I've lived down the street from this place for over year and finally stopped in. I'm a sucker for a great sandwich, so I tried the turkey on telera. I'd never had a telera roll but now I'm addicted. Soft roll about the size of a bagel, yes please! The turkey, avocado, cheese, and veggies were fresh and tasted great. I loved the side of Mac salad and pickled veggies. First thing first the young lady was friendly and the place was clean and smelled good. I was really happy to see strawberry glazed donuts because I've been looking for cherry glazed donuts for a long time. While I'm on the subject of donuts and gluttony, I should tell you, dear reader, about Tee's. Tee's donuts are nice and fresh and fairly priced. Whenever I was later for work than usual (which was often) I would stop by and pick up a baker's dozen. When I made it to the office everyone was so excited about donuts that they forgot about how late I was or if they remembered they couldn't stay mad. I mean, DONUTS! "Veronica, do you realize what time it...wait, are those donuts?" Try this sometime. If you suspect someone is going to be pissed at you, show up with a dozen donuts. Works like a charm. P.S. The two stars are because the coffee is amazing and reasonable and the staff were super friendly... BUT my pastry had a bug cooked into it. For someone like me who is medically allergic to roaches, this is definitely a concern. This roach was my next bite thinking it was just an over cooked edge... Until I seen the whiskers. I can't find a bag of coffee I bought. I've searched high and low around this joint and surmised that it must have fallen in the trash. Of course Daisy was the first suspect, but I haven't seen ground coffee strewn about and she has not come up to me with Starbucks breath, so I can't blame it on her. Nothing to do but get up and go get a cup of coffee. Heading to my usual hood spot, my brain was on auto pilot and I realized I was in the wrong lane. So I missed my usual dismal spot, but that's okay 'cause I came upon Tee's Donuts, a brand new spot in the hood. It so new and clean and free of transients trying to escape the morning air. The few booths and a couple of tables were empty. Good! No crack heads! It is either too new for the wanderers to have sleazed their way in or Tee's is just is not having it! Yaaaay, no bootleg handymen hanging around, no morning regulars just standing about, no questionable stains near the entrance like the other spot. I am glad to have a refreshing alternative to "Hey, that's the lady with the big ass dog! Where's your dog? Ooooh, I bet he's big now! He a pretty dog, tho." Yes, I can come here and get a cup of coffee and a bran muffin without the riff-raff gauntlet. Tee's sells the usual donut fare and pastries as well as blended teas and other things you'd find at a donut shop, except Chinese food. Yes, it is cool to diversify your business in the hood. Donuts and Chinese food is rather common, almost expected. Well, there you have it. A new spot for Cid. I won't need it much if I stop losing shit around here. Pretty damn good for the pricing. Inexpensive and delicious. I got a Ham/cheese croissant , roast beef on Telera with avocado and it was surprisingly good. The bread was soft and ingredients were so fresh I could see myself eating a few of these. I'll be sure to stop by again if I am working in the long beach area again. I drive by this place every morning on my way to work and finally decided to stop by. Got the ham and cheese croissant for $2.50 & it was delicious! The croissant was really soft and fresh, plus the nice employee threw in a free donut hole. I didn't discover the donut hole until i got to work. Thank you that made my day! Super nice Super simple. Cash only. I did not know they did fresh juices! I ordered an oj this morning and for $3.95 i got pure squeezed fresh orange juice. its 10:30 am and I'm still drinking it lol. And their donuts are really tasty as well. I'm not usually a fan of donuts unless its dunkin' but here their donuts were glazed perfectly and there was a crispiness to it as well. Move over starbucks! watch out Mcdonalds! Tee's is by far the best place to go and fix your Caffine craving. The serve THE best iced coffee i have ever had next to vietnamese iced coffee. Its iced coffee with a twist. They top it off with shaved ice so you dont get the watered down coffee that a frapp has but you still enjoy the slushy goodness of a blended ice drink with the strength of a double shot of espresso! im not much on donuts so cannot critique the selection but Tee's offer an abundance of drinks, fuit salads, smoothes, shaved, ice and much more! Fresh, tasty and just right on the glaze. Most donut spots go skimpy on the glaze but there's plenty of chocolate on mine every time I've been here. Their blueberry donut is blissful and original glaze is bomb. Best of all, when buying by the dozen, they use long, flat boxes which ensure all donuts stay nicely placed and organized so they don't get messy and smashed, perfect to bring to the office! read more

Cheap sandwiches!! Choice of tuna, ham, turkey or roast beef, choice of 4 different kinds of bread, and they include cheese, onions, tomato, pickles, jalapenos, AND avocado for $3.50! Can't beat that! I ordered the tuna since they were out of turkey, on french bread, which is pretty much the size of a foot long from subway, and it was better than expected :) they also serve it with a side of macaronni salad, but its super tiny (in a ranch/ketchup-like container) and its not that great. But they try, Haha.. So far thats all I've had here, but I would definitely come back. I might try a smoothie next! read more

Definitely the best Ham & Cheese croissants! Fresh and delicious. I actually have another donut shop by my job only a block away, but I would rather pay for something good than be disappointed. Which I have been at the "other" shop. Tee's is worth the trip and now my co-workers make the drive there for fresh donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, energy drinks etc... Gets crowded during morning hours which is typical. Awesome service and a variety of munchies. Plus its close to the train station.

This place attracts so many bums around the area. They sit outside and they wait for people to walk by so they can ask for money. Sometimes they're inside trying to get a free donut. I work in the same little plaza so I see this everyday. I don't suggest that anyone eat their unpackaged food. The past couple of times that I've gone, there is always a fly or two chilling on top of the donuts. My coworker told me that a few days ago he asked the cashier lady for a muffin and as she was pointing through the display case he noticed there were two flies in there. The cashier lady saw this too but did nothing about it. They leave their doors open so you see a lot of them in their. I actually saw a pigeon go there once, too.
