Tomorrow is my final visit after having my bracing removed and I honestly never thought I would be so sad to not see a dentist. Dr. Olson is absolutely amazing and Maria is fabulous too!! This was my second time having braces (first time when I was 14) and I couldn't be happier with my result! From the beginning Dr.Olson told me it would be 12-18 months and I was finished right in the middle of that! Got them on in the end of November and got them off in the end of January exactly 14 months. Every time I went into the office the ladies greeted me by name and always made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I love that they automatically give you permanent retainers and also a pop in and out version to wear at night. Moving to Buckeye we needed a new orthodontist since my other child's ortho is in north Peoria. Dr Olson took such great care of my daughter. I don't know what they do differently from others, but her bracket only popped off 1 time (her fault) my other daughter broke brackets constantly. She didn't have the irritating wire stab the back of her mouth like my other child. The office staff was always amazing about rescheduling appointments in a timely manner or being able to get us in quickly. Price was great as well! My daughters journey transforming her teeth into a confident smile, lead us to Dr Olson's office and Invisalign. Referrals, research and convenience were factors why I agreed to an initial consultation but I was walking in with a reason not to spend my money and possibly keep looking for another Dr. The initial consultations attention to detail and genuine concern for my daughters desire for an alternative choice to braces quickly won me over. The staff was very informative and Dr Olson took his time answering all my daughters questions and provided tons of information to consider before making our commitment. I really appreciated the attention she received and her questions answered without the information directed to me. After all I'm just paying, shes the one looking for corrections and knows what she wants. The first visit my daughter was sent home with a goody bag filled with soft foods. A starter food and snack pack to help adjust with new eating habits for an Invisalign wearer. Let me tell you this was not a small bag, it truly was enough for my daughter to eat two days before going to grocery store. Caitlyn really set the pace as she's the first staff member interaction. Pleasant, attentive and quick to check us in and made sure follow up appointments set up before leaving the office. Jenna was the assigned technician through out the Invisalign procedure. This quickly made my daughter comfortable and she felt at home. Always sweet and super helpful. Dr Olson truly understood my daughter was the patient. Every conversation, interaction and session he would use eye contact and actually listened. His small talk questions getting to know her were genuine. He would remember and bring those things up through out the 10 months. 1-2 year estimate became 10 months. The faster time result probably because of daughter following instructions to the "T"......eeth. We moved from out of state in the middle of treatment for two of my children. I spent weeks researching orthodontists, and had consult with three, of which Dr. Olson was the third. We knew before we left that he was the doc for us: kind, interested in my children's lives, and the most reasonable re: h their continued treatment plan. I liked him and his staff so well, I'd have been willing to pay a good bit more to have him take care of my kids, but better yet, he was the least expensive of the three offices we visited. We've been very pleased with Dr. Olson's care and would highly recommend him. read more

Only the best orthodontist EVER! My family has gone through 4 sets of braces with Dr. Graham (5th set in situ). From the very first consultation to debanding (getting out braced off) we received the highest quality, latest technological orthodontic care. They use a special Damon bracket system which gets you in and out if braces quicker than the traditional system. Most importantly we were made to feel like family. Adults and children are accepted. So if you're an adult in need of their services you don' have to worry about sitting in a fire truck or pink princess chair. Waiting room and back office is always very clean. As always, my visit was great from start to finish. I needed an appointment sooner than later to fix my permanent retainer which were placed in 2016. They managed to fit me in that same morning. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. It is obviously a great place to work because everyone seems so happy and cheerful. It makes the whole atmosphere at the office so pleasant. I was seen immediately upon arrival, and my issue was dealt with with total efficiency. I made an appointment for a consultation. Staff is very friendly and the dr is great. After discussing my options I knew I wanted to go forth and get braces. They got me in the same day!!! Alison took up some of her lunch break time to put my braces on and I couldn't have been more thankful! What a wonderful experience. Cindy and Dr Olson are the BEST! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! Cindy made my daughter's smile perfect with braces a few years ago. My daughter recently lost her upper retainer and over the past few months, a large gap between her front teeth appeared. I should have called Olson right away, but several busy months passed and while we were at our dentist for her regular cleaning, the dentist recommended we see their orthodontist about the new gap in her teeth (it's one of those neighborhood franchises). So, we saw the franchise orthodontist and we were told that she'd need full braces AGAIN - for a year - and the cost was over $8000! I couldn't believe it! So, I called Cindy at Dr Olson's office (like I should have in the first place) and they got us right in. Dr Olson and Cindy both moved Heaven and Earth to take care of the gap as quickly - and inexpensively - as possible! Their knowledge and dedication is amazing! They had her gap COMPLETELY closed within 2 hours!!! And we only had to pay for the new retainer - which she needed anyways. We are SO grateful that they could fix her embarrassing gap so quickly. Dr Olson and Cindy worked so hard, they were determined to get her smile back to perfect and we couldn't be any happier or more grateful! They came up with the perfect solution and it took 2 hours and the cost of a retainer! I can't believe some other orthodontist quoted us $8k and 1 year! We love the staff. They're very helpful and great with kids. They take the time to explain the procedures to the kids and parents, which is very appreciated! The only thing that I've been disappointed about is the hours (closed on Fridays) but they are good about squeezing in emergency appointments for things like broken bands. I've gone to Dr. Churosh (now Graham Ortho) since I was in hs. I've had braces many times but started with Dr. Churosh just before I got TMJ re-constructive surgery.
