to be kind nor considerate. Seeing how I was a potential client there on a consultation, I expected more service and less hard sell from him. I can't see having to deal with him over the course of our orthodontia treatment. read more

After 2 orthodontist consults, we received 2 entirely different treatment plans for my daughter's braces which left me feeling very uneasy & confused. Dr Teeter was recommended to us by a friend and I am so happy that we came to see him for a 3rd consult. He is very friendly, honest & informative. The day of our consult for braces, he came in & greeted my daughter before me which I thought was such a nice thing to do. He explained everything that entailed when applying her braces. I thought this awesome to make her feel included in her plan of care. He definitely gained her trust in just a few minutes of meeting him and she expressed how comfortable she felt with him. I highly recommend him! His staff is also very friendly & welcoming. We had an amazing experience with his coordinator, Rebecca. As a senior citizen deciding to get braces for the first time, I wondered if the orthodontics practice I was referred to by my dentist would be geared to adults as well as to kids. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the number of adults getting treated, and, a year after finishing treatment, I am still very happy with the results of my braces. I went back in to take advantage of a new Retainers for Life program the practice offers, and it was like I had never left. Everyone was warm and welcoming, especially Dena at the front desk and Perla the technician. Last but not least, I can't say enough great things about my orthodontist, Dr. Teeters. Being new to orthodontia, I had a million questions throughout the process, and he patiently answered them all while talking to me as another adult. I should have done this years ago! read more

5 stars is not enough in my opinion!!!! I have been to several orthodontist office And none of them even came close! The staff is not just friendly but they're warm and inviting they make you feel extremely comfortable. They are 100% know what they're doing at that office! My kids absolutely loved the doctors and the techs there they always looked forward to the visits And they are amazing with adults as well! I was really surprised at how affordable it was and how well they work with you with payment plans. They definitely have a customer for life. We started in our orthodontic journey with our son over two years ago. The staff has been amazing... and they would go out of their way to make sure that my son was comfortable, they were very thorough and would answer any and all questions that we had! After using a different ortho for 2 of my older daughters, I was referred to this office for my younger daughter because I was looking for a better experience. I was not disappointed! The office space is beautiful! It is always a pleasure to visit. Everyone that works there is pleasant, but Irene really goes above and beyond to make sure that you receive exceptional care. Was recommended from a friend to see Dr Teeters and so glad we checked him and his amazing office out. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, even during Christmas break when my daughter forgot how to put her bands in they got her in with no problems to reteach her where they went. They work so quickly that we are in and out quick for appointments. Dr Teethers is so nice and friendly and can tell he cares about his patients and staff. Dena and Lisa smiles light up the office and are always super accommodating answering questions and reminding us about their coffee and tea bar and yummy warm cookies. Hands down the best Orthodontist office in AZ! My son and I are both patients of Dr. Teeters. My son wore his braces for a year with no problems whatsoever. My daughter got her braces on three years ago and today she will be getting them off. It is bittersweet because as excited as we are to have her get them off it will be sad to not see Dina at the front desk anymore. She always remembers us and is so kind and welcoming. I recently noticed that they underwent a name change to Teeters Orthodontics and I love that it's more a family practice rather than corporate place. Family oriented with your best interest at heart. The Doctors and orthodontic hygienists have been amazing. One child very easy going, the other not so much. Dr Teeters provided a couple of approaches to treatment that will help our child be more comfortable with the process. 5 star service every visit. I came here for braces to close up a gap in my front teeth before my wedding day. I didn't think it could be done but, it was worth a shot. They saw me once a week, every week for a few months prior to the big day. To my surprise, the gap I had lived with for 40+ years was gone by my wedding date! Likewise my daughter had a pretty bad under bite and that was also gone in about half a year. They exceeded my expectations. The staff, ALL the staff members are very friendly and accommodating.
