Donut LUV at first sight! All the donuts are fresh (no matter what time of day) and priced reasonably. The hidden gem of this place is their ability to make fresh squeezed juices AND real fruit smoothies. It's soooo rare to find a place that can do both, let alone a donut shop! The ladies that work there are quick with each order and super kind! The parking is shared with other businesses, but it never gets too busy. They accept cash, card, and Apple Pay. The only place of improvement would be the cleanliness of the establishment. It has a retro feel to the design, which makes me feel like I'm back in the 90s as a kid waiting for my school bus to arrive.

This is a hole in the wall but great spot. They make great and fresh smoothies that are AFFORDABLE and their croissant sandwhiches are soooo delicious the owners care about their customers and provide great service. If you live in the area it's great for breakfast!!

I was looking for a good croissant sandwich. Jumped on yelp to see if I could find a great donut shop. Tee's donuts pop up as one of the top locations. As it should be. Great quality sandwich with fresh products. You could see them using fresh ingredients in the smoothies and in the sandwiches, behind the counter. For my second item I just wanted egg and avocado in a bagel. Instead of charging me a whole avocado bagel, the employee charge me separately. Making my total 4 dollars cheaper. I really appreciated that. Will, definitely come back and try one of the beverages I saw being made freshly. The building itself is pretty old. When walking into the establishment you can definitely tell this place needs a paint job to brighten up the place. Nothing to do with the quality of the food. Just a personal opinion about making the place a brighter, which would bring a cleaner feel to it. Overall, morning people should definitely give this donut shop a try.

i've been to this location previously and had great experiences, but unfortunately today was not the same. I called in my order (as usual) asking for "two #20's the turkey sandwich one with no tomato." when I arrive they let me know they made the wrong sandwich because they misheard me. no big deal i'm okay with waiting things happen! i paid, left a tip and went on my way. i get home to find that both have no tomato and they are also missing the onions that usually are inside. my lettuce seen here was brown/black and old. I understand everyone is going through some tough times rn but if i'm paying full price for my meal I expect all the ingredients to be included and for it to be at least decent quality. i was too disgusted by the lettuce so i didn't finish my sandwich. I most definitely will NOT be returning.

Thought I'd drop in for some coffee. Checked the menu and noticed there was "flavored coffee" but when inquired about it, I was told it was just flavored creamer. Regular medium coffee that you help yourself to costed $1.35. It wasn't a day to treat myself nor did I need a lunch for the office but I did see they have pretty good looking chocolate filled croissants for $1.30 and croissant sandwiches which I may come back and try. I also noticed some cut up bananas and oranges in the back. I love me some fresh fruit juices or smoothies and they happen to serve those so I definitely will come back.

What made them different is they used taro flour and cooked them in coconut oil. Some of their flavors were tropical. It's weird because I didn't think bad of the donuts themselves and could stand to eat them. I will say after having them on two prior occasions, they made an impression on me when they participated in the yearly Belmont Shore chocolate festival. They offered a freshly chocolate glazed donut. It was so delicious having it fresh as opposed to letting it sit and have later. Thanks for the memories! I won't forget you, Holey Grail!

A lot of donuts can be too dense, overly sweet, stale, or so airy that there is barely anything to them, but these are the perfect balance. The women who work here are always incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. I'm glad to see this is more of least a normal donut shop with real normal donuts. I'm tired of these new fancy donut shops specializing in "creative" donuts with all kind of crazy toppings like every sweet cereal you grew up with priced like at $5.00 a donut or something. I go in and can tell this is one of those Asian donut shops that opened all over down here in SoCal. I think they might be Cambodian, nothing against Asians making donuts, they're the ones that started using the pink boxes we all know. Asians make the best fried chicken, so why not donuts? I look at all the donuts in the cases and they seem like all the familiar ones. I order a dozen and just point to the ones I want. The even have bear claws. I got one of those just for me. There's croissant stuff too. Service is friendly and efficient. The interior is a little dated but I'm here for donuts, not a fancy date or something. I get the donuts and eat that bear claw on my way back to the hotel to meet up with my crew. Yes, they were surprised to have nice donuts, so nothing like a happy crew to make them get the work done.

I got lucky- It was about a half hour before closing and there were no other customers. Cute little place! I was helped by Ilyas, the manager. What a stellar individual! I told him it was my first time, and my preferences (not big on frosting, but like interesting flavor combos) and he walked me through the different types. I was happily surprised to see that they carried some traditional donuts as well as the frosted themed ones! I found that this shop was related to Simones donuts which is a great business! They even do cookie tins and caramels. A couple of the special edition donuts looked so decadent and flavorful but more like a dessert that I commented. He then brought out for me one that was a brand new item and it sounded perfect- a sugar donut topped with strawberry mascarpone encircling a pandan center and I had to get it. He even let me have my themed matcha donut without the fancy little emblem for $1 less! So nice. Those, with a biscoff donut and a logo pin completed my purchase. The pandan topping was sweet but the mascarpone was reminiscent of a strawberry yogurt and the flavors blended perfectly. The other donuts were huge, fluffy and perfectly textured. I would have liked a stronger biscoff and matcha strawberry flavor in those crumbles but at least they were not sweet! Just delicious. The prices are fairly high but I will definitely stop by occasionally to see what delicious creations they are whipping up and get myself a treat!

The flavor WAS NOT cookies and cream. It was a regular doughnut with chocolate frosting and design on top. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars was because the apple fritter my husband got was good. I tried a few bites and it was very tasty. You get the taste of apple. And the crunch from the exterior with it being light and fluffy on the inside. I'm disappointed because I've been wanting to try this place out for the longest time and my doughnut did not exceed my expectations.

As I entered the parking lot I witnessed a lady hanging out of the window of a car missing a rear bumper, cursing at a minivan that looked like it had recently been involved in a series of hit-and-run crimes. I'm unclear what occurred before I got there, but kept my head down and quickly parked and scurried inside. The entrance had cardboard on the ground laid out like some sort of Oscar the Grouch red carpet. There were two people sitting at the middle two tables with portable shopping carts filled with assorted belongings. The interior matched the rest of neighborhood with random stuff laid out on counter tops, and a general dirty feeling that made me consider whether I wanted to buy food here, but I was already inside. There was a single woman working the counter. She was polite and matter of fact. I had promised my kids donuts, so I ordered my box to go. While she used appropriate tongs to put them in the box, she didn't bother to fully close or seal the box. Just looking to get out of there as quickly as possible, I headed immediately back to my car but was followed by an unknown man shouting at me asking if I could spare a dollar. I quickly fidgeted for my keys and pulled the door closed and locked it behind me. This was at 9am. I cannot imagine this place late at night. The donuts were basic and not overly sweet, more of a fried bread. My kids ate a few bites of each but it wasn't worth the stress of getting them.
